I am pretty dissatisfied with laser away. I first inquired about it because my friends were telling me that they have done laser before at other places and it does indeed work. I never thought I could get it done because I have natural strawberry blonde hair, but for Brazilian and under arms it's significantly darker, and I decided to have a consultation to see if I was a good candidate. The sales lady convinced me to buy a package and was saying all of these wonderful things on the phone even to all the complicated questions I had, and when I asked her, how many maintenance treatments I got she just said it was endless. There were so many things that she said that weren't true and I can't even prove that because it was all in a phone call and now I feel stupid for falling for this I just feel like I was tricked because she wasn't being transparent with me about how much hair could actually be removed. She actually didn't even say that not all the hair gets removed, but I did see on the forms that I signed that 80% is a good turnout. I still decided to go through with it especially since I don't have thick hair and I have very light skin so I figured I was a good candidate. At my first session I warned the lady that I was a natural redhead and I was concerned that this might not work so let me know. she said she can smell the hair burning and it is having a reaction so she said I was good to go. Every session I had I kept checking in with the ladies and they would tell me whether or not the machine was having a reaction or not there was only one time I got sent home because the lady told me that my self tanner was still slightly on and I was glad that she did that so that I didn't waste my money on a session. I feel like the ladies at this location were very nice and they were transparent as well as the ladies at the front desk but the lady who first got me to sign up for this package, coerced me with sales tactics and exaggerations and not being transparent about the results, and I was under the understanding that my hair would basically be gone by the end of my sessions. Even 80% would have been good because that is what I signed up for but I am at about 35/45% I would say and I don't know how this is even possible when my hair is not even course. I have exfoliated and shaved before every appointment and I treat every appointment seriously if I showed up not prepared then they should have sent me home anyway. I can't believe I signed up for financing over $2000 for some thing that barely even works. I still have to shave even though it's not as much it's still very often because hair is hair and just because it's less coarse , it's still there like I said at least 60% of my hair is still there and I have done nine sessions. The manager comped me with a free session after I told her it wasn't going well but after I told the ladies at the front desk this wasn't working they literally started trying to sell me more sessions and other services. I am going to be going somewhere else unfortunately and I still have to pay the financing. I will not recommend laseraway to anyone. Hayley W. I call they hung up on me. Very rude. It took me 2 Months to contact the Corp Office for a Partial Refund. I called many times To Beverly Hills Office To Get My Refund. It is such a Bad experience. This is my favorite location.... Everyone is so helpful and nice, I've done several treatments here and I'm really happy with them! Nurse Jessica is so sweet and Hayley is amazing! I highly recommend this place. I'm updating this review because I am honestly so disappointed, frustrated and so mad at the fact that none of the managers can be responsible to email/call me about my laser treatments that went horribly wrong. I started hair removal last year in March, I paid $5000 for 8 sessions of full body. After these 8 sessions my hair was still growing I saw no change only that my hair got thinner but grew crazy long. The nurse there told me I had to buy more sessions for it to work cause I have really dark and thick hair so it will take longer, which I thought was funny because when I had my first consultation with Michelle she told me that I'm the perfect patient because of how thick and dark my hair is, the laser will get it better and faster than the blonde hair. I bought 4 more sessions for $2400 I believe so in total I paid $7400 if not more for something that didn't work at all. I got so frustrated with laser because I went through all that pain for NOTHING. My hair is still growing crazy, I have more hair in spots like my back now because I shaved it thinking laser would get the ones I had on my back already but it didn't so my hair started growing more and getting darker. I shaved my face hair too, and now I not only have more hair growing but pimples on every area I shaved especially my chin. I went to a nurse and told her that the treatments didn't work and she was very nice and understanding. She emailed the two managers and told me they will call me or email me to work something out. This was two months ago.... I haven't heard anything. I am even more mad because one of the managers knows me and both of my sisters that I have brought in to LaserAway to get their laser done as well. I promptly contacted both LaserAway and PatientFi to cancel the appointment and loan agreement, as I was well within my rights to do so under the Truth in Lending Act. While PatientFi seemed understanding, the same cannot be said for LaserAway. Haley was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite my attempts to cancel the appointment and loan, I encountered resistance. Not only was my request not honored, but there was also a lack of respect for my consumer rights. It's worth noting that refusal to cancel a loan under these circumstances is a clear violation of the Truth in Lending Act. