This was my first time getting laser and I was EXTREMELY nervous due to being scared of the pain and also just being a woman of color and reading that laser has not always been favored/good for our community. From start to finish every person I've come in contact with from initial phone call to front desk to the 2 NPs whom did my services have been so informative and eased my anxiousness. Their lasers don't work, and they constantly say that you need to buy maintenance, even from treatment #1. I'm not new to laser treatments for hair removal. The customer service at this location has definitely declined. They don't value your time spent as well. I waited over 30 mins for my scheduled appointment and they didn't even think to call to inform you ahead of time. I have positive experiences for tattoo removal every time i come into the LaserAway Clarendon location. The facility is always clean and the receptionists are friendly. I would love to gate keep to keep her schedule open, but Peyton is my favorite laser technician for tattoo removal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED getting her!! I just completed my 5th appointment for laser hair removal in my underarms and Brazilian area. Every time I go the staff is so pleasant, the nurses are excellent and attentive and booking is so easy. I've been thinking about other services besides hair removal because of my experience. My first session was really smooth and would rate it a 9/10 on all counts. But for my second session, I was highly disappointed when the nurse told me they are out of wipes (to wipe down the white marks all through my legs) after the session. One does not expect such negligence after paying through the roof for a professional experience. Definitely did not expect this at Laseraway. Despite the fact that I was one of the last appointments of the day, she was still upbeat and instantly made conversation with me while I was waiting. Second, the facility is so nice and clean. This is huge for me considering they'll be touching sensitive parts of my body. Third, Veronica was my hair removal specialist. She is amazing! Chose LaserAway from my hair removal treatment and I could not be more pleased. From the beginning every staff member was courteous and kind. I had a thorough conversation over the phone with a staff member who explained the process and answered all my questions. The Arlington LaserAway is in a great location. I found easy parking across the street and was even able to charge up my EV while I was in my appointment. For my first appointment the nurse explained the whole process again, she introduced me to the equipment, and periodically checked on me throughout the appointment (quite a wonderful feat taking into account the fact that the appointment is 15 minutes long!).
