I can't say enough about Drew and the staff! My back went out the morning I was leaving for the airport to visit my daughter and grandson in Bremerton. I have never been a fan of chiropractic care, never tried it, and thought of it as not "real medicine". I came to visit and hang out with my grandson but my back was so debilitating, my daughter suggested I see her chiropractor. Hesitant, and not expecting any results, I decided to have her schedule me a visit. I thought it wasn't going to fix anything, but I'll sure give it a try so I can play with my grandson. I've recently had some cardiac issues in California, so I'm well versed with Western medicine. How was a chiropractor going to help?! Wow was I impressed! Drew asked specific questions, I actually thought "how did he know that"?! I was scared to death about my back being "popped". That's all I knew about chiropractors. He was gentle, calming, informative and explained the entire process as we're moving through the appointment. When finished, I actually felt immediate results. Questioning how. I've been to the doctor for this exact issue multiple times, all with X-rays and sent home with a muscle relaxer. Drew sent me home with NO medication, and relief! I was finally able to have a good nights sleep after being in town for 3 days. I was quite shocked at his knowledge, answering every question. Love the Clark Dr's. They always take their time to be sure you are fully taken care of. I never feel rushed, and though I really should be more consistent with my care they never make me feel bad about being a little behind with visits!! The office staff is GREAT! Thorough, professional and so helpful! Front desk staff is helpful and highly professional. Dr. Drew is attentive to all of my concerns and narrows in on each issues I bring on. Adjustments are extremely helpful and massages are therapeutic. The entire office is top notch quality and service and I have referred so many of my friends and family to them. I'm a lifelong chiropractic advocate and former massage therapist and both services are the best I've had! They are my go-to for all things medical; if I'm having headaches, acid reflux, a pulled shoulder..I call them first! This is where you need to start for medical help. They always find an open spot to fit me in to! I can have an issue arise or just want last minute adjustments and they always get me in with no issue or delay! I have been going to Clark Chiropractic for 3 years and have just found a new provider. Dr. Drew Clark wore a mask under his nose and many in the office didn't wear a mask at all. I only gave 1 star because I had to. I went to 3 appointments before I learned how they scam you. The insurance girl is very sneaky when she goes over your coverage. I was told at the beginning of the interview with her that I had met my deductible, which I knew I hadn't. This was to show that I would only have to pay the co-pay. She then wanted me to sign things without telling me how much a "treatment session" cost. How does she not know this? Why did she have to consult another person in the office after I had to ask her multiple times what the cost was and she still didn't want to tell me until after I signed their paper. The tone with Stephen Clark changed immediately when the insurance girl notified him that I wanted to look at my finances before committing to a lengthy treatment plan. $67.00 for a 5 minute "adjustment"??? It was then when the "adjustment" was done that they gave me a bill for over $150 and that was after they subtracted the ~$63.00 I had already paid in co-pays. This was the second chiropractor I had seen and it had been a very long time since the first chiropractor for this very reason!! They are pushy about scheduling and committing you to a plan. Inattentive at the front desk. 2 of 3 appointments I sat in the exam room or waiting room for over 20 minutes. Research chiropractors before walking into their wormhole. I believe that all of the reviews are fake and written by employees. They are also partnered with 30/10 weighloss for life that in my research is also a huge money commitment. They speak loudly about other patients in the office also. Which is how I heard about other patients/clients fails in the 30/10 weight loss program and their plan to start them over which I'm sure isn't cheap. Moral of the story is research these "doctors" and their office practices before even stepping foot in the door. Their scam is that they don't bill insurance even if it is a preferred provider. They bill you instead hoping you will just pay them cash. Terribly shady people, but what should you expect from a chiropractor, someone that calls themselves a doctor but never went to medical school. read more

Dr. Clark has really changed my life. I have control of my health for the first time in my life. My pain and sensitivities made it necessary to come frequently, at first. But now I am no longer a pill popper! What's more, my whole family: husband with back issues from the Army, daughters with migraines and auto-immune issues, and premature grandbaby with digestion problems were all helped tremendously. The office has generously worked with us on payments, and given us advice THAT WE FOLLOWED, and the only complaint I have is I cannot take both Drs. Clark with us wherever we go!!!! read more

I've gone to Clark Chiropractic during both of my pregnancies to help with back pain that would wake me up at night and I swear these guys are miracle workers! Recently I've been seeing Dr. Drew and he always manages to finds the exact source of the pain and adjust me so I leave feeling ten times better and eventually the pain goes away completely. I switched to Clark Chiropractic recently due to severe back pain and neck pain. I am 22 years old and have the spine of a 40 year old. I never knew how imperative it was to my health. Dr.Clark and Dr. Pool have both been clear about every single thing they do and why they are doing it. MY BODY HAS NEVER FELT BETTER. I can finally turn my head all the way when switching lanes, I can work an eight hour shift without going home with chronic back pain each day. I am sleeping better and all around just feel better. The staff is friendly and professional. I will never see another chiropractic again. I highly recommend everyone and anyone to go see them. I had the privileged of stumbling upon Clark Chiropractic about a year ago. I have been to other chiropractors before and never had much luck with them. I was amazed at results I got after just a couple of visits. Dr Clarks ability to find out what was causing my pain and specifically adjust those pin point areas was exactly what I needed to finally get some relief! I had never been adjusted using the instrument before and was surprised at how well it worked. His team is awesome as well! They were able to find out exactly what my Insurance benefits were & explain to me how I could use them, instruct me on stretches and exercise to add to my routine after I had become more stable, and Dr Poole was more then helpful to provide me with great manual adjustments.
