Vivian is trained and continues to keep up with her education. On my first visit she provided good information on her application techniques to either create a rounder eye versus a wider look. She asked probing questions to get a good idea as to what I wanted. She asked about my work out regime and makeup, explaining how heat and oil affects the lash adhesive. I told her my lash extensions would curl sideways. She explained why and vowed that kind of application would never happen at her studio. At the end of our first visit I left pleased with my new, very natural look. Three weeks later, I returned with most of my extensions still working for me. I've been with Vivian for all of 2025 now. I'm hooked. I am a loyal Vivian @ Lux Lashus fan! She gauges whether I want a quiet hour to snooze or to talk about life and love. In a snapshot, where's my experience: - rushed service - no prep work at all- just began sticking stickers all over my eyes - Nothing about the materials laid out looked professional; looked very much like a DIY at-home -kit - pinched my corner eyelid with the tweezer within minutes of me laying down - that one really hurt - she worked on me in complete silence. No music or any attempt to chat (the latter of which I'm fine with, but some may be put off by it). She did turn on some music briefly for 15 minutes when the products had to settle, but every song was followed by advertisements, so not at all relaxing - was not given any follow-up care tips until I specially asked about them I would have been able to overlook some of the things above if the results came out nice, but unfortunately they didn't. Day after: - corner eyelid has a tiny area that's red and raw (and painful to touch); I'm guessing it may have been burned from chemicals used. I had mentioned the stinging during appt, but was told it's normal - right eyelid slightly swollen - eyelashes are not even; very jagged The reason I gave two stars as opposed to just one is that the technician seemed friendly enough. If you want to pamper yourself, this place is definitely not what you're looking for. Based on the other reviews, I'm assuming she just did a bad job on me as she was rushing to be somewhere else... I won't be giving this place another chance though.

My eye brows became thinner than before Microblading. And it requires two appointments to complete the Microblading. I couldn't get second touch up appointment to complete because Nicole Doesn't response phone calls, I have such difficulty to get hold of Nicole Tapia for touch up. No response from Celestial Lashes. Nicole Tapia did Microblading procedure for me on 05/26. The procedure was taking place in the back of the hallway. It was dark hallway. I was wearing mask due to her comment of her family tested Covid positive. .. Nicole never asked to see my face or see my picture, instead she blind sighted preformed Microblading procedure quickly. I was advised to call her for touch up within 5 weeks. I started to call since last week 06/26 to make an appointment for touch up. No response! I posted the request for an appointment on Celestial Lashes and skillcare web site, no answer. The procedure was quick. The cost was not cheap $400 + Tip of $80. The results are poor. The apprentice was worsted before. Nicole was overly thinner my eye brows. And she will not respond to you for touch up.. you will never get your message answered. The service was quick, the website misleading people. That was my experience with Celestial Lashes.

I try really hard not to fall asleep because I feel like it's awkward to fall asleep on your lash technician because god knows what happens (jolting, snoring, sleep talk?). Overall, I'm sure it happens a lot here and I know I'm not the only one. S E R V I C E The consultation portion at the beginning was well communicated. You choose what style and length you prefer and Nicole will make some suggestions based on your preference. Nicole has a soft touch, and trust me this is important because I've met lash technicians who were rough. I never felt any tug on my lashes or glue at the wrong spots. I appreciate the price set for the lash extensions because it's so worth it when you're coming across someone like Nicole.

The procedure itself is painful, after all she is using the laser to zap the f out of my freckles. Use Neosporin and SPF will definitely help prevent freckles from reoccurring. Save yourself some money by purchasing her packages. She will also recommend products that are effective.
