Details of the appointment such as duration or treatment areas are not communicated clearly. Appointment email or text message only contains time of appointment. So when you get there they will let you know that it was a 15min or 20min appointment since longer slot could not be accommodated and hence only a part of treatment can be done. I had a single treatment split in 4 different appointments. They clearly do not value customer time. When I address this to front desk, they couldn't care less. If you are a busy person, clearly this is not a place to waste your time. read more

Well, I am half way through my underarms laser hair removal session and I cannot be more pleased. I am so happy with the results I also bought the full legs and Brazilian package. Jamie Emery helped me and my friends as well to get the best package. Want to give a shout out to my Nurse Carrie Phan, she is awesome. She has done most of my underarms session and my first brazilian. She is very sweet and always makes sure I am comfortable. During my first brazilian I was a bit scared, and she helped me with the tap trick to not feel the pain and my entire session went very smooth. The front staff has been really rude lately. I requested a nurse and the front desk continues to put me with someone else. When I call in advance and ask the next time she will be in they won't tell me. When I signed up with Laser Away they said I can request my nurse as I don't like a different person every time. Very bad quality of service with no results and on top that their customer service do not know how to talk to customers, extremely rude. This guy named Brian Dickerson is the worst person to talk to as he is so unprofessional, extremely rude, and condescending. paid more than $6500 to this place and got zero results while they were selling us the packages, they guaranteed 80% results. Their nurses and people at desk even said that the results were not acceptable and LaserAway should do something about it and it should be minimum 80%, but Brian was so rude and unprofessional and instead of listening to us, he basically said that you should have read the policy as their is no guarantee of anything. I've been to many laseraway locations and this is the worst service I have had. The front desk receptionist wasn't even sitting at the desk. She was sitting on a couch chair with customers checking people in there. She was rude and called me out in front of the customers on the couch for being late. She would not believe me that my amount of visits I had remaining was wrong. It was so awkward because other people were listening. She said out loud what services I was having done, there was no consideration or privacy. She just kept trying to prove she was right about the remaining appointments. My nurse who actually did the treatments was super nice and great, she would make me want to come back to this location if the front desk female was not there. The front desk female will make me never come back to that location.... I was planning to buy more services when I came in today... I definitely did not after dealing with her. read more

I've gone to other places for filler and have used one syringe in the fremont location and one at this location with a different nurse BUT today on my lasy syringe i got carrie. she is absolutely the sweetest you can have treat you. she usually does my xeomin and today luckily i had her do my filler. she listened to my request and inspos and took her time doing the outline and moving towards the middle. before starting she asks what exactly you like about the inspos so she can work with it. she also explains everything thoroughly which i've never had before and makes sure you're taken care of properly. i'm so happy with my results and definetly see the difference in one day vs the other times i've got it done. amazing work girl you're my go to can't wait to get more work done with you !! read more

I had my second laser session today at this location. There is no wait time and is not crowded either, which implies that they are very organized and follow the schedule well. Nurse Joanna was very kind. She was patient and asked if I needed a break every now and then. She took extra care so I feel comfortable. This place is a scam. I paid for Laser hair removal and have not seen even 1% results. In spite of me taking this to the front desk from my very net treatment the front desk at Fremont was very rude and trust me talking to her for a minute you prefer to shut up and leave, that bad of an experience. all my 8 sessions were just wasted because of the nurse Crystal. she has no experience on how to handle the laser machine. Later I moved to Miliptas for the last 2 treatments and similar experience on the 9th appointment at the Milpitas location. The front desk lady is so sweet she heard my concern and immediately emailed the management in August 2022. No response I had my last treatment and the nurse is amazing unfortunately I knew she was moving to the Los Gatos branch. I had to attend a wedding overseas and paid for 1 session in Nov 2022. I confronted the front desk again and she said she sent an email. who knows what she emailed I never received a callback. Later in Jan 2023 I called customer service and narrated my ordeal, this time I received an email. after much back and forth as Ranjna G. stated the lady kept sending me disclaimer content that they are not responsible for it. And finally, she sent me a form to fill in for 2 complimentary sessions. I don't expect any results in 2 sessions that did not happen in 11 sessions. Sorah did my Clear+Brilliant session today, and she is awesome! She would always give me a heads up when she was moving on to the next section of my face.
