The salon was clean, quiet, and relaxing--basically the opposite of my daily chaos. My lashes came out super lightweight but still full, like natural... if my natural self were just better. They've been holding up really well too, surviving naps, showers, and me aggressively rubbing my eyes at 2am (don't recommend, but still). Only downside? The reason why my lashes look sparse in my inner and outer corner of my eye is because Sunny never placed any lashes there even though i could clearly see my natural lashes. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response.
