Along with axe throwing, there's corn hole, giant Jenga, arcade games, and other free or inexpensive things to do. We took a tour of the various party rooms & they look like so much fun. Great place to have birthday parties, casual business gatherings, hang with friends or a unique date. One of the things that I really like is that you can BYO food, drinks and adult beverages. They do have a cooler with beverages that include craft sodas, boba, energy drinks, and more. Light snacks are available, too. The decor is a meld of a warehouse with rustic lumberjack accessories and furniture. The cages are named after roads and places in Hershey. The place was clean and inviting (as inviting as axes can be). Sorry, I didn't take pictures because we were disconnecting from the phones for a few hours. As for the location, it is tricky to find. When you turn off of Chocolate Avenue onto N Street or Orchard Street, then tune Left on First Street (an alley) go to the end of the road & it will be on the right. The physical location is not on Chocolate Avenue, but one block behind it.

Staring at us like he didn't know what we meant and then rudely correcting us in a condescending tone. then while skating we were approached by a worker and told to get closer to the middle or get off the rink because we were skating "too slow" for the outside, when we were skating at a normal pace. We told him we just wanted to be closer to the outside and felt more comfortable, and he just said "well sorry" and skated away. There are multiple skating rinks in this area that have never showed that kind of behavior and allowed anyone of any ability to skate. This is not one of them. They punish the "slower" (normal speed) skaters disguising it as "not wanting you to get hit" instead of the people zipping around and tripping people. Saying all this without even mentioning the fact that while skating I was approached by a man who I'm pretty sure either works there or is a regular, and he attempted to flirt with me. Very awkward and strange. I don't recommend this place.

Despite his attempt to present valid identification proving he was 21 years old, Sarah refused to believe it, mocked the situation using air quotes about his "real age," and continued to escalate the issue. Once it became clear she could not justify her claim about his age, she abruptly shifted her reasoning, stating that he was not "chaperoning a child" and had to leave. The young man, like the rest of us, was a paying customer. He had purchased both entry and skate rental. There was absolutely no justification for the treatment he received--other than the fact that he is a young Black man. What made this even more painful was the clear contrast in how our white friend, who also had no skates and remained seated at our table, was completely ignored and never harassed by staff. The racial bias and discrimination from Sarah, the security guard, and other staff members were blatant. The overall environment was hostile, disrespectful, and unsafe. We ultimately made the decision to leave as a group, feeling dehumanized and unwelcome. To add further insult, the young man who had paid for entry and skate rentals was treated as if he were not a legitimate customer. The staff, including the girl at the skate rental window, were disrespectful when attempting to return our shoes, even citing minor issues like not "tucking" the laces into the skates. We were only at the facility for about an hour in total, but it was enough time to experience clear racial profiling, harassment, and unprofessional behavior by the staff. This is not the kind of experience any paying customer should ever endure.

We had a little weekend getaway trip near Hershey and decided to try one of these escape rooms in…read morethis area. When you arrive here, there is no parking lot designated for this business. However, we found off street parking right in front of the store which was not a big deal. Our booking time was Sunday at 5pm so the traffic was light. Upon arrival we were greeted by our game master Jessie who explained the house rules of the escape room we selected. We chose "The Precinct" and it was challenging, but we were able to escape. It took us about 60-70 Minutes to escape for a family of four. Without giving too much away there lots of clues that involved math so you have to make sure your math is on point. You have unlimited hints and I think we used about 5 or 6 of them. They will give you a 10 minute warning so use your time wisely. Overall, the room is challenging I think I group of 6 people is the right balance to solved the room given the 1 hour time frame. If you are in area and have time to an hour to spare give them a try. Online booking is the best way to go.

The pool and pool areas are clean. There is a basketball court, playground, shuffle board, & volleyball net. Grassy area to play baseball or throw frisbee. There are umbrellas and shady spots. There are three pools: baby pool, diving board area in deep end, and 3' to 5' pool with funky slides. Pizza place will deliver to the pool. You can take water aerobics classes at night. Swim lessons are offered for a price. The life guards are absolutely fabulous to the kids learning. ‍‍‍come have fun in the sun!

There seems to be no effort put forth by the Pelvo's staff or Stoner Commons ground staff maintain a course worthy of the cost to play. All it requires is about 15 minutes or less each day to walk the course with a leaf blower to create a clean, clear, presentable , and playable course. Upon complain, cashier said they try to blow it off "every once in a while, but our gas blower needs gas". Suggestion, be proactive and get gas and do it, or get a battery operated one, but who knows, then the battery might not be charged. If you plan on playing here, suggest inspection first and then decide if worth pay to play.

Fisher Park is a fantastic family park tucked away in a Mechanicsburg neighborhood, and it's…read moreabsolutely worth a visit. The rubber surface throughout the park is a nice touch, though it can get quite warm on hot days thankfully, the park has misting machines to help cool things down (a few were out of order during our visit, maybe 2-3 out of 4 working, but still appreciated). There are also nice pockets of shade scattered around. The playground is well-designed with separate sections for toddlers (2 and under) and older kids (5-12), so everyone has their space. Right across from the park is a soccer field, giving kids even more room to run. A walking path wraps around the area, making it great for adults too. The pavilion is a standout feature ,it's the first thing you see when you arrive, and it's beautiful. The bathrooms are attached to it and were impressively clean, spacious, and a welcome cool-down spot on a warm day. There are water fountains on site, though they didn't appear to be working during our visit. Parking is ample, and on certain days, especially in summer a vendor or food truck sets up nearby, which is a fun bonus. The park isn't heavily bee-infested, just the occasional one here and there, nothing to worry about. Bonus: Fisher Park is conveniently located near two other great spots, a park with a dedicated splash pad just across and down the street, and Winding Hill Park not far away either. A perfect trio for a full day of outdoor family fun! Highly recommend this park for families. We'll definitely be back!
