At first glance, the location feels a bit hidden and slightly awkward. When we arrived around 5:30, there was only one other couple there. The space is small, and there was a slight musty smell, likely due to the building being older. The menu is extensive but not very descriptive--adding photos would definitely help first-time visitors. We started with the empanadas, and they were hands down the best we've had at any Colombian restaurant across the U.S.--fresh, perfectly filled with potato and meat, and paired with a flavorful green sauce that really stood out. For entrées, my husband ordered the bandeja paisa and I had the rolled chicken. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The chimichurri sauce served with the chicken was especially good and added great flavor. Overall, despite the ambiance and menu limitations, the food truly shines. We'll definitely be back when we're in town!

They were very helpful in guiding us in selecting pupusas and an entree. Also very attentive. The pupusas were delicious! Served with two sauce choices and I believe a fermented/pickled cabbage. We ordered the Bandeja Salvatrucho. The chicken was well seasoned and the steak was tender! The shrimp tasted fresh and were a great size. We tried their flan as well and were stuffed by the end our our meal! Give this authentic Salvadorian restaurant a visit! Check out the store in the back while you are there. Stopped by this place while visiting central Savannah for some business. And Boy am…read moreI glad I stopped by! This is a really high-quality, hole in the wall, Authentic Caribbean Spot. This is definitely a takeout spot, with two table tops and a small waiting area and front counter. However, this small place packs a big punch! They have a pretty extensive menu, which includes of variety of both jerk and Curry options as well as oxtails. They also have patties and several desserts. I ended up ordering the combo curry goat and oxtail platter with rice and peas, plantains and then a beef Patty and a slice of Red Velvet cake. I thought the food was really well done, well, seasoned, and excellent in terms of quality and quality. The patties were equally authentic and had the adequate amount of meat filling you would want. The only criticism was the red velvet, which I didn't think was legitimate Red Velvet, but rather red cake mix with a cream cheese icing. That being said, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't authentic Red Velvet. Service was also prompt and helpful with no more than a 7 to 8 minute weight from start to finish. Overall, I would definitely rate this as one of the better restaurants I have had a chance to enjoy in Savannah so far. Looking forward to another visit!
