They then informed us they had no water so no bathrooms and kitchen closed. We had promised the gkids so we proceeded to purchase the passes. We had purchased a Double Dollar certificate, $50 for $25. We purchased it a year ago but since it states it doesn't expire we saved it to go with the gkids. The manager(Jay) stated he knew nothing about it and refused to honor it! He got hostile when we objected and says we could go outside and settle it! With my grandkids standing right there! To have someone like that managing anything is appalling! When you give a small person a little power it often goes to their head! No people skills and obviously poorly trained! We are pursuing this in several ways as what was done to us and in front of my gkids must be addressed so it doesn't ruin someone else's family day! To recap, can't open on time, no water so no bathrooms or food and little Jay with s chip on his shoulder and ready to fight! Poorly ran company!

We used a coupon for $20 extra in credits, we purchased another $50 on top of that to start off to see how we liked it. During our visit there was a few birthday parties going on, kids screaming and running around. Most of the games we played seemed to be sticky or greasy on the controls. Unfortunately, several games that we wanted to play (power roll, coin pushers) were either broken or jammed. Also, each play was pretty expensive compared to other arcades we've played at. The only staff I saw was at their respective counters, none were seen walking the floor checking on things, or cleaning. The tickets we did win, there was nothing much in their prize area we wanted (too many junky toys and candy), so we gave the credits to a nearby kid. We enjoy seeing an arcade prize area tailored towards kids and adults. Unless they change it up, I highly doubt we will be back.

The course is well designed even for our littles ages 5-7! Great instructions on how to play. Also snacks for all of us. There's also a shaded comfortable area to have lunch. Angie showed us an amazing Mexican food restaurant that was soooo good! You can have the food delivered if you'd like. It is well worth the drive so don't let that stop you. Prices are very reasonable too! I encourage everyone to experience this super fun day for the whole family!!

We did my son's birthday party here, and we only had six kids and two adults playing the game for 1 hour and they charged us $150 with tax. If you go there and not do a party, you would only pay with a group of 8 or more $8 an hour or $10 an hour if less than 8 people. How do they justify charging the extra $80 by only having an area where we could do cake and ice cream, which is NOT a private room, as they stated we would have. Anyone could go and sit in there. By doing the party package, there is no free upgrades and there was nothing special for my son for his birthday, they did not acknowledge my son for his birthday. There is NO benefit to having the party package by paying the $140+ tax. Money better spent going to Triple Play & get a lot more for your money and the kids have a lot more fun for a longer time period. When I talked to the manager about just paying the hourly group rate, which would been $64+ tax, he said "I'm sorry that we can't help you. You signed up for the birthday party." Unfortunately, even though I had no idea of the hourly rate of $8 and nothing was included in the party rate, except an open sitting area to the public, with tables that anyone could sit in, for cake and ice cream. NO private room included, as stated in what is part of the package. I proceeded to tell him that I will never ever come back to Strike Zone and I will tell all of my friends how bad they suck & put on social media what a rip off they are. Save your money and go to Triple Play if you want to do a party. It's sad because the kids did have fun. I was going to do our basketball team party here for 15 kids. Not now, I'll take our money elsewhere!!

The bowling alley is clean compared to most bowling alleys and they have lanes for super little kids. It's a fun way to spend the day, albeit very expensive. Cons: The arcade was a let down. I had the $7.50 arcade credit and most of the games I wanted to play were broken/not working. But able to take my money. The lady at the counter was helpful in refunding it but it was still annoying. We tried to play 2 player games but every time one of the games wasn't working so we had to do it separately which isn't as fun. Plus all the games are insanely expensive like $3-7 for maybe a 1-3 min game. We reloaded our wrist bands and it seemed all the games make it so you have to keep putting money on your wristband and can't quite play any game without doing that OR you just leave without using the full amount that you paid because there aren't any games that cost less than what's left on your wristband. Mini golf was alright All in all, it's a fun family place but some improvements could be made for sure!

The bowling alley could use some maintenance because even a 300 bowler isn't that great here but whatever, there's other cool things here. We enjoyed the indoor putt putt golf. The arcade had a lot to offer for all ages. Didn't make it to the zip-line but the employees said it's worth trying out! Between the water slides, the wave pool and the indoor outdoor hot tub, we all had a blast! We will be returning for sure!
