Soon after Jassi came and got me and took me to the room and she was so warm and welcoming!! She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting. My skin texture was noticeably worse than when I walked in, and I was left with scabbing, what appeared to be burns, and an allergic reaction. What was especially frightening was that during the treatment itself, I felt significant burning on my face. I was very scared and uncomfortable, but I was told that the burning was simply from the peel they were doing. I have had professional chemical peels before, and I have never experienced burning like this during a treatment. Afterward, I contacted the clinic about my concerns. They offered me complimentary services, but after having such a frightening and traumatic experience, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to perform another treatment on my skin. I declined the complimentary services and requested a refund for the $300 facial, but they refused. I went in expecting an anti-aging treatment that would improve my skin, and instead I left with damaged skin and significantly worse texture. For $300, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not return to this clinic and would strongly encourage others to do their research before booking a treatment here.
