I emailed and got the "quality control" guy to come out the following week. I asked a few questions but felt like I was a waste of his time and he's : trying to teach the guys about customer service: he went under the house said everything was secure and left ... No one said anything about the 3 inch gap between my home and the foundation/ wall that STILL needed to be repaired/ re leveled. Very noticeable.. as you could see the back yard thru the gap. so disappointed in this company! We had to hire another contractor to get that level. Ridiculous!! I trusted them to repair my HOME!! It's my HOME it may be a 'job' to you but I'm paying YOU. I choose you. And now I am sorry .

The side walk section looks like they used the dirt as a form because there is no straight edge. Alan said he'd come out and saw an edge. He hasn't called back to make those arrangements yet, it been 10 days since he got paid in full.. we discovered this after his crew left because they covered this edge with dirt and grass. The step going into my house is not level.. you can see a raise and dip in the top of the stair. The patio lines are crooked. We elected to have a broom finish and he said the groves made by the broom would all level out but it's still hasn't and it's rough and uncomfortable to walk on it barefoot. I'll post some pictures but we are very disappointed in the workmanship and the lack of communication since he was paid in full. I would never recommend this company.. RUN. I have another company coming out next week to see if they can fix this mess. My husband who is 70 feels we were taken advantage of.. I think Alan is unprofessional and unfortunately unethical. He said prior to the job we would have a one year warranty. But he hasn't even tried to rectify this situation.

Beware of these guys. we have a large asphalt driveway…read morethat gets sealed every 2-3 years. this includes sealing all cracks before final coat. it was time to do it again. Rescue Driveway solicited the work, stated they could take care of cracks and double seal driveway. So we went with them. what really happened is they swept the driveway and proceeded to spray on a coat of sealer. no attempt to seal any cracks, just put a spray coat. not sure if the "double coat" was really applied. My previous dealings with other asphalt sealer companies was very good. Cracks were addressed and seal coat had body to it. I brought it to Jeff's attention there was a lot of back peddling and excuses as to why they couldn't do what he said they would. total lack of responsibility and effort to make good on initial bid. this review is not embellished by any means I just want to make sure others are aware of potential issues. If there was a way to post pictures of the work I would. They say it all. Buyers beware.
