This was a last minute idea. We sat at the bar due to know reservations and it being a 45 minute wait. The bartender was great. She had to take care of 2 couples who were seated at the bar together. I was a little taken aback by the price of the oysters, but they were very good. I ordered the paella and I was impressed. It was very flavorful. Very Good. This a definite must try for anyone in the area or nearby. read more

First entering into the restaurant, the vibe and decor of the place inside and outside was really upscale and nice looking. We both ordered the Fried flounder and shrimp plate. Although, our waitress repeated our orders twice to make sure it was correct, my husband didn't get part of his order right. However, She was able to get his correct side made before closing. The flounder and beans were very bland tasting; shrimp and empanadas were really good. Due to it being our first time, we went careful on what we ordered, the menu items looked good but I don't like splurging and the food/ drinks turns out to be bad. Our waitress didn't come back to us to check on our drinks or to see how the food was to us until it was time to get the check. Other than that and the flies everywhere, 3 stars from me. read more

The ambiance here is amazing. Great place for a date night. Our waitress Ashley was great, super friendly, gave great recommendations, check on us often. The food here was amazing. Oxtails very tasty, and tender. If you are in town you have to check this place out. We will definitely be back. 10 out of 10. read more

This ambiance was okay, a little too dark coming in and out. This is a safety hazard. The business needs to add a little more lighting for customers and employees in this area. I was down for business and took out the facility I was conducting a safety visit to show appreciation of a job well done. This restaurant is overpriced for Hinesville. The owner of the establishment needs to adjust your prices and train your staff on cooking temperatures. The taste was okay, not what I expected for your the price. We received under cooked shrimp, which could cause serious health issues. The cook needs to ensure to check the temperature before serving the food. The owner needs to ensure his staff are counseled on proper food safety temperatures to avoid patrons read more

Our service was amazing. We had incredible wait staff. The ambiance was amazing. The inside was nice, comfortable chairs and furniture, chandeliers over head. Very clean bathrooms. But the food was not it. The beef empanada was very big but mostly air. And the beef inside tasted like sloppy Joe filling. The chicken and rice was SO MUCH FOOD. It came with three chicken thighs, a leg, and two wings and enough rice to feed at least 4. The chicken was tasteful but very dry. The rice had peas and carrots and was unseasoned (unlike Latin food that I'm used to) The steak was cooked well but also unseasoned. The chimicurri (that came with the steak) was basically olive oil, vinegar and cilantro. We ordered lemon pepper wings as a special appetizer and they were incredible! Amazing flavor and juicy. The sweet plantains (that came with basically every meal) were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!! We did order two shots and we specifically asked for a brand of liquor that we frequent and it was very watered down. Overall the atmosphere and staff were amazing but the food was absolutely not worth the price. (We spent $138 on the food pictured in the video and we did not even want to take it home) read more

Omg.......the food was incredible and worth the money. I had the seared pork chops with rice and beans and plantains and I do not regret my decision. I was visiting from NYC and had seen this place all over TikTok and had to try it out. The server was so nice and professional and she was definitely tipped. The decor is very classy Latin and I love it. read more

Once I entered into the establishment, I notice how clean and modern the environment was. Very strong date night vibes. Our server was a class act. Now to the meal. I had the bourbon salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The portion size was amazing. Two big filet salmons with a bowl of yellow rice. I would recommend Latin Dreams to anyone. read more

My husband knows what a T-bone looks like so don't bring him a ribeye and expect him to accept it because it looks good, and expect that he won't question why he is receiving a ribeye when he ordered a T-bone... When my husband asked to speak to the cook, he sent you, the waitress back out with the audacity to tell my husband that what he was served was a T Bone lmao... NO STARS read more

Went on a weekday night, less crowded. Food was really good. They were out a coupe of menu items my only con. Will definitely go back again.

It was my first visit to the restaurant , my cousin suggested it when I came down for a visit. It was decorated, beautifully and the customer service is amazing. Everyone was so kind and polite. The food is so very flavorful. The black beans and rice are amazing. I could go back for just the black beans and rice alone but then I would miss out on all the delicious seafood that they had to offer. The portions are well worth the price. The next time I visit, I will be trying the oxtail. I can't wait! Well done, Latin dream! read more

Service at the bar was good the waiter was super nice! I got the seafood pasta and it wasn't great. The lobster wasn't not butterflied and because it was over cooked so it was really hard to remove from the shell. The pasta itself just needed more seasoning. The restaurant itself is very beautiful inside. Also be mindful there is a dress code. read more

This place is not it. There is noway in hell we ordered a $60 plate to still have the shells on the shrimp damn near choking my wife. Then they brought out pasta with crab legs on top with noway to eat the crab. I dam near got up mid dinner just off that alone. I'm sorry but this isn't it, for the price point the Environment of this place is tacky, they had pound town playing in the background please we don't need an Atlanta style ghetto restaurant. Unless they get it together I doubt this place would be around long. read more

Second time around. Everything was delicious. Much better experience than the first time

I'm going to start off with positive feedback first. The place inside is very nice, especially for occasions. The food was horrible, and expensive. Alcoholic drinks were not worth the dime. Am I paying for the food or the ambiance? I went once and won't go back again. Also the menu! Latin Dream sells food that's not on their menu. (ex: wings.) i didn't know they had wings because it wasn't on the menu. But when i look on their Facebook page , they are posting wings among other items that wasn't on their menu. The portion of food is a lot but it's not worth it. Rice was mushy asf read more

Horrible!! No prices on the menu. The shimps are not cleaned or backed.I had the Dreamy Pasta-over boiled noodles with cold seafood placed on top.No flavor and over priced. We came from Savannah,GA. A totsl waste of time ,gas, money. The dreamy pasta was 48.00. After I didn't eat the food the waitress said "I speak to my manager for a discount." I told her I dont need one I will not be back. Her manager gave 20% I told her I didn't need it I make enough to pay my bill. AWFUL!!!!!? read more

I love everything about Latin dream expect for the hours , is there a certain reason for closing so early , while opening so late .

Yesterday was my 25th birthday so we drove from Brunswick to hinesville just to try this new restaurant. We had a party of ten and the wait was an hour and a half Not bad since we didn't call ahead. When we finally got sat by the security guard, the we had a nice room to ourselves. The security guard came back twice telling us what good things were on the menu since they don't have most of their food on the menu they tell you to look online. After he leaves we sit for 30 minutes waiting on a server. I go out to ask server what's going on and she's says she doesn't know why we haven't been served they must not want the table. Then the security guard apologized saying he didn't notify a server.. the hostess handed him the menus to seat us and there was a waitress walking by our room every few minutes. Then the server comes and finally asks for our drinks. Ten minutes later we get some margaritas but we had four kids with us and them and everyone else who got Dr Pepper or water had to wait another 20 mins for their drinks till we started complaining to the waitress. She told us they were out of cups. Then everyone's food came out and completely different times. The steaks were like rubber, shrimp tasted freezer burnt, crab legs were good though (even thought we were told they might be out they had to check) and the drinks were good when we finally got them. Not everyone at the table who got the seafood platter could get a crab cracker because they didn't have enough. No manager came and talked to us even though we were very unhappy. The only thing discounted was the steak dinner that wasn't touched. We got charged for an extra margarita. One of use tried to order desert and were told they were out. Then my friend asked for a to go drink before we left and they were out... we arrived at 6 and left at 9:40 they close at 9... our food came out at 9 and no one even finished their food due too all the children being tired from sitting and waiting for so long. No one really apologized to us or anything and we were also charged gratuity. I wouldn't recommend! It's a beautiful restaurant but the service is terrible read more
