The 75-minute treatment was pure relaxation, with a scalp detox, hydration therapy, aroma steam, deep massage, and a mini facial. Lee has magical fingers! She gently pulled a section of my hair, creating a little scalp "pop" that felt surprisingly relieving. The neck, shoulder, and facial massages were incredible, and the warm water fountain was so soothing. I also loved that they analyzed our scalps beforehand and dried and styled our hair afterward. We felt completely pampered! I highly recommend TD Beauty to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves. Ask for Lee, you'll be in amazing hands!

I really regret spending $300 on a facial at Cathea Skincare Clinic. I was told the facial was…read moregoing to be an anti-aging treatment, but unfortunately my skin looked significantly worse afterward. My skin texture was noticeably worse than when I walked in, and I was left with scabbing, what appeared to be burns, and an allergic reaction. What was especially frightening was that during the treatment itself, I felt significant burning on my face. I was very scared and uncomfortable, but I was told that the burning was simply from the peel they were doing. I have had professional chemical peels before, and I have never experienced burning like this during a treatment. Afterward, I contacted the clinic about my concerns. They offered me complimentary services, but after having such a frightening and traumatic experience, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to perform another treatment on my skin. I declined the complimentary services and requested a refund for the $300 facial, but they refused. I went in expecting an anti-aging treatment that would improve my skin, and instead I left with damaged skin and significantly worse texture. For $300, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not return to this clinic and would strongly encourage others to do their research before booking a treatment here.

My esthetician was very nice, she took a picture of my face and showed me the results as far as aging spots, wrinkles and my skin texture. I was given a robe and instructed to lay down, the room and ambiance was very tranquil and relaxing. I appreciated how she told me every step of the way what she was going to do, after she applied a mask that covered my eyes and my mouth she stepped out and I literally snored, that tells you how relaxed I was. Definitely recommend Cathea!

I'm guilty of not having frequent facials throughout the year but after my first time here today, I'm totally hooked and a believer of the services this business offers. I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment and even got the services done by the owner herself. ((Hi Nita!)) She was gentle at all the right times yet felt like a "machine" when she needed to go deep during the massage. I've had facials in the past before but this was the first time this experience was so memorable and gave such great results. Keep in mind the extraction portion of this service is no joke but it's also quite necessary to get all that junk out of your face! As they say... "pain is beauty and beauty is pain". I'm definitely coming back again.. I even already made an appointment for my husband to come visit the shop because men need some TLC for their face as well! ;P

She explained everything so thoroughly that every time she checked in, I really had nothing more to ask! It was my first time getting a microneedling treatment and my skin has been feeling good and I'm hoping the results will show more as I continue the treatment. I'm super interested in setting up a package plan with Ping when I decide to go back. Ping will take great care of you and leave no questions unanswered. If you're on the fence about it, you should check them out!

I found it very pleasant, informative and non-pressuring at all. I appreciate the referral to consult with Ping, the Esthetician. Ping, right from the first meeting, was very kind, great at making me feel comfortable and familiar with the place. She was very thorough, asked questions without being intimidating and explained every step as she went through the process. She was even apologetic for being so thorough, to which I would say, it's great when you have someone who does than not, so the client can be an informed and active partner in the treatment process. Ping has great bedside manners. Not everyone in the medical fields does and it's important to me. She's very professional and seems to really care about her client. She's checked on how I was doing many times during the procedure. I left the clinic, feeling at ease. The next day, Ping followed up on how my skin was doing. Such a great gesture and let me know that she's always reachable between visits should I have any questions. I will continue/update my review after next visits. For now, I want Maricar and Ping to know that I appreciate them both.

I think the owner (Kimberly) is nice but I am sorry to say that her work does not match the money that I paid for. I scheduled a $95 something dollars for 90 minutes facial and she encouraged me to get my eye brows tinted. I asked how how long it will take, she said about two hours (90 minutes facial and 30 minutes eyebrow tinting), however, I felt like after the eye brows tinting, the facial part was maybe just about an hour, where did the other half an hour go? Did she spend one hour to get my eyebrows tinted? Or was I pushed to pay more $$ but not really get the real value here?

I figured I would book for facial with Jassi and call to let them know I wanted a chemical peel. Day before my appointment, they called and confirmed my appointment and confirmed my chemical peel and I was so excited! I came in the next day extra early just incase there was any forms to fill out but they just asked for my name and let me know they will be with me shortly. Soon after Jassi came and got me and took me to the room and she was so warm and welcoming!! She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting. Overall, I will be back for another treatment and I'll bring my family with me!
