The lashes and the procedure was just as great as the customer service. She always made sure i was comfortable, if anythinf hurt, etc. Aside from the great customer service and comfortable experience, the lashes also somehow stayed on for longer than expected too!! With her great knowledge on how to tale care of lashes, i followed what she said and it stayed looking full for 2 weeks!!
