I completed all of my sessions and waited a few months before updating my review. It is long but I felt like there's a lot of hidden info so I wanted to be thorough. I paid for underarm, brazilin (does not include happy trail that is extra), lip, and chin on the buy one area, get one free for approximately $3,000, not including interest. I was going to go with a cheaper provider but was told by them that there was a difference in the type of laser used so I chose Laser Away. I specifically asked if I still had hair after the treatments, what happens, she said that we could add a few more treatments (no mention of cost). The employees are very nice and very friendly. I never felt uncomfortable. The bikini area sessions do sting but it's manageable. I was initially told that if I posted a review to Yelp and Google that I would get $25 off my total cost, each. When I went back in after the review was posted, I was told I would get it off my next purchase. I noticed a slight difference, at about halfway through I mentioned that I wasn't seeing that great of a difference. She said during summer everyone gets the same frequency because of sun exposure. The laser was increased since I should have been seeing results. At the end of the sessions, there was a slight difference but not what I was led to believe. It is definitely not permanent hair removal. It's barely hair reduction. I was told that I could "purchase" more sessions since everybody is different and it could possibly be a hormonal issue. I have very light skin and black body hair so I am what you are told is the best skin type and hair color for these treatments. A few months have passed, there is still hair growth, there is not a reduction in the number of hair. I have to shave about every 2 to 3 days instead of daily, and there is less razor burn in the bikini area. However, for the claims and the cost, I just don't see the results that I was told or the ads claim. After already investing $3k, I was not willing to invest even more with no guarantee to get the results you are told you will get with the purchased package only. They also said that women sign up for maintenance packages. If it's permanent hair removal, not sure why you would need to pay for maintenance. Once you sign up for a package, there is no refund for unused sessions. You must pay it all if you go or not. If you finance, you cannot be late! If it is due on the 5th and you pay the morning of the 6th, the interest rate goes from 0% to 26%. No grace periods, no one-time forgiveness for any reason, 1 hour late, interest goes up. I also found one of them kind of rude while trying to get me to sign up for more areas. I signed in and went to sit down, she just said from the desk, "you don't get hair on your legs?" then proceeded to try to get me to sign up for treatments on my legs too. Was a bit off-putting but overall the staff is very nice. I'm glad I waited to see the results of the other areas before spending even more for not much payoff. read more

Dirty 30, and already have crows feet! Well, Laser Away was the best bday present to myself ever. Easy to make an appt, the place is gorgeous, clean, high class and the staff was amazing. From the phone call for appt, to opening the doors, from getting the treatment and walking out, just top notch. I got laser hair removal and a full on Clear and Brilliant facial! Nurse Kelly informed me of all the after care steps, gave me a heads up on what the treatment was going to be like and made the process feel less overwhelming/scary. Great educators and fun environment to be in when making a big purchase on my self. If anyone, at any age, needs a little lift with skin care, or old tats taken off... Went here recently to get my first laser treatment on my upper legs. I really appreciated all the friendliness of the staff from the moment I walked in! The environment is very clean as well which is a plus Jordan and Lisa who did my laser treatment were so sweet and courteous! Jordan explained everything I can expect during and after my treatment and this really helped with the anxiety I had about trying laser. Jordan made it easy to talk to and distract me from the slight uncomfortable moments when the treatment started going. She checked in with me regularly and really cared about me being comfortable throughout the session. Lisa was also awesome and made sure I was set to take home some hydrocortisone and Vaseline with any minor skin irritation afterwards. Just over a week ago I walked into Laser Away wanting to learn more about laser hair removal. I have been waxing for a few years of it and am honestly just tired of monthly having to go in to get the hair removed YET AGAIN. Lets be real who has time for that really, and shaving, don't even get me started. Well I walked in wanting to learn more and walked out having already booked my first appointment for later that day. Lilly was super friendly and took care of all of my questions and was super accommodating when I had to wait a bit after arriving for my scheduled consultation. I was really nervous to start the process but the nurse Kelly was absolutely amazing and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen through the whole process. I have an amazing experience every time I come here. I have received the fire & ice facial and laser hair removal, as well as several skin care products. The facial was my first time at any laser clinic and the nurses and front desk staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and pampered from the moment I walked in. My skin felt and looked so good after. I'm also 2 sessions in to laser hair removal and have found the nurses to, again, be totally professional and prioritize my comfort. I had Kelly for my nurse in my appointment on Saturday and she was awesome, as always. Love Cat and Reagan at the front desk, they are always very accommodating and make my experience great. I have had nothing but a great experience at Laser Away in Tucson! The staff is beyond amazing and are very helpful. I initially signed up for the laser hair removal bundle of underarms, lower legs, and brazilian areas. After my first treatment I had a severe reaction on my legs, but Kelly (RN) called and put me in contact with her Regional Manager who is an FNP. After a week of steroids it went away but, they were genuinely concerned and called frequently to check up on me, which was appreciated. Sadly, I couldn't finish my leg treatment. HOWEVER, I have had nothing but AMAZING results with the other two areas. I'm quite impressed. Each of the techs I've had there for treatments have been so sweet and gentle. I went to my first LaserAway appointment today for my underarms, at first I was so nervous. Reagan, Paloma, and Lisa made me feel so comfortable and it went by in a BREEZE! I used to wax, it was timely and costly every 3-4 weeks and I would have to have hairy armpits for weeks before I could go back. So embarrassing!! These appointments are spaced out and we were able to pay for all sessions before hand, I'm also able to shave between sessions (No more hairy pits!). They also offer birthday discounts! I set up my next appointment for my underarms AND left with a new appointment for botox! I am so grateful I found this place. I thought in my review of Laser Away (LA) I would mention that I routinely request registered nurse, Lisa Little. Of importance is that my review comes after a long association with all that is Laser; especially since in 2010 I completed a five-year plan to have laser hair removal of my arms, legs, under arms, brazilian , etc. I mention this only because when I give the highest praise to Lisa it is a comparison made with a very large group. The girls working there are very friendly, they make you feel very comfortable and they are informative with what is happening and what the expectations are. The place is very warm, inviting and chic. I got services for laser tattoo lighting on my wrist for a really dark tattoo on my wrist. I have received 3 treatments so far and have no complaints other than the procedure is a tad uncomfortable as expected. I have noticed the tattoo has lightened up quite a bit. The front desk ladies were really nice and not all fake just trying to sell me stuff, they were more genuine than that which I appreciated as they were so helpful and sweet. I have received the laser hair removal and the bright and clear. Although it's too early for me to comment on bright and clear to rate my results. I can say that this place has the most up to date lasers and has actual nurses administrating the equipment. I had Kelly and she was amazing! I loved her, made me very much at ease. The laser hair was great! I've gone to other places but this was the best experience I've had. Omg! Rhiannon is amazing. I love her! I went in feeling like I needed both lips and nasolabial folds done. I walked out with just the nasolabial folds and have two fillers to wait for my touch ups. I had the best experience at my last appointment. RN Kelly who did my IPL treatment was knowledgeable and very kind. She took time to answer all my questions. I had picked the IPL treatment, in effort to remove my stubborn sun spots. I can hands down tell you that this treatment has transformed my skin. I wish I could insert a before and after photo of my face. I knew it would help eliminate the sun spots but the bonus is my over all skin texture looks better, brighter and dare I say younger?!
