My boyfriend and I visited the laserdome for the first time on Valentine's Day because they had a "buy one pass get one free" deal going on and we were in the area so we decided why not give it a try. We got the ultimate pass for $29.99 which included the laser tag, race zone, laser frenzy, pinball alley and the Xbox zone. We had no idea how anything worked since it was our first time there but we had a very very nice gentleman help us through everything. I wish I could remember his name because he was awesome and helped out a bunch. We won a bunch of things also because they had a a scavenger hunt thing going on too. I wasn't too thrilled with the laser tag.. cool arena but the rules are kinda complicated. All in all, it's a cool little place and I recommend you trying it at least once. read more

I have been to laserdome many times over the years - each time was a unique & fun experience with great customer service. Most recently, I organized a bachelorette party where we started off the day by playing a round of lasertag at laserdome. It turned out that we had the place to ourselves, which was very nice. Because we were the only ones playing lasertag at that time, we were given the choice of what "mode" they could put the system in. We decided to play "every man for themselves" style which was a lot of fun! The bride-to-be's laser pack was programmed to congratulate her on her wedding after every round! It was really a fun touch - make sure you ask about this if you are celebrating a special occasion! We wore feather boas, which were unfortunately shedding, and the staff was very understanding and did not give us a hard time about making a mess everywhere we went. read more

My 10 year old son and his six friends had a great time at Laserdome today! One staff member was especially kind to my 5 year old daughter, who decided it was a little scarier than she was expecting. As a result, she ended up having a wonderful time, too! It's nice to see quality employees who enjoy children working in places that are geared toward youth. My bridal party and I went to laser dome after our rehearsal dinner to play some fun, competitive laser tag of boys vs. girls. Our party was late and the last party of the night. I had told the staff to shut us down early due to our tardiness, because I felt horrible that we were about 20 minutes behind schedule. They however did not cut us short as to my request, they let us play the full game!! My bridal party and I were over joyed and had a blast, and I can't thank them all enough for being so kind and helpful to us! My 3 year old son had a blast playing laser tag. I thought he might have been too small, but boy was I wrong. After a few minutes of explaining how to use the phaser, he jumped right in the fray. Luckily the other kids and teenagers gave him a "pass" and let him shoot them and they left him alone. The only time he had to recharge was when he was out of "ammo". Very family friendly place. Only criticism is the have some outdated video games and pinball machines. The air hockey table barely blew air and the frequently got stuck. I think the dance room should be repurposed for more video games. All-in-all a good place for laser tag. read more

All you can play arcade card limits you to 8 games. This was not dickies until we arrived. Was comped when I voiced complaint. Ordered food, was told 15 minutes and am still waiting 45 minutes later. Not following servsafe protocols- make me wait and I observe. Gloves rarely changed between handling of different food items. Understaffed. Not a good first experience. read more

Josh, our party leader, did a great job with my 10yo sons birthday party. Everything was handled for us, my son felt special, and his friends had a great time. We had concerns about the strobe lights during the dance party, and josh was very responsive to that and modified the program accordingly. Who would have thought 10yo boys love to dance! All in all a wonderful choice. The only negative is the noise (for me) but it is after all, an arcade. There are similar laser facilities in the area but this is very well run and the boys all say that LD has by far the best arcade games. read more

I just took six 11-year old boys to Laserdome for my son's birthday - our first visit. In the car on the way home, I asked them to rate the place on a scale of 1-10. Everyone rated it 9 or 10! I was especially impressed (as a mom) with how clean the place was. I saw 2 or 3 staff members walking around with squirt bottles of cleaner. This was an hour drive for us but I would definitely plan a return visit. Especially on holidays with special pricing packages. Nice job Laserdome. read more

I love Laserdome, but I feel like the owner of the place could be more respectful to the customers. He tends to make annoyed faces when a customer tells him that a machine is broken or they think that a machine is not giving out tickets. Other than the owner needing to be nicer, I have such a great time with my family and friends while I am there. I especially love when Lazerdome has prize nights and special days for different holidays. Lazedome is so wonderful and such a family friendly place! read more

This place is AWESOME for family fun!!! Prices are great!!!! They have cards you can purchase for unlimited arcade & laser tag games which I have never seen anywhere else & was certainly a very great deal for the money. Took my kids there planning to spend an hour or two & ended up spending almost 4 hours there!!!! I myself even got in on the laser tag action & it was an awesome family activity & exercise!!! Definitely a great place to take the kids & have some family fun!!! We will most certainly be back again!!!! read more

I love the laser dome and I love the Gaming tournaments that they host. I love the call of duty tournaments and have participated in a few of them. I would personally love if they hosted an Overwatch tournament. I can only give a 4 star review until then. read more

I very much enjoyed this place! I would dare to say that it's even better than a big named place such as Round One or Dave and Busters. Although, I was not pleased with the fact that the Xbox's do not have any sort of parental controls at all. So a few kids, thinking they were funny, set up almost every Xbox to display Porn Hub's homepage. There were porn videos playing on a loop while a few small children sat next to the screens. It was disgusting to watch and when I told the boys behind the counter, they took their time coming over and when they came over, they turned and chuckled to the kids who set up the Xbox's. It was very disheartening and really ruined my night. I hope they learned and put parental controls on their Xbox's because if not, they shouldn't have Xbox's. Unfortunately, kids these days can't be trusted not to do something as sick as that. read more

Can't figure out why this place has such high ratings. We've aren't new to laser tag, but the lack of information/organization here really led to a poor experience. The equipment and team concept was different than where we usually play, but was not explained well. I was happy when a large game of laser tag was starting just as we arrived but that quickly dissipated as we entered the briefing room with a teenager that spoke so quickly and mumbled so badly while explaining the equipment and game that we basically played with no idea what we were supposed to be doing and how the equipment worked. The 2nd game was better after we figured things out for ourselves, though there were people on our team saying they didn't understand, so I wasn't alone in this. The equipment wasn't great at telling you when you got a hit or were hit, we've played with equipment with much better indicators. I paid for 40 minutes and we only played 20, bc the explanation on that wasn't clear either. You play for about five minutes, take a break, then play another five minutes then they have you leave the arena, but scanning my card after the next game left me with zero credits, meaning we played two 10 minute games. I suppose maybe our cards were loaded incorrectly but previous questions I had asked only led to more confusion, there was a slow line at the counter and at this point I was done with this place, so we left. Not impressed, not fun, we won't return. I have taken my kids to a lot of various places like this-arcades, laser tag, trampoline parks, etc, and it's not usually too difficult to figure out how things work. This place is disappointing. They have this advertising that entices my children and then let them down. The staff is unkempt and disrespectful. The price is unreasonable too. They advertise 40 minutes of laser tag when really they only let them play for 20 minutes. When I spoke to a manager about it all they did was repeat themselves and apologize for MY misunderstanding. Its their poor attitude and mis-communication that deters me from ever going back. Save your money and do something better on a rainy day. read more

I went to Laserdome for the first time today with my 2 kids. It was not crowded at all (1pm on a Tuesday in April). Employee Jamie went above and beyond to be helpful to everyone there. My 7yo decided she did not want to do laser tag (too dark) but only after I had bought the $30 passes for 5hr. Jamie helped her to do a Treasure Hunt instead and she won gift cards totaling $55! She felt like a rock star. Jamie even came over to say goodbye at the end of his shift. The claw game actually paid out, and the prizes were redeemable for a reasonable amount of tickets. We drove 90min to go to Laserdome, and we will definitely be back! Thanks Jamie! read more
