I had been coming here for 25 years. Since the owners sold to Swedish, service has gone downhill. The receptionists try to push you to see a nurse practitioner. The OBGYNs are overbooked, overworked, and prioritize babies and deliveries over any patient that doesn't have a baby coming out of their body today. I tried hard and gave them many chances, but the service by the doctors is so bad, I am now in search of a new doctor. Both my daughters are unable to get in to see a doctor for a routine pap. First opening to schedule a routine checkup is 6 months out and even then, the appointment is cancelled, changed, and then the doctor arrives late: 1 hour late last year, TWO HOURS LATE this year. I am done. Avoid this place. I never thought I'd say this. read more

I was admitted into Steven's hospital for having horrible lower right side pain, they released me and referred me to see Dr. Randolph Bourne. I made an appointment that following day with the office, not only were they professional but they got me in right away. I sat down with Dr. Bourne and he was so easy to open up to and talk about what was going on, and he genuinely seemed like he was concern. I have NEVER in my life have ever felt the way I feel about this doctor and the staff. They are so open and warm, they really do care about you, and the issues and listen to your concerns, instead of jumping to conclusions. Dr. Bourne is always there if you have questions or concerns. He or his staff always makes sure that they call you back right away, and they follow up with you. I would have to say I WISH ALL MEDICAL staff was like this. read more

This is one of the best OBGYN clinics ever. I have one of the best docs. Dr. Moe and i trust her more than anything. She has taken such great care of me in my last pregnancy and was there every step of the way. I was high risk with gestational diabetes and she made sure me and my daughter were ok. She always made sure my oldest was apart of everything that she could, helped measure my belly, let her find the heartbeat. She is personable remembers her patients. Whenever i go in for an appointment i am never rushed she listens to all mine and my husbands questions and i never leave with unanswered questions and i feel confident in my care. Ive had DR. erhart for both pregnancy and he is absolutely amazing . he takes the time to listen to concerns he always made sure everything was good even gave extra ultrasounds cause he wanted too lol . hes amazing i highly recommend him. Dr. Bray delivered my baby. I'll leave out all the boring details of labor, but what I liked about him is that he was very laid back even at stressful delivery moments. I didn't feel too worried thanks to his low key reactions. If I have another baby in the future, I want him to be my prenatal doctor as well. Dr. Bourne was excellent. It was my first visit, and he spent extra time just getting to know me. Annuals are not exactly the most comfortable things in the world, but Dr. Bourne made me feel very comfortable with his wonderful bedside manner and professionalism. I recently relocated back to the area from HI and am 4 months pregnant. My Dr on the islands was probably the best Dr I have ever had so coming to Sound Women's Care, I had very high exceptions. Dr. Bourne, my new Dr, is incredible! I couldn't believe how great and professional and just overall very nice, caring Dr he was. Like I said, having such high hopes, I was just taken back that Dr. Bourne is if not just as great, probably even better than my previous Dr. He was professional but also seemed very relatable and seemed to have a great sense of humor. I asked all the questions I had and he didn't seemed phased by any TMI I put out there or bored of the million questions I had. Additionally, he did a thorough look at my medical records I had faxed over and knew all the details of my pregnancy, which was very nice as to not have to go over the same test, have the same speech read, etc. He did the Doppler machine to check the heartbeat and when I asked if I could see a ultrasound, since I was at that stage in my pregnancy where I could possibly see the gender, he seemed just as excited as me and said not a problem. We found out we are having a boy! Above all that though, Dr. Bourne personally called me the following day to go over my test results from blood work, which even my HI Dr was never able to do. Excellent Dr. The staff at Sound Women's Care was also phenomenal. I was a little nervous at first reading some of the reviews but in person and on the phone, every single person I have talked to was very courteous and prompt. The MA was very funny and seemed excited to help and answer any of my questions I had before the Dr came in the room and she was very warm and friendly about everything. I am not sure why some of the other reviews have not been an experience like mine, but I would highly recommend Sound Women's Care. read more

