I opted for a Raspberry Walnut topped with chicken, spinach, tomatoes, cheddar/jack blend with added avocado. My SO grabbed the Wild West one and the child went with the Crepemaker 123 which has the basic components of a breakfast wrap but in a crepe. His cousin ordered the large fajita crepe mixed with chicken and steak, peppers, cheese, and salsa. We sat at the counter to watch our creations being made. The coffee was decent and although I think the toppings could have been heftier in portion-I enjoyed my crepe. My friend invited us to have crepes here for lunch. My son and I went to pick it up last Saturday and the food that we tried was amazing. They were preparing everything for the reopening of regular hours and I noticed how they had already placed the tables and chairs with the social distancing requisites. Everyone working here had gloves, masks, and chef hats not just covering the head but also the hair, and nowadays I pay extra attention to every single detail when the hygiene is involved. We had onion soup and guys, let me tell you, this is what a French onion soup should be done! It was so good, as soon as I saw it I knew I was going to eat something great, because it was dark brown, kind of creamy due to all the onions that they had inside, and the delicious bread absorbed all the flavors of this incredible soup. I need to go and eat it again. I recommend the onion of this soup! We had a crepe with chicken and raspberry, and this was to die for. The combination of the tender and tasty chicken with all the raspberry marmalade was simply perfect. I couldn't believe how happy my taste but where. We also had a sweet Crape with Nutella, nuts, and dulce the Leche. This was so tasty not just because of that rich flavor of the Nutella but the dough of this crepe it's so good, moist, soft, and not heavy at all. They finish doing all this in front of us and everything was excellent and clean. They are located in a shopping center and they have many parking spaces on their ample parking lot. Everyone was really happy at the Xmas gathering for my job. There was a long line involved, but co-workers could talk among themselves while waiting in line. Austin was great and he cooked up a whole bunch of different savory and sweet options to everyone's liking. I love that it wasn't your traditional sit down 3 course meal and it felt so much more fun to watch your crepe being made and even taking it on to the dance floor with you lol. I ordered a crepe and after I paid asked the employee why it wasn't a combo and he said it was too late to change it. I got charged $12 for a crepe and a soda only. For savory, I ordered the Opulence, which featured marinated chicken breast sautéed with portabella mushrooms over melted cheese, and it was rich tasting but not heavy, because the crepe itself was really light. For dessert, I got the Strawberry Supreme, which featured sliced strawberries dusted with cinnamon and sugar, wrapped in the crepe and then covered with whipped cream and a dash of liquor.
