The bartender was easy to talk to and gave a couple suggestions without making it feel like a sales pitch. Both dishes came out pretty quickly even though the place started filling up during happy hour. The bruschetta had a nice mix of sweet and savory, and the avocado toast was fresh without being overly dressed up. I liked the overall pace of the service since nobody rushed me to order more once I finished eating. It felt like a comfortable place to unwind for a bit instead of a loud crowded spot where you're trying to leave right away.

Service was also very slow, even when it wasn't busy. Everything took longer than expected and seemed disorganized. On top of that, the bartender was rude and unwelcoming. I was also charged for another person's drink without being asked or informed; which was unacceptable and felt careless. The staff seemed "blind" to how to properly run a restaurant. For the prices being charged, I expected much better food, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

10 stars all around!! The Tasting Room (also better known as Jon Wine) is truly something special…read more Jon, the owner, is basically a one-man show most nights and he somehow does it all flawlessly. He's the chef, wine connoisseur, an amazing server/bartender, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about his craft and the product he's serving. Jon's attention to detail and passion behind everything there really shows. The ambiance inside and on the patio is also beautiful. There is a private tasting room inside and the entire experience feels intentional. I went with friends on a Wednesday night and we shared bottles based on Jon's recommendations. Honestly, you can't go wrong. He takes the time to understand your preferences and suggests wines and pairings that fit you/your group. They also offer fun specials like BOGO wine glasses on Fridays and BOGO bottles on Wednesdays, and Jon schedules private tastings as well. A true gem in West Palm Beach!! I can't wait to return!

I found out about this place through an event hosted by Swank Produce- which Jon is the farms sommelier- and had a fabulous selection or wine for the dinner we were at on the farm! Jon and his staff are superb! Very knowledgeable and make you feel right at home! Nothing on this menu is by accident- all wines are specially curated by Jon and his team. They have a great selection of small bar bites like flatbreads/cheese/meats! The staff is excellent at making selections of what food pairs with each wine! They will gladly host you for a private tasting! They also offer BOGO wine glass on Friday nights! Honestly can't say enough positive things about this place!

First time I checked out this venue was pre-Covid to support a friend's event. Good food, good drinks, good entertainment. But I was most impressed with all of the artwork. Next time I had family visiting the area and decide to drop into an open mic. Again another great event. This place just seems to have great energy flow to and from the space. Since that time I have returned alone and with friends for dance classes, yoga sessions, poetry nights, fashionshows, book discussions and or course photoshoots because the place is a piece of beautiful Lake Worth art. This place just has many layers... it's everything positive about Lake Worth. Best bet is to just search the location and see what events they are taking place for the month.

They certainly save the best for last with the miso cappuccino-- it was to die for! Again, I only wish there had been more! Overall, the food was excellent, and I had a great view and great meal. The food was exceptional, and every dish was beautifully presented. The Black Cod Miso was the standout--perfectly caramelized, buttery, and incredibly flavorful. The shrimp tempura was light and crispy with a variety of delicious dipping sauces, and the salmon tacos were fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. We also enjoyed the edamame, an assortment of sushi and sashimi, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. To finish the meal, we ordered the Satandagi dessert, and it was fantastic. The warm Japanese-style fried dough paired with Nutella gelato, dulce de leche, passion fruit sauce, and caramelized pine nuts was the perfect balance of rich and refreshing. We also enjoyed a pot of tea, which made for a relaxing end to the evening. The atmosphere is elegant, classy, and welcoming without feeling pretentious. It's the perfect place for a special occasion, a date night, or simply an unforgettable dining experience. Overall, Nobu Manalapan exceeded our expectations. The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!
