Forgot to take in advance but the turkey sandwich and the flatbread pizza are super yummy!

We love this hotel, but they were sold out for the game. After looking for places to watch the game we were able to come to the restaurant bar and watch the game here and best decision ever! The food was yummy and everyone agreed. We had different flatbread pizzas, the club sandwich, wings and pretzels bites. The ambience and cleanliness always top notch and the service by Alex 11/10!

I had some high expectations for Latitude 41. It's located in a nice hotel. The menu is quite pricey but it has a good bar. It's the best when it's happy hour. The food is good though if you have enough in your wallet. I saw this advertised for its cocktails and really wanted to check out the bar. It's located in the Renaissance Hotel. This was a really nice building though it's showing its age. It has a good selection of beer, but you come for the classy cocktails. The happy hour specials include a few bucks off. I was impressed by the bar at Latitude 41. It would be nice to be able to try some of the food. The menu is very costly but it's a good way to impress someone from out of town.

I went here with my friend before a show at the Bluestone. We sat at the bar and had a beer. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We didn't want to eat too much before the show so he suggested that we split the corn risotto. She mentioned scallops so he said we can add them to the risotto. We also had Brussels sprouts for an appetizer. The Brussels sprouts were very tasty! Not a healthy dish by any means, but great flavor. In fact the man sitting next to us saw ours and ordered one for himself. He later said that he never eats Russell sprouts but would eat another dish. The risotto was wonderful as well. Overall, very good place and I will be back to try more soon.

I went to an event at 41. The food was very very good. The chef Matt, came around to our table to ask how our meal was. It was incredible. The draft beer was also great. The service staff and manager were top notch. They came around several times to check on us. We had a party of seven and they accommodated us exceptionally. I cannot say enough good things about Latitude 41.

We stopped for martinis on a Thursday night before dinner elsewhere. The atmosphere is New York bar like, which I liked. It was quiet as it was only 6:30. My cosmopolitan was wonderful! It was very cold with great flavor. Good choice!

Easter Brunch Buffet, $35 adults $15 kids

Easter Brunch Buffet, $35 for an adult and $15 for kids. Latitude 41 is located inside the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Columbus. There is parking nearby but we opted for valet parking, $5 with a restaurant voucher. The hotel is nicely decorated and very modern. The hostess and wait staff were fabulous but the food was ok. I started out with a mimosa, fairly priced at $9. It was delicious but I don't ever complain about alcohol. Ha. This buffet is not the best I have ever had but not the worst. When I think of brunch I think of having both breakfast and lunch items available. Other than the omelet station and the French toast being available the rest was lunch options. Protein options were ham, grilled chicken, and steak. No seafood available which was a bummer. The sides included macaroni and cheese (very cold and dry!), bean salad, 5 grain salad, house and Caesar salads, green been casserole and a few others I elected out of. The dessert station was small but delectable. Yummy choices like red velvet cake, original cheesecake, fresh fruit, cake pops, mini cupcakes and more. Little bites made me leaving happy but not sure I would return for another brunch. It's hard to serve hot food for a buffet and most of these options were warm if not cold. Also greater variety would have been nice especially breakfast along with but not limited to more protein options.

My wife surprised me with dinner here. We don't live in Columbus, I'm not sure how she chose the restaurant, but it was an excellent choice. We did the four-course tasting menu, and allowed them to pick wines for the courses. I didn't see the check, so don't know what the wine cost, but $35/person for four courses is a pretty good price. The wine list here is really well thought out, lots of interesting, smaller producers. I thought it was really cool that they used items from local producers (a waffle from Taste of Belgium in the North Market, Jeni's sorbets & Ice Cream). Often, an ambitious place is a little too proud to use things not made in-house. I'll spare you a course-by-course rundown (I understand the menu changes all the time, so your 4-course would likely be different anyway), but EVERYTHING that hit our table was beautiful and delicious. Very well-balanced flavors, well-executed, smart cooking. I haven't eaten a meal like this one in some time. I very much look forward to coming back. Go. Now.

