I've been meaning to make it out to this place for quite some time, but as the name implies, it's literally the last stop in the Bronx. It's not exactly a convenient location unless you live or work nearby. So I was excited to see they were on DoorDash. So yes, this is a delivery order. And yes, I ordered late at night and I was bleary-eyed and took terrible photos. I got their famous butter Mac n' cheese, the crispy butter chicken sandwich, and the chef's chicken souvlaki special. The butter Mac n' cheese was, as expected, cheesy. Also creamy and topped with Panko breadcrumbs. It was rich and the perfect "after-party" food. The crispy butter chicken sandwich was a pretty good Indian-American fusion dish, had a decent amount of spice (but not hot for those newbies out there), and had some cool, crispy pickles that added some crunch and tanginess. The Chef Souvlaki special is made with grilled chicken strips, tomato, onion, bacon, melted mozzarella, and tzatziki sauce. Great flavors, lots of different textures, all pleasant. Good dish overall for sure. Fries were a little limp. This is mainly bar food. Some dishes: hangover burger, classic burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, the cuban. They also have wings, tacos, nachos chicken fingers, salads. Because I ordered deliver, I can't speak to the other Yelper's complaints or cheers, such as the pricey ATM, the expensive cover charge, the quality of the DJ, or the cocktails. Looking at the whole picture, this is an ok place to go if you're in the area. The Indi eats are pretty good. But ultimately, this bar doesn't know what it wants to be. Why serve non-indi tacos? Most of their brunch service is far removed from Indian food. I sought this place out because it was marketed as a cool, edgy Indian fusion place. This place doesn't have a solid identity. My delivery (solely from that Indi Eats section) was good. The rest seems uninspired, like you could get those dishes anywhere. Glad I tried it. Wouldn't bother to go in person. We decided to come here for happy hour after work for a good wine down and the service sucked. And our waiter sucked even more she wouldn't give her name but it was a Spanish girl and she was sooo rude had an attitude every time we had to call her to our table. Having to call the waiter or waitress to your table every time you need something puts a bad taste in my mouth you should be the one to be attentive to us we are your costumers you ask us if we need something and that was NEVER done. I do not appreciate going out and being ignored. My friend Told me that happy he was til 9 so I was like okay we don't have to rush. We get there around 7:40pm she sits us at a middle booth I ask her if we could have a booth she tells me no because those are for bigger parties but I'm looking at all the other people sit at the booths and it's all parties or 2 people so why she couldn't sit us baffles me. Then I tell her that another friend is coming so can we sit at the booth she tells me no that I have to wait for my friend to get there first. We wait then asked another server and she let us live to the booth. Then I ask her what time is happy hour over she tells me 8pm so now me and my friend are scrambling to order the rest of what we want off the happy hour menu. Then my friend mentions how they advertise happy hour u til 9pm on their Instagram. I showed her the flyer and immediately she said I'll honor it, but you knew before I showed you that happy hour was til 9pm but just didn't want to let us know about it so now we ordered more happy drinks and their sitting there watering down because we thinking it was over at 8 I don't like to be mistreated at any establishment I go to and you never know who your serving. Then we spilled out r drink you think the waiter came over to help us wipe it up or try to see if we were okay none of that happened at all we help ourselves the whole time unless we decide to call them over. People need to humble them selves and little bit more and take their jobs a little bit more serious especially when it comes to servicing people food and drinks. Now I will say that although I didn't have a great experience the appetizers food was really good and we all enjoyed it. We had the sweet chilli wings,calamari, and mozzarella sticks The punch was really good as well I just wish they had better servers because the ones they do have sucked and they need to retrained on how to deal with people cause clearly they do not but overall this isn't a place I will be back to I like leaving good reviews not bad ones and this place out a bad taste in my mouth now if they trained their staff properly then maybe I would give it another shot. read more