My daughter has requested to make a formal complaint, but that request so far seems to have been ignored. We would like to see changes made in the office procedures and getting more qualified staff and providers on board so that this office can take adequate care of the large patient load they carry. With a heavy heart I am writing this, not to do harm to anyone, but in hopes of sparing another family what we experienced. My daughter recently lost her baby at 20 weeks. While we assume that probably there wasn't anything that could have prevented that, she often had the feeling she wasn't getting the attention she needed. Her appointments were changed several times. Sometimes they worked (squeezed) her in to see a different provider, sometimes they changed the date. Not once did she see the provider she was assigned to. In fact, on the very morning of her twenty week ultrasound, she was supposed to see a doctor first, but they called and cancelled her appointment with the doctor, telling her to schedule another appointment the following week. She constantly heard how busy and understaffed they were. Her husband and she elected to deliver the baby anyway to give closure to the tragedy. The real complaint came two days after she left the hospital. While not going into great details, she had a concern that she felt was not an emergency but somewhat urgent. She called at 9 am and was told a nurse would return her call. She called again at 2:30 pm and was given the same story. At 4:30 pm she called again and this time waited on hold for an extended amount of time. Finally a nurse came on and told her she would need to check with the provider and call her back. At 6:30 pm, still no return call. Since she was getting upset and still grieving, I offered to call for her. Since the office was now closed, it went to the hospital operator. However, there were still people in the clinic, so she transferred me to the back line to speak with a front desk receptionist. I was told that they were going to be calling her in the morning, as the nurses were now all gone. They did call the next day, but it certainly wasn't first thing. This is unacceptable care. read more

After years of suffering discomfort of which increased drastically in the last 6 mos I started researching my symptoms. Being self employed I hadn't been able to afford regular insurance for a few years so finally after signing onto a good plan with Lifewise I started looking into doctors and clinics. Based on reviews here and reading the mission on Sound Women's Care Website, I thought this was the place that would listen to me and help me as I have always had horrible cycles. Sadly this was not the case. Instead I waited almost a month for an appointment of which I was assigned Dr. Moe. I was patient believing it would be worth the wait. I had the normal exam, pap smear and explained my concerns/symptoms to her. She thought my Uterus seemed a bit large so scheduled me for an Ultrasound. However she also dismissed my concerns and put me on birth control as I later found out to serve as my cure-all. Well I recieved back that my tests were normal within a week. Although no one called me with the results of the Ultrasound. I waited a week with no response so on the 2nd week started calling every day. 13 days after my Ultrasound I was finally transferred to a nurse who told me I had a cyst in my Uterus and that I'd have to wait to hear from Dr. Moe for the details. I nervously waited another 2 days, called again, left another message and Dr. Moe finally called me back later that day. By this time I was pretty irritated but more importantly, I didn't feel I was the priority that this clinic preached. Dr. Moe was short and condenscending with me on the phone, took little time to explain this what I found out was actually a Fibroid then shrugged it off that it would shrink when I went through Menopause. Hello! So I get to feel like this for another 20 years? I tried to discuss this with her futher and tried to understand why if this was nothing, did I still feel uncomfortable? I asked about Endometryosis since I had recently read about it and I seemed to have alot of symptoms. She shrugged me off stating that all women have a form of Endometryosis. I had the definate feeling that she couldn't wait to be done with me. Essentially, my comfort or concerns did not matter to this doctor. Recieving a timely call back with results was not a priority to this clinic. I immediately transferred my files to another Doctor and went for a 2nd opinion because I am not comfortable, something is not right and they obviously didn't care enough to help me figure this out. So after seeing anothe GYN, Rachel Hollister then was sent onto a specialist, Micheal Lau, I have been diagnosed with acute Endometryosis and am scheduled for surgery in a few weeks. Dr. Lau stated that I suffer every single symptom of Endometryosis and that this was one of his easiest diagnosis'! He could tell this is something that I have been suffering from for several years. He even apologized as he could tell from my examination that I was in pain and was surprised that this other doctor did not recognize this. Hmmm, methinks definately not with Sound Women's Care. The moral of this story, if you think something is wrong, keep searching for a Doctor who listens and will give you the time until you reach a diagnosis. No one should have to live with discomfort or be made to feel bad about it. Especially a "Women's" clinic who should live up to their mission statement and be especially empathetic to such conditions. read more