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I am an optimist by nature, so it's not easy for me to give 3 stars to anyone but as of now it's really the best I can honestly do. I originally found LaserAway to have some hair removal completed. After my consultation I opted to package that with the Clear and Brilliant treatment. I like the Clear and Brilliant treatment so far, but am only halfway through my sessions with it. My ratings come down more so to the staff than the treatments. This review would be a novel for me to type out each incident where the staff was either not hearing me or not communicating to each other appropriately, so I'll save us all. I will say though, that I was once prepped (30 minutes of numbing) for a procedure they determined wouldn't be a fit for me after reviewing my information that they'd had from the start and simply procrastinated and went out of order on reviewing. I was sent home after being there for almost an hour with a numb face and not one single thing accomplished with a simple "oops, our apologies". I also went in for a second treatment for Clear and Brilliant and discovered that they had used the wrong laser for the first one. Mind you, each treatment is $450 and that was also excused as an, "oops". Multiple times I've called for one item or another with a promise that someone would call me back and they never did. I went to my pharmacy to pick up a prescription that the nurse was suppose to call in and never did (it had been a fiasco even reaching her initially to offer my pharmacy information). I would end by saying, after meeting someone from the front desk for a consult ask if you may briefly speak with a technician. I'm not sure if they will allow it or not, but I found that they set much different expectations than the sales staff and I feel it's only fair that you truly understand what you'll receive for your investment and just how much more you may have to invest to reach your desired results. I am very happy with my service from Laser Away Phoenix where I purchased Cool Sculpting and Juvederm for lip injections. I am new to these types of procedures and Jessica and Brielle made me feel right at home. Jessica was knowledgeable and did my Juvederm in my lips and was able to make a difficult to fix correction to fix the previous person's mistake who did my lips 3 weeks prior. I was worried my lips were going to take months to correct but Jessica made them look great, natural, and was very reassuring and comforting! Brielle was amazing, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly when performing my cool sculpting. She even showed me her before and after pics from when she had the procedure done a year ago, which really made me feel good about getting this done because her results were awesome and she still looks great Thank you to the staff at Laser Away in Phoenix for making this a good experience for me. Lily gave me some incredible discounts and payment options as well, so I could get the products and services (including Latisse) I've always wanted but never thought possible. My experience with Lazer Away has been nothing short of a nightmare. The constant rescheduling of appointments--every single time, sometimes at the last minute. It's clear this is due to the rampant overbooking by the sales-driven office staff, but either way, it's a disgrace. Regrettably, I initially purchased a very large package, which locked me into this dismal experience. Toward the end of my service, I received yet another unexpected call to reschedule my appointment, which I rightfully declined. Despite my repeated concerns expressed to the scheduling department, the company's attempt to rectify the situation with a complimentary Botox package. At my last appointment, I was informed that I had units remaining. However, after a few months, when I rescheduled an appointment, I was suddenly told I was over-serviced. This claim was blatantly false, as even the secretaries couldn't agree on how many units I had purchased. When I informed the office staff that I would be contacting the corporate office to review my purchases, I received a threatening voicemail about 15 minutes after leaving, stating I would be required to pay or they would terminate me as a client. This behavior is beyond unprofessional and borders on intimidation. To make matters worse, I have left several messages for management at the corporate office, none of which have been returned. This complete lack of response underscores the company's disregard for customer concerns and highlights their unprofessionalism. I recently purchased a package of three IPL laser treatments at LaserAway. I went in for my first treatment on Monday and had an awesome experience. Jill did my treatment and told me what was happening every step of the way. She made me feel very comfortable and educated me on the process. I didn't tell Jill at the time that I am a licensed aesthetician because I didn't want to appear to be a know it all and just wanted to see how Jill would handle my procedure. I was really happy with the whole process and I am amazed by the results. It's only Thursday and I can tell you in all honesty that I never expected to see results already. I had a large red mark in the middle of my four head that I can barely see right now and it's diminishing more every day. I am also noticing little dark granular spots coming up to the surface of the skin and sloughing off which is exactly what is supposed to happen with this treatment. My coworker asked me today what I was doing because she said my skin looked so tight and radiant. I'm really excited for the second treatment in a month and with results like this I will continue to visit LaserAway for other services. Updating my review because of wild inconvenience: I travel 3+ hours to visit LaserAway for the services. I made a call to see about adjusting my time a few hours early for the appointment I made almost a month in advance. They couldn't accommodate so I said "No Big Deal, I'll keep my standing appointment and make it work. I'll contact again at the end of the week to see if openings happened just in case." This was a Tuesday, my appointment was Saturday. Wednesday I get an automated text to confirm my appointment, and I confirm it. So I contact them Friday to see if there are openings and I'm told my appointment and my husbands is actually cancelled and our spaces were given to someone else! Instead of giving me back my appointment they say there's nothing they can do even though it was their error. They could: 1. Let the person they gave my space to know that it was a mistake and reschedule them. 2. Accommodate me since I planned ahead by weeks, moved around my travel to accommodate the appointment, and confirmed my appointment multiple times. 