Their services are not worth the headache and stress that come with paying for an unnecessary procedure. It is evident that LaserAway's primary focus is on maximizing sales. They show little regard for your financial well-being or overall satisfaction. Their main objective seems to be extracting as much money from you as quickly they can. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this realization. Here is my unfortunate situation with them: Last month, I contacted LaserAway to address my smile lines, which run in my family. After seeing my sister get a similar treatment, I decided to go ahead. LaserAway scheduled an appointment promptly, and Danielle guided me through the process. Despite my belief that my lines weren't deep, Danielle recommended purchasing three syringes. They arranged for PatientFi to cover the cost, which I would pay off over a year. At the clinic, the nurse mentioned that I only needed one syringe. So I used only 3/4 or one syringe and leaving the rest for a touch-up. They also suggested another procedure called Clear Brilliance, using the price of the unused syringes. However, I later discovered they were charging me extra for it. When I questioned the receptionists, they assured me it was included. But my PatientFi account showed two separate balances. I tried contacting Danielle, but she never responded. The reception said they needed to consult with a manager. Since Monday, they've given me the runaround, promising to follow up but not making any changes. LaserAway needs to prioritize customer service. They shouldn't take advantage of customers or manipulate them into complicated situations. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate wasting it. They should be upfront and honest with their customers. Overall, their services are average and their lack of transparency and empathy is disappointing. I won't return to this clinic even though I have syringes left with them. They can do whatever they want with that. LaserAway is isn't worth compromising my credit score and your finances. LaserAway's behavior has made me feel taken advantage of. It took them less than five minutes to create financial complications, yet they're unwilling to rectify the situation. I've only had one session so far at laser away for laser hair removal but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I wish I remembered my nurses name but she was so kind, took time to explain the process and made the whole thing really comfortable. The laser also hardly hurt. They blast cold air at you which really helps. The location can be hard to find as it's tucked in a corner. My only negative I would say is Laser Away can be a little aggressive with calling to get you to sign up for a package. They also don't have prices listed anywhere and are always running some sort of deal so it's hard to compare prices to other places. From my research it seemed reasonable to other laser places in Arlington if you're doing several areas at once. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment. I spent hundreds of dollars here with zero visible results after multiple sessions. When I tried to bring it up, the staff were dismissive and borderline rude. I felt like they cared more about upselling me than actually helping. I completed 8 full-body laser hair removal sessions here and sadly saw no real results. I followed every guideline they gave, showed up to all appointments, and still nothing changed. The staff here were extremely friendly, thorough, and caring. Front desk staff was welcoming and I was brought back almost immediately. Peyton did such a great job explaining what to expect, aftercare, and answered any other questions I had about getting Botox for the first time. I ended up feeling woozy and lost consciousness briefly (ah! - most embarrassing moment of my life) and she was extremely professional and caring. I felt safe and I am already seeing results. First off, I would just like to say...wow! I am new to VA and wanted to change some things up about myself so I decided to get lip filler done and I am blown away by the results. I received one treatment from Peyton and another treatment from Veronica and I could not ask for better nurses to help me through it. I was worried about the possible bruising which may occur, but Peyton and Veronica both put my mind at ease and made sure I was in the best hands! Very kind staff, very cute/ clean facility (which is the reason for two stars). Unfortunately, I completed two different areas (8 sessions each, Brazilian and underarms) and it doesn't look any different than when I first started, other than my hair grows back super patchy (but still fully grown out). One of the nurses even said to me on my second to last visit- "we haven't turned the intensity up, I think we should now"... this was never once mentioned to me until she said it (thankful she did). I've been coming to LaserAway since November and I find it appropriate to finally give a rating. I've thought of getting laser hair removal for years, until I found this place close to me. I have been beyond happy with my results, I think I just did my 6th session, and have never missed an appointment. I purchased a series of laser treatments for face, neck, and chest and have completed two treatments. While the laser can be uncomfortable at times, I'm very happy with my experience and the results. Mirielsa is the nurse who did both treatments, and she was very professional and competent.
