Gold is now over $4500.00 per ounce? So I asked them if they could replace the batteries in my husband's tag heuer and they said oh we don't do that either? So what do they do? Ugh! They became very defensive which is not a good business for maintaining customers. Nope I would not recommend them!

They have a good selection of ready to wear jewelries but I would not recommend customizing here…read more I had two stones for customization and the store suggested me leave the stones here and they would show me clay over stones for design visualization, also was told the clay would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Left stone with the store and called in after a week, and was told they didn't receive pictures of designs that I like, so I resent. Waited another two more weeks and called in twice, they kept telling me clay will be ready soon, and got a certain answer on last call that clay will be ready last Sat. I went in today on Tuesday and they didn't do any clay with either of the stone, instead showed me a design which I said in my first visit that I would want something different. So imagine leaving them stones for almost a month and come back to see nothing is done as they promised, during the waiting I didn't get any call from the store but have to call in to keep checking. I am sure they are great local store but I am quite disappointed with what I experienced.

I have purchased many silver pieces from them, Super Silver decided to get my husband a chain,…read moreregret it and now I'm questioning if it's true silver. We have owned this particular chain less than a month and it gets black, smells like metal despite how many times you clean it and/or polish. Sadly to say this will be the last purchase I will do in this jewelry shop. Can't believe they weren't willing to work or give options to a long time costumer, preferred to lose a costumer.

This jewelry shop is really cute and small but they have a lot of sterling silver pieces that have…read morereally fine details. I really want to come back and buy one of the hammerhead shark rings or octopus rings. They have a lot of really small, detailed sterling silver pendants that I have never seen before. They have a little something for everyone: chef, nurse, firefighter, dog or cat owners, fantasy/fairy, animal lovers, etc. I was in here for a good 30 minutes and didn't feel like I was being annoying or rushed out. I really wanted to leave with something so I bought a ram head pendant and a ring. I bought both for around $40. The ram head has really nice detail. It actually LOOKS like a ram. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was their ring selection. It is nothing like their pendant selection. I wish they had more eccentric, goth, or bolder choices to choose from. I like skull rings and they did not have much to choose from.

I had my son in a stroller, and without hesitation her judgmental side came out. There was no "Hi, is there anything I can help you with?" it was essentially "leave, since you have a child in a stroller." Cool, whatever. I'll take my business elsewhere. The whole experience felt gross and weird. For a second I even wondered if the judgment was because I'm darker skinned with a light skinned child, who knows. Anyone with kids: I'd say stay away. This place is clearly not kid friendly.

Totally online/phone experience. I can't say enough good things about this place…read more I was looking for a specific bracelet. The online search terms bring up a lot of irrelevant info bc it's named after an insect. So I narrow my search and find what I'm looking for. I had to call to verify bc I had a bad experience with another online transaction with another company. I wish I could remember who I spoke with. She was so nice! She verified she had what I was looking for & I told her I would order online later in the day (my lunch hour was ending). She said she would set it aside (going the extra mile!). I ended up calling back bc it was getting late & I didn't want her to think I was blowing her off. She ended up taking my order over the phone and was able to locate some other pieces I was looking for. I said "no rush" on the shipping bc I didn't need it for Christmas. I actually received it on 12/24 with a "happy birthday" note on my receipt. Really great buying experience & I received my beautiful bracelet in time for my birthday. Thanks for a flawless experience!

It snapped right at the clasp and i was very upset by it so of course i got a new one, but then a few months later the exact same thing happened to the new one. it snapped at the SAME EXACT PLACE AGAIN at the clasp. It wasn't cheap either it was $40 sure it never tarnished but it's not worth the money if it'll always break at the same exact spot. I'm very disappointed i really did love that necklace but it's just a piece of trash not worth the waste of money. I won't be buying from here anymore and nor should you.

super cute art store in the heart of capitola…read more.. my friends and i stopped by en route to the beach and loved what we saw here, lots of custom greeting cards, paintings by local artists, mugs, jewelry and clothing branded with capitola. some of the actual artwork was very unique, symbols and things that i hadn't seen in other art stores. the ladies working there were super sweet, very friendly. hours are a little limited though, they only open wednesday - sunday, 11.00-17.00 (closed on monday & tuesday). as far as parking, there is limited street parking, but your best bet is to park in the city parking lot about a block away.

This is a smaller space and the owner focuses on craft artists who are in capitola or very close by which results in a diverse, unique and high quality stock. They have handmade jewelry it's true, but also a fair amount of clothing, clutches, bags, soaps, perfume, home decor stuff candles, and art. Pricing can be on the higher side, but then it typically is for artisan handmade items. Generally speaking the owner is either present or somewhere nearby at all time that the store is open.