I'm pretty sad to be writing this review. I was a happy patient here for over a decade, but as of today I'm switching to another doctor. The two doctors I've seen there were great, but the support staff are the problem as of late (just the last few years). I have shown up for two appointments just to find that my doctor was out. Today they said 'we left you a message', but that was AFTER checking me in and having me wait in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. On top of that, I checked my phone and there were no missed calls or messages- other than one CONFIRMING my appointment. So, I've had the desk staff yank me around when it comes to my schedule and I've had a medical assistant be rude to me- all on my last few consecutive visits. I find my time is too valuable for this nonsense- so I will hope to find an equally nice doctor, but with an office crew that is efficient and knows what they are doing. I also want to agree with a previous reviewer regarding them pushing formula. U is that upon learning I was pregnant (the first visit to confirm the pregnancy during a visit in 2011 they sent me packing with a huge bag of formula- liquid formula, powdered formula, formula coupons. I realize that some mothers need formula desperately, but there was never even mention of breast feeding. I ended up getting pre-natal care and doing the birth elsewhere and breastfed for 16+ months. I wish they would focus more on educating women around breastfeeding as a first option before pushing formula onto parents. read more

On the "health" side I've always felt safe, listened to, respected and kept informed. I liked this place at first, the receptionist there is really great... but this is my first pregnancy and im thinking of switching because of the lack of care I seem to be receiving. Im at 37 weeks now and im still completely in the dark about whats going on with my body. I have had concerns and they seem to be blown off by "oh, thats normal" or "oh its fine". No, its not fine. I used Sound Woman's care for my 2nd pregnancy. They don't take time with you at appointments and it's not very warm personal care. I initially was seen mostly by a RN who was great, but when I had appointments with the OB, Dr. Moe, she had me in & out & didn't take much time with me at all (on many occasions this was after waiting for an hour). I thought about switching late in my pregnancy (I should have), but it was close to my work... I really wish I would have switched!!!! You don't get to meet all the OBs in the practice, so there's a good chance your baby is delivered by a stranger. They didn't check on me at all after baby was born & it just doesn't seem like they care about developing relationships with the women in their care. read more

I have never written a review on Yelp before, but my experience at Sound Women's Care has been so frustrating and unprofessional, I decided to write this in hopes of saving someone else from experiencing the same thing I have. About four months ago (January) I scheduled an annual check up with my usual doctor in order to make sure everything was kosher and to get another year refilled on my birth control prescription, but they ended up calling me and rescheduling because of an issue with the doctor. This happened FIVE more times, and they have pushed my appointment back so far into the year they said they can't get me in until May for what works into my schedule. I have no rescheduled with them, they have cancelled on me every time because of some dilemma completely out of my control. This isn't a big deal, but it is quite annoying. The biggest issue is that every time THEY cancel my appointment, they also freeze my prescription so it is not ready to be picked up for when I need it, even though they claim each time that it will be ready for me each month. This hasn't been the case. Each time they call me to cancel, I tell them to make sure that my birth control is ready so I don't get off on my cycle or have any other complications - yet every time I call my pharmacy to pick it up it's not ready. This terrible cycle has been continuing on and on, and now it's April and I still haven't gotten in to see a doctor for my annual check up. This service has been unacceptable and unprofessional and just plain frustrating. Would not recommend. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Sound Women's Care. I started with Lisa Hummel (nurse practitioner) and she was brilliant and very kind. I had a c-section and Dr. Erhart and his staff at this practice were wonderful. Dr. Erhart was my Dr and he had GREAT bedside manners. (He has a very positive approach and he is genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients.) Dr. Bray actually delivered my baby since it was the middle of the night and he was on call and he was also wonderful. (Dr. Bray was a very kind and funny guy...I appreciated his very upbeat attitude during a stressful situation. He was also patient with my husband who was pretty freaked out.) As for other comments posted about wait times in the lobby, I never waited more than 5 minutes. I thought they were very organized and from day one they were fantastic! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I came here for an appointment but was told that my appointment was was next week. They couldn't even squeeze me in for 15 mins when the waiting area was totally empty. This was my new pregnancy appointment and I am glad that this happened now instead of my upcoming appointments. The doctors here are caring and personable. I have been very happy with my care here, my only complaint is that when you call the office, you can expect to be on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes before you talk to a person. Likewise, expect to wait for the doctor at least 20 minutes. I understand that it's a busy office, but it would be nice if it were a little easier to reach them. read more

