Jerry is SO caring and even comes by with water to make sure you are hydrated. Once, i suffered heat stroke there, shame on me for not properly caring for myself. Was told no need for 30-day notice, to just clean out the unit and remove the lock and leave the door open -- I also have this in print from the storage facility. I did this with plenty of time to spare before the charge date on each unit. I was not charged for two of the units for the month of May -- which tells me they knew I had moved out in an appropriate and timely manner. However, I was charged a fee of $27.50 with no phone call or explanation. Here we are in June, and the units has been empty for two weeks -- cleaned out and no lock -- door open AS INSTRUCTED. My account was charged the regular unit fee on -- not one -- BUT TWO units THAT HAVE BEEN EMPTY FOR TWO WEEKS AND CLEANED OUT AND LOCKS REMOVED AS INSTRUCTED. I have made two phone calls now. One yesterday and left a voice mail to please refund the $27.50 charge that was inappropriate as well as the $70 charge for the month of June. Today, there is a second unit charge for another $70 for a second unit. ANOTHER PHONE CALL AND MESSAGE.......LIVID!!!! ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!!!!!!

Therefore somebody is working there is Doing It .When I reported it to the facility, They were very rude and unhelpful. Did not want to review the cameras and have limited cameras in the facility. I believe they call a Kansas City Shuffle still from units to make a profit selling units once a month unit auction. Put a lock on it leading to be thinking I lost my keys. They came and cut it off and open the unit more than half of my stuff.

No indication that this is not covered storage. Wasted trip. Why not include that information?read more

My…read moreunit was about 20-40$ cheaper/month on average here than any other unit of the same size in the surrounding Redding area, and I called around a bunch. I had zero issues, it was always quite and empty when I was there so I liked the privacy (and it's gated). I felt the area was pretty safe and I would recommend them to anyone needing some storage space.

Smiles and top notch service are ever present. The place is spotless, safe, and extremely professional. The price is right and they don't suddenly jack up the rates here. In the 10 months here, we paid the same rate, whereas I've seen other places raise the prices. I highly recommend storing here to anyone who wants quality, certainty, and people who are caring as well as professional.
