I booked everything online from my phone very easily; the intake form for the facial asks a series of questions regarding your skin goals, products you currently use, allergies, and beyond. The massage form is similar and asks for your preferred pressure and goals for the massage. I really appreciate this step and feel like it's a great way to start the discourse between you and the Bella team before you even meet them. Because I purchased a bundle, it ended up looking like I was going to have the facial and massage done at the same time lol, which isn't possible. Jaclyn texted me very soon after the appointment was booked to clarify and she helped me set everything straight right away. When the time came for my appointment, I found the business nestled in a nondescript office park that has a huge shared lot for parking. Initially, I drove right past their building but once I got my bearings it was very easy to find. Right when I walked in, I felt very welcome! Both Jaclyn and Kelly greeted me right away with huge smiles and Jaclyn took me back into a room to prep for the facial right away. The decor is unbelievably cute and the whole aesthetic is very calming and inviting. I got changed for the facial quickly and was off to the races. Jaclyn is extremely sweet and very friendly; she asked a few questions to clarify what my goals were and provided input on the skincare routine I've just started going recently. She recommended a couple of treatments for down the line, and walked me through exactly what she was doing during the facial and how it worked. We had a couple of laughs and I was surprised that I didn't fall asleep lol. This was the second professional facial I've ever had and it was by far the best to date. Jaclyn also offered to text with me if I needed any advice or if I had any questions about products, etc.! How friggin sweet is that? Following the facial, Kelly walked me upstairs to a second room for the massage. I again got changed and settled, and she got straight to it! She asked if I had any problem areas she should focus on, and assured me that the process kept everything decent and that if I had any concerns or was uncomfortable at any point to let her know. This will have been the first professional massage I've ever gotten, and I'm glad that it was with Kelly! She checked in with me a few times throughout to make sure that I was comfortable, and paid special attention to a couple of stubborn knots I feel like I have had for years. I've always been a fan of firmer pressure, and this was perfect. The time felt like it flew by and I was glad that my drive home at the end wouldn't be long. It was extremely relaxing and I didn't realize how much I'd needed it. It was very apparent to me that both of these ladies love what they do, and they're both exceptionally talented at their craft. I ended up leaving after it had gotten dark (the joys of winter), and did not feel rushed or stressed when I was checking out. I absolutely loved my experience and will be looking forward to the next time I get to treat myself to a self care day!!

I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. She really knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. $15 to have my eyebrows waxed by Itzel was totally worth it! The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.