This review is for Dr. Bray, JR, not SR. He is a terrible doctor and should not even be allowed to practice medicine, ESPECIALLY OB/GYN. If I were reviewing Dr. Timmons or Dr. Bray, Sr., this review would be 10 stars. But Bray, Jr., should not even have the distinguished title of "Dr." like his amazing father. He treats women like we're stupid and know absolutely nothing about our own bodies or about medicine that we've been taking for years, and he actually will berate you if you should deign to tell him about any reactions towards any new medicines that you might be taking. He will flat-out tell you that you are wrong, even if you have proof about possible side effects. Not only that, but he will make you feel stupid for making an appointment for a problem that you are having, even if it's something that could potentially be serious or could become serious down the line. It's incredibly sad that he followed in his father's footsteps and then COMPLETELY undermines what his father dedicated his life to for so long. Bray, Jr., flat out says that there's no such thing as Endometriosis or Fibromyalgia, among other things. Apparently we women are just lazy creatures that make up symptoms to get out of having to work for a living! Once, I made an appointment because I was having a lot of pain in my breast and found a lump. You should ALWAYS have a lump checked, right? well unfortunately I was set up with Bray because my regular doctor wasn't available, but I should have insisted on someone else. Bray made me feel like a complete idiot for even making the appointment. He told me flat out that I was wasting my time as well as his, just because of a stupid lump. (HIS words, not mine.) Later I found a better doctor who addressed the issue of the terrible pain and TREATED me for it. Someone who defended Bray on here really will be singing a different tune when she ends up with a lump or undiagnosed pain, I'm sure. I would hope that our differing experiences will help a woman to make an informed decision, and I sincerely hope that you will have nothing wrong with you if you decide to see this quack. Trust me when I tell you that he will not even treat you if there is anything wrong with you. He will simply tell you that "there is no medical proof that it's even a true illness" or, if you're having a reaction to birth control pills that, "there is no proof that you're having a reaction from the pill" and he'll just completely blow you off, despite the fact that allergic reactions to the pill are very, very dangerous. The women at the front desk can be rude sometimes, too, and when you call for an appointment, they will put you on hold and forget you're even there. Once, I called 10 minutes before closing, and they put me on hold and never picked it back up. Then the answering system came on the line and told me that they were closed for the day. That was bad, because I was calling from a pre-paid cell phone that was pay as you go, and that wait made me run out of minutes so I wasn't able to call back until the next month. I couldn't call from a pay phone because it was long distance. There have been other times they have been incredibly rude, too, so if you call.. be sure to develop a thick skin first! If you need a good doctor, then I strongly recommend Dr. Timmons or Dr. Bourne, but stay as FAR away as you can from Bray, Jr. I can't speak to the others since I've never seen them, but it looks like the others are good as well. It's tragic, really. I know that they want to become the best women's clinic in the country, but as long as that Bray idiot is there, they will never accomplish their mission. Without him, they could be the best women's clinic in the world. read more

