I wanted to die when I woke up and I had to work an event so I googled nearby IV hangover and found Aroe. I walked the 7 min over from my hotel and Jen was lovely and took care of me quickly. I got the Sunday Scaries drip - it has Zofran and Toradol and all sorts of good stuff. My body sucked down that IV bag in like 15 min . I immediately felt a little better but by the time I got back to my hotel room I was feeling human again. I was able to work my event and while I was a little tired, I had no nausea and I felt pretty good. 10/10 would go back. (Hopefully not for the hangover one though.)

When you walk in, a security guard is there to check your bags and such. They won't allow outside liquids but have water filling stations all around. After the security guard, you have to put your shoes in the locker. You then go upstairs to the 3rd floor where there is a girls and boys section for changing. Compared to an actual Korean spa, you have to bring your bathing suit. They have changing room areas all around the locker room. The inside has a ton of showers (both Korean style and American). They have an indoor sauna in the girls side and a couple hot tubs. Then you can go out to the outdoor areas. They had a cold waterfall. There were also several unisex hot tubs. This place also has a quiet area to lounge, several saunas with different medical properties, and a gym. The amenities here can go on and on. They definitely balance health with adding a coworking space. It's also interesting they have an infinity pool that shows NYC from the rooftop. The place also has a seasonal grill area and other food court options so you don't have to leave.

We were both impressed with the level of care we received from both the manager and the nurse. All our questions were answered and we were treated impeccably despite our queries and concerns. The white leather lounge chairs are super comfortable. Tea, coffee Gatorade and waters were all offered and delivered. ... we sat with our IVs and got to relax for a while. An added bonus. We both chose one of the cocktails from the list and then a few add ons. Just want to thank the staff for making our time there great. We will be back.
