Each time I have gotten Boops and each time the lashes have fallen off or bent up in a very short period of time (one of those times was my wedding!) This last time, in Crofton, they were falling out within 48 hours. Although they did a fill in for free, again great customer service, within 48 hours again, I had a handful of lashes. Not to mention the adhesive is murder on my eyes yet it doesn't work. You spend way too much for these lashes to be falling out so quickly and abundantly! ps. I had a senior tech, bought the cleanser, bought the brushes, and followed all of the after-care instructions... I even slept on my back, which I hate to do!