Dr. Rogers delivered both of my children. I loved her so much that even after we moved from Mill Creek up to Lake Stevens during my first pregnancy I kept seeing her and went back when I was pregnant with my second. Dr. Rogers is laid back and she was very helpful with all of my questions. I had some other issues with my pregnancies and was seen by Doctors Bourne and Bray when Dr. Rogers was unavailable. I also was able to meet with one of the nurses there to discuss some difficulties my first child and I were having with nursing. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and I will gladly come back in the future. read more

This place was so close to home it really would have been easy to get me to stay... But alas, at 26 weeks pregnant I have switched to a midwife. Originally I was seen by Evelyn, who was very nice and wasn't pushy about early diagnostic tests or screening that my husband and I had already discussed. After my appointment they gave me a bag full of things I will never use and some of which will expire before my baby is even born. Needless to say, I donated all of it (formula and extra random cloth bags I don't need). My OB was Dr. Dickie, and my husband and I really liked her at first. She was straightforward and seemed very interested in our opinions and our plans for pregnancy and delivery. And then after my first appointment with her everything changed. It took close to an hour after my appointment--not including the time I spend waiting because I get there 15 minutes early out of courtesy--to be called back by a nurse and have my vitals taken. And then once I'm in the room waiting for Dr. Dickie it takes another 40 minutes just for her to come into the room. Crazy long waits. I don't know how working women can come to an OB office on their lunch break to receive care! Now, don't go thinking: "Well, maybe she was delivering at the hospital..." Oh no, she only delivers Sunday 7am-Monday 7am, no other time. They rotate the call shifts at the hospital through the practice every week. Perhaps she was giving bad news to a patient or answering their millions of questions, possibly, but that doesn't make up for a lack of apology or the front desks ability to properly schedule OBs that take more time with their patients. So it's not entirely on the OB that I was seeing, and I do understand that it's a business as well... Just not an entirely well run business. Perhaps I'm just an impatient person despite thinking otherwise, but I do feel like respecting someone's time should go both ways in a scenario like this. I get there early so that the doctor isn't waiting for me to arrive, and I would hope that the same respect would be given to patients. read more

For everyone writing mediocre to bad reviews, you obviously did not see Dr. Timmons. He is the older gentleman in the back on the right in the group photo. This practice was Dr. Ronald Bray his son Dr Bray Jr and Dr. Timmons plus some younger obgyns when I was a patient. Dr Bray was my main physician for pap smears, after having cervical cancer in 1989. When he wasn't available, I saw Dr. Timmons. They, I fear, are and were the last of the old time OBGYNs.. Dr. Timmons delivered my girlfriend's youngest son, who is now 40 so that tells you how long he has been practicing. Now that I am long past menopause, and not getting regular paps, I sadly can no longer see him. Dr. Bray retired, but I was more than happy to see Dr. Timmons. My advice is to RUN if he is still practicing and see him before he retires permanently. I loved them and still have referred others there. read more

My daughter had her first annual and pap exam today with Lori Taggert NP. First let me say that my daughter is a 21 year old young professional women who rarely complains about anything . She is a strong young woman. Today she was treated with such disrespect, rudeness and it was a traumatic experience that she will carry with her. I am beside myself with anger and sadness to learn that my child was treated so terribly. Lori Taggert was COLD, RUDE and ROUGH so much so that my daughter bled and was in pain for hours after . She was the most unprofessional NP and we should have done more research on her before having our daughter see her today. Sure enough, we have found that we are not alone and sadly there are several complaints similar to ours. The fact that this women is still employed giving internal exams and acting as an NP is disturbing . My daughter will be seen by a Physician as a follow up to make sure all is ok with her physically. Emotionally , there is nothing we can do except do all I can as a mother to let people know of our experience with this women in hopes that we spare another women the trauma of an experience with Lori Taggert NP. By the way, I have never written a negative review about anyone as I take it very seriously and understand what it can do to someone's character, business . This women shouldn't be in the medical field period. read more

