Secondly, the service is excellent! From the tobacco experts that will guide you through the humidor to the people who work in the 2 attached establishments. There is a speakeasy next-door, just pick up the phone at the front door, say "Joe sent me" and you are allowed into one of the finest drinking establishments in the 5 county metro, replete with all of your favorite beers and craft cocktails that are out of this world! Then, you have the Bellows, an outdoor, intimate music venue that sports 2 firepits, a stage, heaters for those cold nights, and plenty of seating. I asked the host if we can sit at the (completely empty) bar and enjoy one cocktail before their reservations arrive. She didn't know the answer and went to consult with the bartender. The bartender then responded with a rude attitude that she can't take any more customers. At this point it is 8:35 and you have about a dozen free tables plus a fully unoccupied bar. Is everyone running late for their 8:30 or did everyone schedule a 8:45 slot? I'm still baffled that we were turned down for a 1 drink / 15 minute experience with so many open seats.