3. Improve their communication structure with clients. Had I not contacted them Friday, I would have driven 3+ hours for absolutely no reason due to their Store Directors error. After spending around $3,000 on treatments for my legs, bikini, and underarms, completing every session in my package, and diligently following all the guidelines and aftercare instructions, I saw absolutely ZERO results. When I voiced my concerns the girls at the location were very kind and helpful, however, because the tech saw how much hair I still had to had to send it to corporate. Even more frustrating, corporate reached out and instead of addressing the complete lack of outcome or offering any kind of solution, they tried to SELL me more packages! What they don't tell you upfront is that their packages are designed to keep you coming back, making you believe that once you finish, you'll only need one or two "maintenance" sessions. It's clear they DO NOT guarantee results and don't stand behind their services and it doesn't matter which location when corporate won't do a thing, which is infuriating after such a large investment. As someone who always reads others reviews I thought that this place really deserved it! Laser away was brought to my attention from my mom, whom had purchased a groupon for me. Although the groupon did not work out for me ( I was not a candidate) I was recommended other treatments for what I was looking for. I chose to do hair removal and also their clear and brilliant treatment. Ive done hair removal before and really hoping I'll see better results. Its only been a day, so I know I need to wait, but already with my first session the experience was better. Jill did both my treatments and she is great! She explained everything so well and answered my frequently repeated questions without any hesitation. She was so efficient and really thorough with my facial and hair removal. I just know they will both be great. The office is relaxing and really makes you feel at ease. They have TV's in the room to watch while you wait for your treatment. Overall I am so happy with the way things worked out. Everything happens for a reason and I am really excited for all that's to come. STAY AWAY. I'm still stuck paying for treatments that don't even work. Employees are extremely rude. This company is a complete scam. I've done laser hair removal treatments THAT DONT WORK. As well as cool sculpting which ALSO DIDNT WORK. THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SO PUSHY AND RUDE. They will call you fat and pressure you into things that you said no to buying but secretly add them on the tab. The place they use for loans has completely messed up my credit score. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. You will waste thousands if you go with laserway. I've tried multiple times to talk with them about it and they continue to blow me off and tell me to "buy more packages". I've asked to talk to management and they tell me that they will "reach out to me" but no one ever does. Complete scam and fraud of a company. I'm surprise they are still in business with all the similar reviews. I started coming here after doing waxing for years. I cannot believe I did waxing for so long. Ive been doing hair removal for awhile now and I can say, at first, wasn't sure. Now, me = happy. I wasn't sure if It was working for me or if because I did waxing before I wasn't a good person to do hair removal, I spoke with some of the nurses and they eased my mind about my results as it can take time. My last few sessions have been with Jill. I as usual, explain how I am not sure how this is going for me and fingers crossed I see more of a reduction than what I am seeing. She explained again how hair removal works and that shed make sure I would have a great treatment. Since seeing her, I can really say I am seeing that difference! I happen to get her again after that appointment, and again better results than before. I requested her again for my most recent appointment. Its only been a few days, but still already better. I have been struggling with acne break outs and scarring for a couple years now. As most of us, I have been trying every product i could on my own. But unfortunately I just got limited temporary relief and some times none at all. I saw Laser Away on IG, and started researching them and the Clear Brilliance procedure. Then just like that I had the worst breakout of my life. I guess that gave me the push I needed, so I finally decided to give Laser Away a chance. My nurse Amanda at Phoenix Arizona location, is amazing. Really appreciate the staff and how welcome they make me feel. For the first time in years, I'm getting my skin back. I have been wanting to wake up, put on mascara and lip gloss and be out the door, and I'm comfortable in my skin now that I can do just that. My skin have come a long way. Im seeing visible results. Many Spot totally gone and some drastically faded. just a few sessions left. Now, its laser, so it's painful, but the numbing helps tremendously. Gift yourself reclaiming your skin. It well worth it. I heard about Laser Away through Groupon quite a while back. I started with the IPL and before being treated I found out I was pregnant. Now having my baby, I have come back and all I can say is everyone has been amazing. I was surprised that my IPLs had not expired or anything, so it was great knowing I could start right back up. Once having my baby, I thought that it would be a great idea to do hair removal as well, and that has been great too. I have seen pretty good results this far with my photo facials and I have now done 2 sessions of hair removal. Overall, the whole thing is really easy. Its nice too, I am not there for too long and I can get back home quickly. Nurses are great. They are caring, they go slow and make sure you are good throughout the treatments. Jill was my most recent nurse and she is wonderful. Very nice, talkative and makes my appointments that much more enjoyable. Very impressed with my most recent visit here at Laser Away. As I have been doing the photo-facial treatment I feel as my last session really made the difference. My treatment was done with Jill. She was very intune with my requests and listened to my concerns. I felt she took a little bit more time to complete my treatment and continued to ask me how I was feeling (as these aren't the most comfortable facial). She was a delight. I'm enthralled with my results. I'm looking forward to see how everything looks once this treatment goes through its process. I highly reccomend Laser Away as they do take their time and listen to your wants and needs. They have wonderful people on the front and make you feel quite welcome. With that said, i have had the pleasure to work with Hayley and a few of the other girls and they are just great! Very polite and always offering a water when you walk in. All I can say is I am nothing less than excited, I have been searching for a company to remove this tattoo that I've had since I was 18 years old. I've been searching high and low to find somebody who I can feel comfortable with and feel like they had my best interest at heart.