I wanted to like this place, I really did. My partner and I went there for a first prenatal visit, and the ARNP was 40 minutes late to the appointment; there was not even a cursory apology. Also, the staff were having some kind of party/celebration while we were there, so it was extremely loud in the clinic room. The ARNP (and it's nothing against ARNPs at all) had clearly not even read my partner's chart as she asked questions that were CLEARLY answered in my partner's medical records--previous pregnancies, whether pregnancy was planned, etc. We then declined a common first trimester diagnostic test, as we'd talked about it previously--and she said "Ah, we can do that at next visit". No, we said no..period. To cap it all off, we were given a goody bag with FORMULA in it--no thank you! Because #1, this is a first trimester visit and #2-how about we talk about breastfeeding first, before you push this commercial stuff on us? We really wanted to like this place, since it's quite close to our house--but we're transferring care elsewhere even though it's a longer trip for us. It was very disappointing, and I hope other people have a better experience than we did. I will not be recommending this practice and would not return. read more

I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Rogers as my OB. She is compassionate, educated and very patient. She spent so much time with us each visit to make sure we had our questions answered. The staff and nurses are excellent as well. I had my baby earlier this year so I no longer have my weekly visits and actually miss them! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Bourne for three years for two separate pregnancies. He always takes the time at each appointment to listen to any concerns I have and answer all of my questions. The office is always clean and I never had to wait long to be seen. It is nice there is always a dr. on call you can talk to after hours if you have an urgent question. Both of my deliveries were great and without complications. The doctors reassured me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Bourne to anyone looking for prenatal care. read more

Over 35 yrs at this clinic and provider asked historical questions. I made an appointment to get a prescription refill. They have an electronic medical record so why was time wasted when it all should be in my EMR? Due to the wasted time, my current issues were not addressed. I was referred to this office when I found out I had gotten pregnant with an IUD in place. I was scared and I was confused. My primary care doctor was an able to retrieve the IUD and and then made an appointment which they were able to get me in the next day to have Dr. Bourne remove it. The entire situation was extremely scary as there were some complications but I am now 12 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. They take their time and the appointments aren't rushed actually my first prenatal appointment was two hours long! Dr. Goodall is the nurse practitioner I met with and she's fantastic. I'm excited to continue to see them and look forward to my delivery. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC, for several reasons, twice I have had scheduled appointments and have gone to them only to be told that they didn't have me on their list for that day and the other time the doctor wasn't there that day, so after arranging my day I was sent home. They do not call and remind you of your appointment prior to scheduled day and do not notify you if dr. isn't going to be there. Another time I had to see another md I was not familiar with because mine was not there at the time of my appointment. He was a male md and I prefer a female for my gyn practicioner, so again it is the patient having to make the adjustment, not SWC. I finally asked them to let me know and then they would call me and tell me 1/2 hr before the appointment not to come in after I again had arranged my day. What a hassle. VERY POOR SCHEDULING SYSTEM. They do not get back to patients in a timely manner about test and lab results. Each time I have had to call and wait for their return calls, sometimes it is the next day or so. The two female md's I have seen in the past always seem rushed and I never get enough time from them to ask all my questions and concerns at the appointment, so this again involves me calling them back and again waiting for return calls. My last appointment was for an endometrial biopsy which was extremely painful and I asked the md how many she had preformed, she said thousands, which I doubted as she is 35 years old and has probably been practicing less than 7-8 years or so. Affter the biopsy, I specifically asked her if she had gotten enough tissue for the lab and she said yes. Maybe she thought she had, so I waited for the results which she said she would get back to me with in a couple days. Three days lapsed and I hadn't heard anything, so I called her and again waited for her to call me back, which she did. She told me that the biopsy results were inconclusive because there wasn't enough tissue. So here I sit back to square one not knowing for sure what is wrong with me. I requested a copy of these result be sent to my general practioner md, which she did not do, so when I saw him he didn't have the labs for this medical problem. So I had to call SWC again to have them faxed over to him. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION with other md clinics and patient themselves. I've been seeing Tami Corbett ARNP for a few years for regular checkups and love her. She is kind, reassuring and very knowledgeable. When I became pregnant with our first child I continued to see her and Dr. Moe (you switch every other appointment with a nurse practitioner and OB). Dr. Moe is a wonderful OB. She answered all my questions at every appointment and is very laid back and easy going. I was a little worried at first when she became my OB as her bio said she loved being able to do surgery and also deliver babies which made me worried she was the type of OB to recommend C-section at the drop of a hat, but I NEVER got that vibe from her. Totally cool with natural or medicated labor and delivery. Never pushy about anything, and I always knew she had my and my baby's best interest at heart (although she didn't deliver my baby) When I delivered at Swedish Edmonds, Dr. Bray was on call and he was great too. I had an issue with bleeding after the delivery and he was very calm and reassuring while working quickly to solve the issue. Basically I love Sound Women's Care. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Bourne and Dr. Dickie. While my mom was in the hospital for 3 months, Dr. Bourne performed performed surgery that saved her life. Both doctors visited her frequently during her time there. Dr. Dickie is now my doctor, and I cannot give them enough praise for the care and attention they provided while my mom was ill. It has been really difficult to get an OB withing a reasonable waitting time. In WSC all I got was a male nurse, at least I wait 2 months for the OB.The receptionist doesn't answered the phone and it was rude. As my pain is increasing and I really need an OB, I tried to schedule with EVEREGREEN and so far they have not been able to schedule an appointment neither since I called on last Thursday. Whats wrong with the health system in this country? I come from Colombia SA and it works much better there! read more

