Scheduled an appointment to meet with someone to go over my taxes. Was told they'd be ready to go…read moreover in one week, after two weeks of no phone calls, I called and they said they were still being worked on. Finally a week later was told they were submitted. After a month of not receiving any information, I called and was told they weren't submitted due to still needing a form. After frustration my taxes were finally submitted and I paid my "bill" to them. 5 months later, I received a new bill with almost double the charge than what I paid. I called letting them know I already had paid them money and was told "okay". Now just received another bill showing I still owe the remainder even though I paid my bill last year. I have called and emailed several times with VERY delayed responses. Very frustrating, disappointing and terrible customer service.
