They are located on the 1st floor of a residential community, their studio is actually pretty nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the mani and pedi they gave me was just not up to par. The receptionist was really nice but was a bit flustered when another customer and I showed up at the same time. Seemed like there may have been a bit of confusion on our reservations but she sorted it out. She did the facial for the other customer, and she told me that the nail person was coming in shortly and had me seated in the nail room first. Literally only fits one person, so I think they can only accommodate one nail appointment at a time. The rest of the rooms seem like they are for massages/facials. Not sure if she was late, or called in last minute because they were unaware of the appointment, but she arrived maybe 10 minutes late? She also didn't speak any english at all so it was a lot of hand signaling (which was totally fine, but just FYI). No biggie she was a bit late, but you could tell she was rushed throughout the whole appointment. At first it may seem like it's an OK job, but upon further inspection, you can really see the results of her rushing the paint job. On every finger, I'm seeing mini air bubbles everywhere, and two of my fingers have already chipped a few hours later. Don't really know how clean their tools are either, they are definitely not coming out of any vacuum sealed packages. The callous remover was super suspect and looked pretty old :( Pretty disappointed, hopefully it's not always like this as again, their space is pretty nice!

The massage was ok I had explained I was a runner and will like to focus more on my legs and my lower back/hip area but it felt like how those post surgery massages are supposed to feel. Dr. Gill is so personable and friendly and took the time to explain all of my options for a procedure I was interested in having done. I never felt rushed and no question was stupid. She took the time to explain about fillers and gave me a complete and thorough overview of the process. She was careful to actually read and discuss my medical history and hear of my past experience with dermal fillers as well as what I was hoping to achieve at the visit. If you are looking for something pretty and luxurious, this isn't the place. I had some deep blackheads and pores I couldn't get out myself for months. The aesthetician was able to get out all of the big black heads , which is all I cleared about. My nose had ton of blackheads and now it's super smooth. I'm docking points for hygienic practices overall. The blankets and the sheets between clients don't get changed. I don't think that's clean. The room itself also had a smell when I walked in but not sure what it was. I did get a discount for first time customer. One hour was $100, not including tax and tip.
