When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Needlessly said I look much much worse now than before with bad permanent skin condition. Dr Hong is an internist not a dermatologist. He and the nurses who perform some of the procedures appear not too qualified and knowledgeable. They should study more about some of the procedures and less of money making. There should be restrictive laws and prohibit some careless practices done by money hungry doctors and nurses.