Unreasonable cover charge of $20 and cash only. ATM charge $3.45 for each transaction, and they are not communicating properly with other employees. Came with 3 ppl and we each were charge 3.45 at ATM. Was told to come to a section and immediately told to leave. SMH hard to support! If you're looking for a chill hang-out spot for Friday night , this spot is giving--a vibesy local bar and with some seriously tasty eats (much better than expected). The atmosphere hits as the after-work crowd rolls in and sets the mood. It starts to really pop around 11p. They recently expanded into two sides. I only came by once after the upgrade and had a good time. My friends and I chose the less crowded side to grab some food and drinks. I had a horrible experience!!! The customer service was awful, with underage employees who didn't know much this type of business protocols. Soooooooooo.......I have a new happy hour spot.....yes I only rate it a 3....well 3.5...and even thought I will most definitely return I will tell you why I have yet to give it all 5 stars..... So I went on a Wednesday evening at 6:00 to meet a friend for drinks .....I picked this location even with its mixed reviews because it was close to her job...I arrived at the establishment before my friend.....and the bartender greeted me and quickly told me about their happy hour specials and how it works......Monday - Friday happy hour is from 3-8 and Saturday and Sunday 3 till 7.....she gave me happy hour menu that had super affordable drinks and food....and hookah. I was told I could order specials all the way till 8 ...but at 8 we had to close out the happy hour tab and start a new one. When I arrived there was only one other patron but that changed within 30 min. I met a regular who told me ALL the reasons why she comes here 5 out of 7 days a week. I had run punch and a pitcher of passion fruit mojitos.....now I am a "drinker" and for these to be cheap happy hour drinks they were strong and fruity....not watered down at all. We ordered several bites from the happy hour menu....all equally good....we had fried shrimp and fries....mozzarella sticks....chicharones and platanos....and chimi sliders......all of these were small plates....my favorite was the chimi sliders....and the garlic lime dipping sauce for the chicharones de pollo.....and my least favorite was the chicharones themselves..... About 10 min till 8 the bartender asked if we wanted another pitcher as to take advantage of the special......I think that was cool of her... So a quick run down..... Super affordable.....my tab was only $62 and yes they add 15% gratuity to all checks. The place gets pack the later it gets.....and people do dance in the limited space there is. The bathroom is clean but a single....one for man one for woman....so you may have to wait if the place is crowded. The reason I did not give this place 5 stars....I took away an whole star due to the location......the place is true to it's name......it truly is located at the last stop on the 2/5 train line in the BX.......this is a very isolated and creepy looking at night....it is nowhere you would want to have to wait outside for an Uber.....the only life on the block is the establishment itself.....and since I did not have dinner or brunch I can't comment.....so I will reserve .5 a star for that..... Like, you can look up and see the passengers LOL They also have seating next to the venue under a covering which isn't a bad option depending on your vibe. This was my first time coming here yesterday (memorial day) with my friend Heather and it was amazingggg. Good food, good drinks, good hookah. This is a nice new spot in the uptown Bronx area. It's nice to find a non-Jamaican spot. It has a nice latino flare to the ambience. The staff are soooo polite, the server Reina is an absolute sweetheart, very attentive and filled with manners. $10 and up for real cocktail drinks. $20+ for meals, you wont regret it. The food portions for the entrees are enough to fill you up and presentation is on point!!! The also have hookahs, the play reggaeton, salsa and all the Latino music its nice. My husband and I decided to check this place out. First off, its definitely impossible to miss! Looks super trendy, with club lighting outside amidst a block filled of shut down store fronts and warehouses. It was pretty empty at 8pm on a Saturday, so we were seated right away. Got the red sangria which was delicious. There was a bit of a language barrier with the waitress which didn't matter expect when I tried to express a food intolerance. I wasn't sure if she understood, which for me isn't the end of the world (just would have made for a very uncomfortable evening) but if you have a bad food allergy, it could be cause for concern. We ordered 3 dishes in total, 2 as appetizers, and then the mixed seafood paella for two. While we waited, we were given plantains with a dip that my husband described as a mix of chipotle and tartar sauce---it was damn good!! The waitress offered to refill our chips too which was great, except that it filled us up. The appetizers and entree came at the same time. We had asked for recommendations from the waitress on whether to go with the chicken Chicharrones, or the Mofonguitos to start and she said the Chicharrones, but it turns out the main reason for the rec was because of the significant portion size of the dish. It wasn't super exciting---essentially popcorn chicken with tostones. Would be a good dish if you're going with kiddos. The salad was ok, the Caribbean salad, except that it was described on the menu as having pineapple, mandarin oranges, and egg. Instead, it only had pineapple and then chicken. Tasty, but certainly not what we expected. The paella was yummy, though I usually like a bit of a crust on my paella. Rice was soft and fluffy with a lot of flavor. The seafood tasted really good. They do include tip, though add on less then I would give normally! So all and all, a decent experience and I would be interested in going back, but would probably order different items to try. read more