Came in at around 630 and couldn't figure out if this restaurant was open for dinner or not. I took the hostess desk sign's directions and headed to Bar 41 instead for a quick bite. Had the mixed greens salad with salmon paired with a house chardonnay off the happy hour menu. The salad was so good and filled my protein quota for the day. Definitely pleased with my choice of dinner spot tonight!

Atmosphere- It feels outdated. Something about the fabric on the chair and overall decor/ambience. There's potential to freshen it up. Service- Our server deserves a B. The manager was kind of meh at her job. We ordered a dessert that was supposed to be soft but it came out frozen. Our server told us they were hosting a large party at the hotel. Okay...but frozen dessert?! No excuses. The manager asked if we wanted a buckeye...what?! Food- We went here for a tasting and it consisted of a seasonal salad, sea bass, bouillabaisse, surf and turf, dessert. We had 8 people and we all ordered the new year tasting. The steak range from well done to medium rare because they didn't ask how we like them. The fish was good and the rest was okay. Nothing too exciting and presentation needs a little help.

Every single plate was hitting. The steak was cooked exactly how I asked, seasoned well, and actually had flavor all the way through. The lobster ravioli was rich but not heavy, and the salmon was flaky and done right, not dry at all. What really made it though was the service. They were attentive without hovering, kept the drinks coming, and made it feel like a special night without being extra about it. For a birthday dinner, that matters. If you're going, don't go playing small. Order what you actually want. It's one of those places where you lean into the experience and enjoy it. My wife and I started dinner at 5:45 and didn't leave until 8:45 and it was a lovely evening. We chatted for hours, sampled some absolutely delicious food, and just generally relaxed. We had a lovely server, but to say it was just a single person would do the staff injustice. I feel like every single employee in the place waited on us. All of the staff were knowledgable and gave off pretty cool, chill vibes. Three hours is a long meal, but the pacing was superb. Courses didn't come out like beats on a metronome. Rather, the pacing was changed to meet the waxing and waning excitement for the next plate of an absolutely enormous amount of food. The appetizers came in at a measured pace, the mains slowed, and then deserts were served rapid fire. Between courses, staff might stop by for a quit chat before moving on to the next pressing matter. Lots of staff offered their thoughts on their favorite dishes or suggestions on how a plate my be best enjoyed. The whole experience lacked any pressure or pretense. There were fine dining touches such as replacement of my wife's napkin after she stepped away for a break, but it felt more like eating at a cool friends house than it did eating in the ballroom of a palace. Do you know what I mean? You aren't going to Agni for opulence. You are going for a cool exciting food adventure that you aren't going to get many places and certainly very few in Columbus. We had the Midwest Tasting Menu. 11 courses? Something like that. It was expensive, but I don't even mind it. We loved the "Health Sodas" that were curated by the bartenders. My wife had a coconut, lime, and guava concoction and I had some else that was sweet and fruity and tart. The first few bites of pani puri with spiced ginger and then the "happy meal" and salad course really set the tone of a kitchen that puts out excellent dishes with balanced flavors. For me, the best bite of the night was the Thai noodle salad. It was just a perfect amount of spicy with lots of textures. Mine was served with tofu since I'm not a seafood lover and it was the best tofu preparation I've ever had. My wife's favorite was the "soup and salad" course which is hard to describe, but I agree that it was delicious. The low point of the evening's food for me was in the seafood course. My wife loved her actual seafood, but my vegetarian replacement was a miss. They served it with a piece of baby eggplant that was nearly raw; crunchy and practically inedible. I will forgive them, but I think that one needs to be rethought. The end of the meal had lots of little fun touches. The bill comes in a giant lego minifigure head. The restaurant provides a souvenir menu that lists all the dishes that were tried. There were some curated, store-bought candies for take away. All-in-all, it was just an excellent experience. Do yourself a favor and try it, but go hungry and maybe don't try to eat every bite of every dish so that you aren't hurting by the end of the night.
