Follow-Up Visit - I had to return the next day just to receive a toner, yet again I left with wet hair. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service. 3. Customer Care - When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist "shouldn't have taken me because she stayed late." This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling undervalued as a customer, despite the significant amount of money and time spent.
