I bought 9 sessions of tattoo removal and it's been the worst experience I've ever have gone through. If I could give no stars, I would. Rude nurse technicians, rude front desk staff..argue with you about when the next treatment should be. I've been canceled on at least 4 times without knowing when I could come again. They never follow up to get you back in. I had a front desk receptionist tell me I was done with treatment at my 6th time when I bought 9 and she argued with me about it until I showed my own receipt! Don't get me started on the treatments being done! The work didn't even scratch the surface of removing my tattoos I figured it would lighten at least after the 6th treatment!! They haven't! I once went in the beginning and I wasn't offered any numbing cream. The pain was unbearable during the treatment.You really do need the cream..you have to ask them and they give you bad attitude. The last time I asked they said do it yourself...and here have a plastic ziploc to tear up instead of plastic sheeting. You would expect your tats to have the frosted over look or to have some sort of change after, mine never have after treatment. I kept thinking they would the next time, but they never did.my sister and I got matching tats when we were younger..she went in to dr tat off and hers were successfully gone after 7-8 sessions. Mine look like I haven't got a thing done. I'm really bummed for spending as much as I did to get them off. I DO NOT recommend laser away. Stay away from here. it's a bad business. they will go out soon enough. I have to go through this again for a whole other year, you can bet they won't get mine or anybody else I know's business after this!! read more

Went there for a chin reduction. Didn't noticed a difference. Gave me a 2 year no interest. Still charged me interest after it was paid off.

Upon arriving at Laser Away for my session, the nurse immediately changed my treatment plan. I would think they would have gone over my contract again. This did not happen. She informed me that I would receive a refund for unused sessions. She told me me I had 2 treatments sessions that would not be used. I have been trying to work with them to receive this refund since December 2021. I think they are waiting for the statue of limitations to run out as I can't get a phone call or text back. If anyone has a phone number for a corporate office please let me know because I can't get that from them either. Don't waste your time or money with this company. It's just not worth it. read more

But again for how much I paid I can't really say that it's not still a good deal. However if you are purchasing something at a "sale" price you are kinda expecting the same service. This place is awesome. I don't understand the harsh reviews, I first started my tattoo removal process at the Huntington Beach location, but eventually moved to Temecula and am now resuming my sessions here. It was a good price, $900 dollars for ten sessions and it's even a option to pay it off monthly. I have a very very dark tattoo so it though it will take some time, I feel accommodated every time I go to an appointment. All of the technicians are extremely kind and helpful with any questions I have. I'd recommend the LaserAway services to anyone! read more

Dealing with these employees is like pulling teeth. I DREAD having to call about anything because I am so frustrated every time. Simple questions can never be answered, phone calls to make appointments take forever, calls are not returned, I'm placed on hold and forgotten about EVERY SINGLE TIME. COMMON SENSE AND PATIENT CARE is severely lacking. Don't go here ......... They don't know what they are doing and there customer service is horrible!!!! I purchased a hair removal pkg, filled out all the required paperwork, paid cash and waited 2 weeks for an Appt. I prepped for my first Appt., arrived on my scheduled Appt. time and was put in a room...... I was ask medical questions and then had to talk to a so called Nurse from a I pad, seriously!!! Wtf!!!!! Due to the fact that I was on a common medication I had to get a clearance letter from my DR "before" being treated...... "seriously"... WHY wasn't told this BEFORE my appt.? it was on my paperwork, guess they can't read..... What a Waste of my time and money..... I didn't get the service I paid for, I was very upset and left without a refund!!! Oh... FYI, I paid cash and now have to "wait" to get my money back by check!!!! Who knows how long that will take. I'm not even sure where to begin... The waiting area is beautiful, very well with lit, staff is super friendly.. My laser treatment though! I've had laser hair removal done before with very painful experiences! I have even heard horror stories about how you need numbing cream before your treatment. But this amazing Laser Technology that they have ( I can't remember the name of the machine) caused zero pain! In fact, during my entire treatment, I was in absolute disbelief that the treatment had even started! Not only that, but it was so quick!!! It took me longer to fill out my medical history than the treatment took! I have a very high pain tolerance, so maybe that's it, however I would recommend this place and Jackie to anybody and everybody! This is this WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever been to. All they care about is money, they completely scammed me and said I got all of my treatments when I didn't. They lied to my credit company so I couldn't get credit toward treatments that I haven't received yet. This is really unfortunate. the place looks nice and clean so I came in with two of my friends, which we were all interested in signing up for a laser package for a full 8 sessions. the lady named erin who sits in the front desk she stated she was the director of this place...took all my interest away for this place. the rude service the tone of voice, and omg can I get a word in and ask u a God damn question without u just listening to ur own voice for one God damn minute. no customer service what so ever. maybe this place will get better but as of right now until they are a no go for me. there's a lot of other laser places that are nice who explain everything and take their time. I don't need to be rushed into signing a laser package and someone talking at me. no thank you. and I'm still as I'm waiting here, writing this message I'm still waiting for my quote for the brazilian. These guys are butchers! I went in for a simple IPL treatment. My face never healed, even though I explicitly followed their instructions. This was over 5 months ago. I called them to come back in so they could see the damage and they told me it wasn't their fault and to go to a dermatologist - without even looking at me! The dermatologist says that my shin is badly burned because they didn't use enough gel and my face now has visible "dents". He says it could take as long as 5 years for my face to heal. It's dry, tight and sore still after all this time. I keep calling to try to get some type of acknowledgement and so they don't do this to some other poor soul but just get the runaround and am never able to speak to anyone who gives a care. read more
