I recently had a CoolSculpting treatment and had a terrible experience because of the professional who did it. I don't know her name because I asked the front desk attendant (the one who speaks Spanish), and at first she said something like Orel. Then I called because I wasn't sure of the name, and she told me Dani. The professional was very rude and sarcastic throughout the entire session. Then, with the massager, she hit me hard on my lower back bone. Afterward, she left saying the session was over and didn't even bring me wipes to clean up the sticky gel. STAY AWAY!!!! I paid for 12 sessions of tat removal. Had 6 treatments done following all their guidelines and recommendations and my tattoo looks exactly the same as when I signed up!? I complained SEVERAL times to different people: corporate emails, calls and 2 location: FTL and sobe They simply do not reply, just look at you with an emotionless face and say "hmmm hmmm" It's unbelievable the lack of professionalism and respect. This was my first time doing laser and I completed my first full body + face appt today and my experience was awesome from start to finish. When you walk in esthetically everything is clean and well designed. It's bright and inviting as well so I already felt at ease. The front desk lady, Hope, promptly greeted me and got me checked in. She had actually called me earlier to try to get my full body treatment done in one day bc I only have my lower body booked but I didn't see it so just had one appt. She took to the back to my room and got me set up. I told her it was very cold in the room and she quickly got me a fresh blanket. The PA came in, Mara, and she was FAB! She really helped me comfortable, explained everything to me, and really took her time doing my full lower body. I do have to say that I have I high threshold for pain and didn't the session was painful at all. At the end Mara mixed a little soothing concoction for me and then rubbed all of my body that felt amazing. When I came out, Hope let me know that somebody canceled and I was able to do my upper body too I really appreciated her looking out for me to make it easier to get my full session in one. Overall, highly recommend. Great staff. Clean facility. Will keep you posted on results. read more

This place gives zero shits about anything except stealing your money. I was looking for a solution to the slightly loose skin on my upper abdomen and one of the techs there sold me on thermage.. (an overly priced, painful laser that does... absolutely nothing for you). They sent me before and after photos of other customers that got AMAZING results, so I was ok with spending 3k if I got the same results. I waited the entire 6 months for "results" but there wasn't the slightest change. I reached out to them numerous times with my concern that there wasn't even the slightest change in my abdomen. I continuously got ignored, via emails/texts. Funny how responsive they are when they are trying to sell you bs scam laser procedures that don't work! Long story short i went in and they took before and after pictures and agreed that indeed my abdomen looks exactly the same, zero changes. They said they will have management reach out to me and when they did I was shocked at how much they truly don't care. I told him what they did was pure false advertisement and his reply was "well what do you want us to do about it" ... god forbid you complain that services you paid thousands for DIDNT work and you were lied to the whole time. Laser Away Miami Beach location was amazing! I've visited some of their other SoFlo locations but none compared to this one. It was so clean and welcoming! The front desk receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse that performed my laser hair removal made me feel extremely calm and comfortable, I would definitely go back and get services done with Kat! I'm disappointed by the huge amount of money I wasted here, I started doing laser hair removal treatments in nyc and had done several sessions, when I decided to continue the treatments here at LaserAway I made it clear to them that I had done the sessions in nyc before I went, every single time I booked An appointment and went in for the treatment they had no idea what parts of the body I was doing and also thought it was my first time, even once I was a regular they still had no idea what sections were being treated and what number of sessions they had already done on me. This happened every single time. I have no results now and between the spot in nyc and LaserAway I have spent around 7 thousand dollars. If anything I find myself with more hair from shaving so much. I'm upset I spent so much time going, so so much money! , and went through unnecessary pain. The correct way to use the machine is to know the number of the session so they can adjust the setting and to evaluate how its going to ensure results. They did neither of these things.
