The owner was able to get me in and I was able to pick my car up two days later. Owner was easy to deal with, but the pricing was a little bit higher than other local shops. when I called a few other places to get pricing afterwards, they were about 10% higher for the same tires. Regardless, I would go with them again if I were in a pinch, but if you have the time, do not be afraid to shop around.

No communication the whole day, Nothing the next day either so called and said they couldn't get to it that day either (Friday before 3 day weekend) Annoyed Asked why they gave me appointment if they can't do the work? He said that the appointment is just to talk to him, not to get the service. WHAT? Told him is not diagnosed by 5 I woukd pick car up. At 10 to 5 they FINALLY called and said that the car would need over $6000. 00 timing chain. Report said that would be a "start". Timing chain supposedly takes 15 hours of labor. Internet says it sould be between 2 and 3000 to replace but should last the life of the car. Felt like they were patronizing and offered poor service for giving appointments with no plan to perform the test. Won't be going back.

I paid cash to have those these done and told them if there were any added charges/fees I'd put that on CC when they call me later. They called me and told me everything was good except for the turn signal light strip on my passenger side mirror wasn't working so they couldn't pass it and I have to wait for a part to come in. Ok, that's fine and I asked how long it would take for the part to come in. The gentleman stated he wasn't sure, but they'd call me when the part came in so I could setup an appt. Ok, great. 1 Week later I stopped in to check the status on the part and the gentleman said, Oh, your part is here we just have to get you set up for an appt! I also asked if my oil change was done because I paid for it and I saw no sticker on my car anywhere. So, 1) Ok Grrr... Nobody called me but, ok, let's get this done and 2) The gentleman went out to check my oil and it was not changed! So, they scheduled me to come in another week later being today, Thurs 04/30/26, for an oil change and to get the turn signal light strip on the mirror replaced. THEN the gentleman tells me today that my car didn't pass inspection because the left ball joint is loose and the control arm bushings need replaced. So, Why was I Not told this on the 16th?? Now, I have to go back Again on Monday!

Ford told me everything was perfectly fine other than a light replacement, with the total cost being $150. Essentially this place tried to scam me. Unless ford has no idea what they're talking about this place did something completely illegal.
