We cannot recommend Lasso the Moon enough. My wife and I had our wedding a few weeks ago at the Kampong National Tropical Botanical Garden, where we used Lasso the Moon, Inc. to coordinate the event. Their services included event planning, set-up, music, decor, and catering. Lasso the Moon was incredible through the whole process, from the beginning planning stages and culminating with this beautiful event. Cynthia and her staff are beyond professional. They take their craft seriously with the utmost care and attention to detail.
One thing we really appreciated about working with Cynthia was her ability to manage expectations. We did not want to work with someone who would say yes to each of our sometimes far-fetched ideas, only to find out later on that they would be impractical or even impossible. Rather, we relied on Cynthia's experience to guide us in what works and what doesn't. Several times throughout this planning process, we would come to Cynthia with an idea that, if allowed to materialize at the reception, would likely have turned out disastrous. Rather than shutting down our ideas outright, Cynthia, having the intuition to get at the heart of what we wanted, would channel our idea into something that could work better than we had imagined.
The day of the wedding, we were grappling with the peak of the Omicron surge as well as rain. Lasso the Moon was flexible and nimble enough to make last minute changes that mitigated any COVID risks while keeping our guests dry. Despite all these challenges, Lasso the Moon really outdid themselves. We had more fun at our reception than we could ever have imagined. The food was out of this world. Decoration of the venue complemented the natural beauty of the Kampong in a way that made us feel like we were in a dream.
Several weeks after the event, people are still telling us how much fun they had, how well they ate, and how beautiful they found the place. We highly recommend Lasso the Moon for any event. read more
