I've done 5 sessions so far and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin texture, glow, and overall appearance. The treatment is very tolerable, just expect some redness afterward, so I'd recommend scheduling it on a day you can stay home and relax. The results are definitely worth it!

I figured I would book for facial with Jassi and call to let them know I wanted a chemical peel. Day before my appointment, they called and confirmed my appointment and confirmed my chemical peel and I was so excited! I came in the next day extra early just incase there was any forms to fill out but they just asked for my name and let me know they will be with me shortly. Soon after Jassi came and got me and took me to the room and she was so warm and welcoming!! She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting. Overall, I will be back for another treatment and I'll bring my family with me!

I've always been hesitant to go to a medspa because of what I've read and heard about how pushy some businesses can be with new clients. I also felt intimidated that I would be talked down to because I have only researched treatments and have had no prior experience. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. You can also visit their instagram to see other's results. You might even see mine!

And even…read morethough she's so accomplished, she's still so down to earth, sweet, and patient in answering every and any question. I am SO thankful to have found V&Co! I have a slight asymmetry in my smile, and over the years I've had a handful of plastic surgeons and injectors try to correct it with a tiny bit of Botox. Almost everyone overcorrected it. Valerie took the time to really figure out what was happening, asked questions no one else had thought to ask, and ultimately used half a unit in exactly the right spot. It was perfect. That is pretty representative of my experience with her in general -- she understands facial anatomy and movement so incredibly well, notices tiny details, and never seems interested in doing more just for the sake of doing more. She's also shockingly knowledgeable across so many different areas of aesthetics. Many providers in the industry seem to specialize in certain areas, but Valerie somehow knows so much about everything. V&Co is also the only practice I've encountered that has its own ultrasound, so Valerie can actually visualize filler beneath the skin rather than guessing where it is. I really appreciate that she's invested in something like that; it's not something you routinely find even in plastic surgery offices. I also started doing microneedling with Elisa and love her. She is so sweet and incredibly thorough. I had microneedling done at another practice in Nashville, and Elisa was noticeably more detailed -- she takes her time and makes sure she actually treats every area rather than rushing through the appointment or missing the edges. I'm looking forward to doing more sessions with her. Courtney at the front desk is always so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, too. They just have the best team here. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's extremely particular about aesthetic treatments and always so nervous to do anything to my face. But Valerie is the one you can trust -- her results speak for themselves. V&Co is just a really special practice and honestly in a league of its own. The gold standard.

I have to say that I'm wholeheartedly so thankful for how thorough she was with going through my medical history. Most doctors review my allergies and move on when they find out I don't have medication allergies. Dr. Chawla dove deeper and found out I am allergic to something that causes my eczema to flare-up. I am 32 and this is the first time in my life I'm finally finding out that I'm allergic to cow dander! I had just gotten to a place in my life where I accepted that my skin was going to flare up whenever it wants. Such a relief to have these answers and it's genuinely so reassuring to know that Dr. Chawla cares so deeply for her patients as people, not just another number or case. Access to Dr. Chawla is also fantastic. She's more than willing to answer any and all questions you might have. You can tell she wants to make sure you're educated and empowered in maintaining your own health. I have never had any issues with finding availability to make an appointment. Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service, Lack of Accountability, and Questionable Practices…read moreI'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Arrive Med Spa. I've been receiving Botox for years and typically need only 30-35 units for my face (forehead, eyes, etc.). I had 79 units banked at Arrive, and because they're closing for renovations in December, I was strongly encouraged to use all remaining units in one visit -- even though I expressed that I never need that much. Trusting their expertise, I went along with their recommendation. To my disappointment, all 79 units were injected, yet entire areas were completely missed, including the right side of my forehead and part of the left. The result was lopsided and underwhelming -- I still had visible forehead movement, which should not have been the case with that dosage. When I returned to have their mistake corrected, I was told I had to pay for half of the additional units needed to fix it. I ended up paying nearly $1,000 total -- for something that usually costs me $300-$400 -- and still had to cover part of the correction for an error I did not cause. I pleaded my case to Jackie, hoping for some accountability, but she wasn't convinced they had done anything wrong. I was told management reviewed it and stood by the decision that I should still pay for part of the follow-up. What's more concerning is that, unlike most reputable med spas, Arrive rarely shows you the product being used before injection. You never see the vial or how it's being prepared. At other places I've been, they always show the Botox label and draw it up in front of you -- a simple but important step that builds trust. At Arrive, that transparency is missing, and it left me wondering whether I even received authentic Botox. I trusted this business with my care and feel completely let down -- not just by the poor administration of the Botox, but by the lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility for a clear mistake. I deeply regret pre-purchasing units, and I highly doubt I will return. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. Be cautious. Ask to see the product. Question recommendations that deviate from your norm. And don't assume that pre-purchasing units guarantees a good experience -- in my case, it cost me more in money, trust, and time.
