I've been getting my lashes done for a few years now. I'm so glad I found lashes 101. Everyone is really sweet & accommodating. They make sure you are happy with your lashes 100%. They do not use too much glue or poke your eyes. All of the techs are gentle. Making or changing appointments are easy too. They use quality lashes that are light weight & soft. The facility is always clean as well. Most place charge $250+ for a new set and do a horrible job. Remember ladies you have to maintain your lashes. I did lashes extension from lashes 101 ... service is really bad .... Last night I told the lady I want medium it's mean hybrids ... the lady she did my lashes within 20 mins she said done ... I pay for full lashes extension price 120$ it's a lot .... I pay for full not for 2 or 3 hair I m not satisfied the way she did it for me .. I told her I want more lashes to fill she did not do it for she said no ..... and the other lady her name is henna she fill little bit more to me ... I appreciate her she did it for me but still I m not satisfied ... if customer is not happy the way they did they have to learn how to make customer happy .... Still they need to learn how to treat customer soo bad customer service my first time experience to go there ....... This was my first time getting lashes, which I said when I booked the appointment. I guess I was wrong to assume the technician would be nice. When I tried to explain what I wanted she showed me two pictures which I didn't like and that obviously pissed her off. She did one side and allowed me to see. I actually thought it looked nice, however it seemed one section needed maybe two more added. She told me they're not going to be perfect. She then did the other side and once done. I looked in the mirror and asked if she could brush them out because that same area seemed like it was missing a few. She gave me a brunch and I said I can do it myself. I then asked have I been rude to you? I don't understand what I did that was so wrong. She said maybe it's just my personality.. I have never gotten lash extensions, because I was cursed with the typical asian straight pointed down eyelash and when I would apply false lashes myself, even after curling my natural lashes they would still straighten out and my false lashes would be curled and my real lashes wld be pointing downwards which looked very odd from the sides. So for the longest I assumed lash extensions would be the same, I've spoke with a couple other lash extension artists before and they've told me to just get a "last lift" or that the extensions would not stay for long.. So I just kind of gave up the idea of ever having fun fluffy beautiful lashes, Until I decided one day to just take the leap of faith and try extensions, I did extensive research on places, and read TONS of Yelp reviews and found this place Lashes 101. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get seen same day, but they made it happen! Sally did an amazing job, took a look a couple picture ideas I had and made it her own. I am soo pleased, that even when I went home after my appt my mom noticed them right away and made an appt for later that same day. I asked for as volume as possible and my normal lash lady in college said that most of my lashes had classic lashes after i asked for volume. Our first time and won't go back. Unfortunately, we didn't get the name of the tech but doesn't matter because we are not going back. How do you wax eyebrows in 10 minutes? She added too much wax that looked like a blog. I asked her, aren't you going to brush them so you can see the shape of them? She sais no. So unprofessional. Obviously she didn't care of the work she was doing. She left one thinner than the other and didn't even notice. I think this is just a job for her and not a passion. I went recently to get my lashes done and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of safety precautions taken in consideration for COVID-19. I am definitely one to pay attention to details with how each business handles safety protocols and I am afraid to say I didn't see any in action while there getting my lashes done. There was a new paper placed on the table for me to lay on when I got there but nothing further. The person that did my lashes did a great job but I saw her take money from a client and go straight to touching the tools that were to be used on my eyes before washing her hands or putting on hand sanitizer. Then, proceeded to touch her phone and continue to touch the tools again. I asked her to put hand sanitizer before proceeding. She didn't seem bothered but I felt as a client that I shouldn't have had to ask that considering that it seems to be the bare minimum in covid-19 protocols. Then I was extremely bothered to see that when I got up the other employee that was working on my best friend didn't have her mask on at all. My best friend was unaware of the woman not wearing her mask and was also extremely bothered by the experience. In all honesty I was expecting this business to be a lot better and more trustworthy considering you are paying $120 for the experience. I have been to much smaller businesses which are a lot more careful and have more tools to ensure each clients safety. I will not be going to lashes 101 again until I see more safety being put in place for their clients. read more

They apply the lashes so that they only last for a short amount of time, therefore causing you to come back frequently than normal so they can make more money off of you. My new lash tech at my new place explained to me how some establishments purposely apply lashes so they fall off and you have to come back and pay.... this is how THIS establishment works!! The job that they do is subpar at best. Not to mention they are rude as hell! They talk over you while they are working on you, they also talk about you while they are working on you.
