Went here for Botox for years and the injectors are all great. Do provide discounts too on Botox units if you buy them in bulk. Would warn anyone doing Botox here, however, to keep track of how many units you have left in your "bank" before going in and how much you use each time because everytime I went in they tried to tell me I had ALOT less left (e.g once had about 50 left and they tried to see me more before I went in saying I had 5 left). They then go "verify" with the team that can do math on purchased vs used and were like oh you're right you do.... Had I not caught that that is almost $600 of Botox they tried to rip me off. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal if it was once but it was EVERYTIME. They kept saying too they made a note in the system and clearly it didn't work. Not sure if this is intentional business practice since most people won't notice and a few here and there adds up fast to you needing to buy more....got a bit exhausted of keeping track and having this debate everytime I went in so recently used up all that was left in my bank and will be looking for a new place read more

I feel like I've had a pretty inconsistent treatment plan even though all techs are trained the same I feel like some steps are just missed. Marivel won't miss a beat. She's super reassuring and takes extra care. It's frustrating to try to remember to tell a tech all the things you want done in your service. Marivel doesn't miss a step so doesn't need a reminder but also let's you voice your concerns and takes note to address them head on. Very happy with her. Run from Laseraway. Biggest waste of money! Paid $1200 for 10 treatments for hormonal hair removal on my chin. The " treatments" were a joke UNTIL the 10th treatment. I finally felt the laser and it seemed like it would actually DO something. Throughout the treatments I asked if the laser was on the highest setting and they lied and said it was. They want you to keep spending MORE money and buy more treatments. I am certain I would have had success IF the treatments were CONSISTENT and as thorough as my 10th treatment. Customer service is excellent UNTIL there is a problem. Then you hear nothing. They were more than happy taking my money , knowing my problem was hormonal. I told them I started getting the hair after chemotherapy, BEFORE I bought the package .. Yet, that is the reason they said I had no results . I'd give this place 5 stars if it were about being robbed and lied to. I purchased 3 packages of 10 sessions of laser tattoo removal, only after being convinced by sneaky sales tactics that the lasers WOULD indeed get rid of my tattoos. It was not until my 6th session that the nurse told me their lasers don't actually target color, and one of tattoos is huge and is all green and purple LOL. So not only was I lied to from the jump, I completed 22 of the 30 sessions before being diagnosed with kidney problems preventing me from continuing the treatment. They are telling me that I'm not eligible for a refund because my 8 sessions have no value. Mind you, I paid over $5k for these packages. But they're so quick to offer a store credit for services that I also can't do. I've called customer service 10+ times, spoke with the regional manager, and the regional director, and none of them have any empathy. The information they provide changes every time. They CAN refund me - as LaserAway's policy says it's up to the discretion of the store - they just won't. Go anywhere else but here. read more

Really enjoying LaserAway so far! I am doing laser hair removal on pretty much all parts of my body. Sadaf was my nurse yesterday and she did a great job! Was super efficient and comforting. Only complaint is how difficult the leg chalk is to take off, wish there was an easier product to remove. I am interested in other potential treatments and facials at LaserAway, but it's difficult to make a decision with the lack of price transparency. The ladies and clinicians are attentive and nice. Alex was very nice and best quality service I have received in a while. She communicated to me the process of the laser hair removal as well as the fillers. She understood my fears and communicated with me throughout the treatment which allowed me to trust her more. A negative aspect of my experience was the miscommunication from the team between scheduling, and business practices. I was informed at first my botox was complimentary and later was charged for a difference. When I got scheduled for my several appointments, the clinicians would come and tell me that I was getting the same procedure (a total of 3 appointments). I was very frustrated as I did talk to the staff members on the front desk but miscommunication was an issue across the board. I was patient when I was scheduled on the first time and my original treatment was not provided. Then during my second visit, there was a miscommunication on whether I had the other treatments (botox, fillers and laser hair removal) when I had then botox on a previous day and had scheduled my fillers for another different date because the clinician licensed for that treatment was not available for my hair removal day. And then, the front desk calls me to tell me that during my botox appointment I had to pay a difference. No proper disclosure for this was provided to me. They said the clinician informed me but that's not correct. I even went to the front desk when the clinician informed me that one of the treatments I had prepaid for for that appointment was not going to be given to me. Overall, miscommunication has been an issue with them. My recommendation is to properly ask for all cost upfront, question and double check schedule prior to commit scheduling. As far as the clinicians, they provide the best service. They make you feel welcomed and they provide the treatment in a timely fashion. read more

I was curious about Laser Away's services. Clear pricing info was not available on their website (first red flag!). You have to sign up for a phone consult. Fine. I signed up and spoke to someone yesterday. What followed was a very strange hard sell ending with the sales person pressing me to hand over waaaaay too much personal information, including SSN, income, employer, whether I rent or own my home.... all under the guise of applying for "financing" to pay for a laser package. Setting aside for a sec the incredibly sketch practice of pushing for a zero interest "financing program" to pay for a package - instead of just asking for payment for the treatments as you get them... I was extremely uncomfortable handing over this info on the phone and said I'd prefer to deal with payment when when I came in for a treatment, I was told it all had to be worked out before they would book. I finally told her I was out of time to talk on the phone (true) and asked for info I could review via email. Of course that email never arrived. I was left with the impression that this was all some kind of elaborate scam - either what they are really selling is not laser treatments but financing packages, or it's just a phishing scam to get you to hand over personal information. On the off-chance that Laser Away is a real, actual business: some advice for the owners: just give your customers straightforward information about pricing and services. It's that simple. read more
