I clicked an ad on IG for this place and input my info for more details on laser hair removal and I was immediately followed up with by the company to speak with someone. I will admit, they are very persistent to get in touch with you. Maybe a little more than necessary but ultimately I did speak with a rep who was very helpful, and very nice and professional. I got a BOGO deal thru a special they were running & she even threw in complimentary Botox units. I went to my first laser hair removal appointment and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I felt comfortable in their beautiful office, and the nurse was so nice and truly made the experience much more comfortable than I even expected. The process is going to take multiple treatments but I do hope the results will be noticeable and long lasting. The nurse explained everything in understandable terms & she was very engaged with me throughout the entire first procedure. I was given thorough aftercare steps as well. I have not had any adverse reactions thus far and hope it continues to be a smooth laser journey. I would recommend to check their services. I paid for a package of 12 laser treatment over a couple thousand and didn't even finish using it. This is my second tattoo removal so I knew what to except but the first at laser away. I did four Sessions and you couldn't even notice that I did one. Took my money to Oops laser and seen results after the first session like I did with my first removal. I went to a different doctor in Tucson for lip fillers and I hated my lips after, they were hard, lumpy, and lopsided. I decided to come to LaserAway to try and fix my mistakes and I absolutely love my new lips! They look so natural and everyone is always so shocked when I tell them I have fillers. I've received 3 treatments of laser hair removal so far and am impressed with the professionalism and service provided by the nurses, particularly Kelly. The setting is clean and they're very thorough with mapping out exactly where the laser needs to be targeted. Front desk is also helpful with scheduling and rescheduling appointments due to timing conflicts. I'm leaving off one star and will update once my treatments are completed just because the hair loss progress isn't optimal yet and I know this comes with time and repeated treatments. I am hopeful and optimistic for the outcome because dark facial hair can really knock your confidence as a women and i've put off having it treated for too long. I have been to more "budget friendly" laser hair removal places in the past and you really do get what you pay for. I had won a free fire an ice facial and was set up a consultation but when I was called, the lady was rude, laughing, asking how old I am and if I even knew what I wanted. I said nothing because I was confused on where her attitude was coming from and when I asked a question she was like I don't know what you are talking about. As a licensed cosmetologist, I know how to talk to a client and ask questions during a consultation and this was such an unpleasant consultation. I received an immediate telephone call and spoke to a staffer who insisted that I send pictures of my face so we could discuss what services I need. I said I just want what you advertised - a single 65% off laser facial. After that, I'll decide whether I want to come back. I asked, "How much? " She said that's not how they do business. Seriously? If I could add 0 stars that would be most accurate for how I feel about this company! I received a free phone consultation yesterday to discuss tattoo removal options and pricing. My tattoo is smaller than a postcard and I was informed that just 1 removal treatment would be close to $1000 but with their "fantastic 70% off deal" that first treatment would only be $398. All subsequent treatments would be at the original price of $995! However, if I ordered 10 treatments, I would only have to pay $2,094 for everything and she, Taylor, would even knock off an additional $100 if I paid by the end of the day. What a load of BS The 70% discount is! I left the conversation not agreeing to ANYTHING and was immediately emailed an invoice for $1,994. I then texted the saleswoman, Taylor, and informed the prices were beyond ridiculous and insinuated that the 70% was completely fictitious. First of all I need to the same day appointment for Botox because I had procrastinated too much and I'm going to a convention and wanted to look nice. I had an appointment for 515 but I put in my calendar for 545 I should've a little bit late and they made time for me Anna and Kelly and was at the front desk and Kelly was my RN or so nice and friendly I had a wonderful time. They are very caring and took time even though I was late and they closed at six to do my Botox correctly and asked me all the questions and make me feel comfortable about the procedure. Ill start with the positives-the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and bright, and it is easy to get an appointment. With that being said...I dont know if I had unrealistic expectations for laser hair removal but I didn't think it really worked. I am fair skinned and my hair is rather light but I dont notice a difference from when I first started treatments (I completed the recommended series for Brazilian, under arms, and legs). Initially I would notice a decrease but after a week or two just went back to normal. If I had known this before starting treatment I wouldn't have spent the money since its kind of a lot. read more
