Applause to the client for handling the situation with Grace & etiquette despite being mistreated. They try to be diplomatic FIRST & when people dont respect some moral boundaries THEN they choose to defend themselves just like how this client said they would take action only due to the fact of refusing to refund deposit . Didn't even mention that they would take action due to the discrimination ONLY because they refuse to give the deposit and turned them away.

She is an expert in her craft as well as a studio manager and can answer any question you may have about membership and the studio's services. Most importantly, she matches your vibe.
