Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. Appointments are almost always booked one to two months in advance. If you need to reschedule because of an emergency, your menstrual cycle, or any unexpected situation, you often have to wait another month or even two months for the next available appointment. What finally made me decide to write this review was what happened today. I had already waited an entire month for my appointment and arranged my schedule around it. Just before my appointment, I was informed that it had been canceled because the nurse called out sick. I completely understand that people get sick, and I do not blame the nurse. I also want to recognize the manager. She was very kind, professional, and sincerely apologized. I know this situation was not her fault, and she handled it as well as she could. The real problem is the clinic's staffing and scheduling system. If one nurse is unavailable, there is no backup, and patients who have already waited for weeks are simply pushed to the next available appointment--which, in my case, is not until September. That is simply not acceptable for paying customers. For a clinic that has so many clients and sells expensive treatment packages, I would expect enough staff to avoid canceling appointments with such long delays. My time is valuable too, and I should not have to wait another month because the clinic doesn't have adequate coverage. Over the past two years, I have also noticed frequent staff turnover between different locations, and the quality of treatments has not always been consistent. On more than one occasion, steps during my laser treatment appeared to be rushed or inconsistent, which has affected my confidence in the service. If you are considering purchasing a package here, please think carefully. The price may seem attractive, but if reliable appointments, consistent care, and respect for your time are important to you, this may not be the best choice. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Patients invest a significant amount of money and time in these treatments. We deserve reliable scheduling, adequate staffing, and consistent care--not last-minute cancellations followed by another one- or two-month wait.
