Cool laser gun contraptions.

This was pretty disappointing. We had my sons 12th birthday party here last month and all I can say is that I'm glad The kids had a great time. The laser course is really fun (but this was my first time so don't take my word for it) but the facility is very poorly kept. We rented the largest party room which unfortunately was near the restrooms which were absolutely filthy. So enjoy your pizza while being inundated with the smell of urine. No soap To wash hands, no paper towels, no party service like most places offer when you rent. The party room was dirty when we arrived to setup (30 min prior to party as directed). We had to wait for the guy to take out trash and do a bit of clean up before we could come in which then left us still trying to set up while guests were already arriving. Bad on y'all for that.

My son had his bday party here on the 22nd of February. He and his friends had an awesome time! The man who assisted us was patient, kind, non-demanding, and made everything super easy for me! Having a bday party after working all day on a Friday, I thought, was going to send me into crazyville but it was not that way. I ordered pizza and wings from a local pizza bar (there are many to choose from and they all deliver here), and all was well!!!

She doesn't reach the 4 feet height requirement so she couldn't do the gravity ropes or laser tag, but we came for bowling anyways. Since we got there shortly after 11am, the line wasn't too long and we got a bowling lane. Bowling shoes are $5, so even with the promo, you still are paying $41 for 2 people. Bowling. Bowling is by the hour NOT game, which I find annoying. They WILL shut down your lane in the middle of a game, and you'll never know who was going to win if you're playing against your friends Or even if you're going for a personal best. UGH, this is probably my biggest complaint. once your hour is done, You can put your name on a waitlist for another lane if you are doing the all you can play. This was bad timing for us because I just ordered lunch, so the waitress had to move our stuff to one of the back tables and deliver our food there. Food. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful. They will even get you water to your table, no charge. This time I ordered the cheese pizza kids meal ($7) and boneless chicken wings ($12) for lunch. I like that their kids' meals are reasonably priced, but then they make us order food too... hm. lol Food was decent, minus the brussel sprouts side which was an extra $2 and just boiled, not fried & crispy like what I was expecting. Next time, maybe just ask for the fruit (orange slices) as a side? Arcade. The promo included a $10 arcade card per person which was 50 credits. Each game is about 7.5 to 10 credits. I thought the Wicked Tuna game gave us the most tickets (40ish) with the least amount of skill & luck. With two $10 cards, we came out with 200 tickets and got a squishy ball and candy. We weren't going for tickets though so I'm sure we could have gotten a little more if we tried and didn't play Mario Kart, but that was her fav game haha. At the redemption center, the attendant can easily combine cards and also add funds back to your card if you hit one of those machines that didn't work. Overall, we spent $30 (with tip) on lunch and $40 on play, so $70 for a mommy daughter play date on a school day off and stayed for about 3-4 hours. Not terrible. In this economy though, it's getting tougher to justify these entertainment visits as it quickly adds up! when really, my kid just wants to play video games .

To say they're just gonna get slammed with large families trying to figure out a way in today's economy to feed families and still enjoy a night out is something of an understatement. I saw groups of 8, 10, 12 all enjoying dinner together. Kids laughing, parents visibly relieved that they don't have to remortgage the house to try to figure out how to pay for dinner, all while getting hot fresh pizza and all you can eat salad, etc. Overall the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and I would go back. And... It has to be the best deal in town for all you can eat.

When I saw the $2.99 deal I knew many others would also be there, and hoped that meant the food would be hotter, and when I bit into that stale garbage they called a pizza I couldn't even finish it. Honestly skip all the food except for the macaroni pizza and the pizzas that are cut in squares. It tasted like leftovers even though they were bringing fresh batches, I know this is cici's pizza but man I was just so disappointed, it tasted like garbage thrown away by the Aga's restaurant across the street. You really do get what you pay for, and I promise you that your stomach will feel awful after eating it.

They later told me it was "miscommunication". Well then communicate better..? To our surprise the class had almost 15 kids aged 4-12 today. They expected our 4 year old to keep up with everyone when he clearly didn't know what he was doing and was intimidated. As excited as my kid was to attend class, he broke down during class. My issue comes in when rather than comforting my kid who was 20 mins into his karate lesson or giving him some individual attention or helping him with the moves, the employees told me I was "interrupting" my crying 4 year old. Also how do you expect a kid to just come in, be thrown in a group 15 older kids and know how to do each move or how to kick or how to punch or how to do ANYTHING? Isnt that what we're paying you to teach? Absolutely ridiculous.

And I must warn you, it is definitely not for the faint of heart! I'm always on the lookout to mix up my workout regimen with new things to keep me interested and challenged, in addition to a boot camp I do twice a week, so a friend pointed me in the direction of a Groupon deal for "I Love Kickboxing.com" housed here at the American Martial Arts Academy. It's about an hour workout consisting of various stretching, ab excercises, upper body, and tons of cardio all at rapid fire speed, mixed in with punch/kick work --- it's the ultimate workout. The most important thing I learned was an awareness of my breathing to tie everything together. This is definitely a challenging workout and one that gets the job done. The instructors were very encouraging and I received more one-on-one work with an instructor/facilitator that was assisting. The most surprising thing? I can't remember the last time I had sweat as much as I did from that one class. And it felt pretty damn good. I've only been to one class, so I'll have to update once I've been to a few more classes.

We had such an amazing experience at PlaySpace in Sugar Land! From the moment we walked in,…read moreeverything was welcoming, clean, and well-organized. I was a little nervous at first since there were quite a few kids and families, but everyone was so kind, respectful, and friendly it made the whole experience even better. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Taylan was absolutely phenomenal working so hard, staying attentive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Deja at the front was super helpful and welcoming, which set the tone right away. Jollett was so kind, warm, and attentive, Caylae and Yasmine was amazing as well so sweet, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience! What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Lastly, get a picture of your kids going down the vortex slide! Our kids loved it! We even stopped by the snack bar and had a great interaction with Areli she was super sweet and professional. We purchased a few different items, and since they didn't have regular bags available, she kindly offered me a Ziploc bag, which was really thoughtful. Small gesture, but it meant a lot. We even left her a little tip because she was just that kind and helpful! However, corporate please get bags for families. To make our purchases more convenient. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places. (Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get. To help ensure your guest feel comfortable) You can tell this team genuinely cares about the families and kids who come through. The environment was clean, safe, and full of positive energy. We had such a great time, and we will definitely be back!

This place has potential but definitely needs some care and deep cleaning. The price is fair for what you get. They definitely have a bit of everything for all ages. Hopefully they do some improvements in the cleaning, I did mentioned it to one of the staff members and she said she had already informed her manager about the flies.