I came here on a Friday for the first time, and it was awesome! The food was 10/10, i had the empanada platter that came with two sauces that were both good. I had the burger, it was pretty tasty and a nice portion. My friend had the chimi sliders and they were perfection. The service was pretty attentive, i was very surprised how attentive they were given the fact that this place gets PACKED! So i appreciated that the waitresses were constantly checking up on us. There is hookah available if you are into smoking, and there is also heaters for the outside which is also nice. The vibe is very cool! It is deff an older crowd, (early 30's, auntie/uncle and i think i saw some grandma & grandpas too,) so there is deff something for everyone lol. The music was early 2000's r&b, rap, hip hop, reggae (best era of music) No top 40 here. It is not a classy place at all, so dress whatever lol. (Noticed some sweat suits, jeans, and heels, so VERY CASUAL). Drinks were hit or miss. The Sangria pitcher was good, but barely tasted the alcohol. I also tried the Woo, it was way too strong and you couldnt really taste the drink. The best drink in my opinion was the 2 Train (their most popular drink), it was strong, tasty, & got to the point. The only reason for the 4 stars is just that they need to figure out the bathroom situation, the line was ridiculously long and they only have 2 restrooms. This was one of the worst bar places I have ever been to. I walked in with 2 friends on a Wednesday afternoon for happy hour. and the place was very slow. There were about 2 -3 other tables that have already been served so I only assumed we would get quick or decent service. We awkwardly waited five minutes for someone to seat us or for at least one staff member to have the common curtesy to greet us. It was as if we were invisible, not one person acknowledged us. Everyone was about there business. I walked up to the Bartender who was the one taking orders and before I even got a chance to say anything she replied to me "okay you need to give me a second" she was wearing headphones and proceeded to continue her conversation on the phone. I would have understood if she was at least taking care of a customer. At this point I wanted to leave but my friends that I was with I haven't seen in a long time and this was the only bar in the area so we stayed. Two more of my friends joined us so now we are a table of 5. It took about 20 minutes for the same bartender to walk up to us and she says "what do you want" and I reply: "well I WOULD LIKE a menu to order please." She takes 2 menus for the 5 of us and puts it on the table and walks away. She came back within 10 minutes and we requested piña coladas and margaritas and apparently they didn't have either of them which is pretty disappointing. We requested passion fruit drinks and a hookah so she takes the menu and leaves without saying anything. We get our drinks and more than 30 minutes go by and we still dont have the hookah we ordered. I go up to her when she wasn't at all busy and ask her kindly for an update on the hookah. She tells me that I need to ask "the girl who does hookah in the red shirt." I wish she would have saved us the time of telling us that she isn't the person to ask for hookah. To put the cherry on top the only person in the bar who does the hookahs was on lunch. She was eating at the table behind us right middle of the bar. Wouldn't have even recognized her if it wasn't for what she was wearing. We patiently waited for her to finish her meal to serve us hookah and just when we thought she was finished she gets served an entire order or wings and calamari from the bar and a gentleman joins her. I am all for giving employees the breaks that they deserve but she sat there eating for over an hour and there was no one else serving hookah at the time so they literally made us sit and wait til she finished her meal. At this point we wanted to leave so we asked for the check for two drinks. (We wanted to order more but we were already there for almost 2 hours with poor service) At this point the hookah lady finishes eating and charges us for the hookah which was a good price of $20. The bartender returns to tell us theres a $25 minimum to pay the check (for the drinks) which I have never heard in my life. The two drinks were $15 so when we offered to pay cash and she then implied her own tip which was not deserved at all. Took everything out of me not to tell her about herself. Do not waste your time at this establishment. A joke. If you aren't a people person, dont work with people. Simple. The only good thing I have to say about this place was good music. The "host" didn't acknowledge the fact one of us was celebrating a birthday. Then after waiting 15 mins to find a table for our group they said hold on some more. So we left. The place only takes cash and there's no ATM, very ghetto! Walking through on spilt drinks and ice on the floor, people bumping into each other and hookah smoke: it was just gross. This spot is very decent surprisingly based on the area its in. The deals are ok and the mixes are great. The only thing I dislike about Last Stop is that they tend to charge for entry. They claim it's whenever they have a dj, but there are hundreds of other places that do have a dj and will never charge a cover. It just takes away from the experience.