To not go into may personal details I landed in the hands of Dr. Bourne on an emergency basis March 2012. Several weeks prior I had a hysterectomy by another doctor and was released to all activities as she claimed I was healed. Unfortunately this was not true and I ended up in the ER as I felt my insides come out of me thru my vagina. Needless to say the ER staff did not believe me as they could not see what I was talking about and left me there for over 2 hours with no pain medication. They over heard me speaking angrily and within a few minutes Dr.Bourne was there to exam me. From that point forward I have never felt so calm and reassured everything was going to be okay. Even when he delivered the bad news, it was still comforting because he was on my side. He answered any question I had, my husband had and my 3 children. He was not only my doctor, he was also helping my family. Over the next 8 weeks and all my follow up appointments I felt the same, calm and cared for. At first, I was excited to come here for my pregnancy. Once I had an appointment they rescheduled me 3 times at 14 weeks pregnant and I was eager to get my appointment scheduled because I had a miscarriage previously and needed some reasurrance that everything was okay. They did not get me in until I finally got angry called the after hours nurse who got me in to see Dr. Erhart the next day... He was great but throughout my pregnancy I didn't feel like I was getting much information from him. My appointments literally last 5 minutes and make me wonder why I even have appointments. I am 36 1/2 weeks pregnant now and haven't been able to schedule with Dr. Erhart the last two appointments. I do not like that I have to switch doctors when I've seen the same one the whole time. I even asked to schedule for a time when Dr. Erhart would be back and they said it's important that I make my appointment for the week he was gone even though nothing happens during my appointments.... This will definately not be where I go for my future pregnancies just because I feel like the doctors do not put much effort into making me feel wanted as a client. read more

I was very nervous about coming here due to a few less than stellar reviews, but I am so glad I did. I waited for all of 5 minutes (It was a morning appointment, though) and the nurse was so nice and welcoming. It was less than a 10 minute wait to meet the Dr. I was very nervous about a minor procedure i needed to have, and it was important to me to find a Doctor who would be sensitive to that, and Dr. Moe was incredible. She really took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and provided some options and for pain management. She also took the time to simply acknowledge the anxiety I was having and talk to me about that and suggest some stress management techniques. She made me feel so much better and ready to stop putting off the procedure. The only reason for not putting 5 stars is the receptionist who made my follow up appointment. She was just very... unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering here. But if that's the worst thing to deal with, than I'll take it. Highly recommend! read more
