That said, I have been to the salon four times since 2014. I have not had a good experience since the very first time in Bowie. Each time I have gotten Boops and each time the lashes have fallen off or bent up in a very short period of time (one of those times was my wedding!) This last time, in Crofton, they were falling out within 48 hours. Although they did a fill in for free, again great customer service, within 48 hours again, I had a handful of lashes. Not to mention the adhesive is murder on my eyes yet it doesn't work. You spend way too much for these lashes to be falling out so quickly and abundantly! ps. I had a senior tech, bought the cleanser, bought the brushes, and followed all of the after-care instructions... I even slept on my back, which I hate to do!

I even used to work at a lash salon in a different state and The Lash Lounge is miles better. No clumps, no glue on the lash line, Every tech is either a licensed estheticians or cosmetologist, in addition to tons of corporate training. The place is super cute and welcoming as well. I removed every last lash at home over the weekend because I was so unhappy with how I looked. To be clear: I stand NOTHING to gain from posting publicly about my experience, I am out $325 total, and I RARELY leave negative reviews - if you need receipts for this too, check my profile. Full transparency on my end. I reached out after via email in the hopes of any effort on Wink's part to find a resolution. The owner didn't follow up to meet me halfway, ask for photos, offer a phone call, absolutely nothing. Who said anything about a refund? Literally not me, ever, though that would be the customer service oriented thing to at least DISCUSS. On the contrary, I was instead told reaching out was inappropriate and that my words (my opinion) were untrue, and that I should find another salon. I can post a screenshot of that as well. How is that customer service? How is that caring about customer satisfaction? And how many people can honestly say they're comfortable with telling a tech who just spent two hours on something "Uh, yeah this look is awful for me" immediately after service? Anyone who is courteous would want to take a private moment to themselves in a comfortable space before opening a can of worms. I had previously had micro-blading done back in 2017, so I was grateful that Kamaria was able to see me. I'm hoping they will take as micro-blading does a lot of damage; causing scaring etc. She took her time to get them as symmetrical as possible...and she did a wonderful job matching the color to my hair color. I wasn't expecting it to be as close as it was so that was another plus! My brows came out very nice and I can't wait to see the final product once they have healed.
