I had a birthday party but the customer service sucked. I wanted to buy something with my tickets but one employee ripped my tickets apart and did not give me what I wanted. I told the boss and finally got my thing that I bought. I had 34 tickets but the thing I bought was 15 and they did not give my tickets back to me. Please fix this mistake. I came here many times but for some reason this is what happened. The laser tagging games were pretty fun. The main problem is that they scam you but it's good otherwise. We had 9yr old kid's Birthday party here. Until we booked party, we never visited this place and do little nervous. However place, people are so nice; it's family owned place and they will treat you like family. They helped us throughout party in every steps and make us feel very comfortable. This location allowed us party room for whole 2 hours which helped a lot to keep all supplies. Kids enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend this place for holding your kids' birthday parties. The whole party is streamlined for you. You can just relax while the kids have a lot of fun. More like a 3.5 I think but my friends and I had fun laser tagging. The place is not the biggest I've been to but its 2 stories so its decently spaced. Most of the action seems to be on the second level cause your vulnerable in the lower level. The guns and vests were kind of old and sometimes lags when you shoot someone but it was all good. We wanted to play teams but this place is set up for free for all but you can ask to get your teammates to have the same color light up vests for you so you don't shoot your teammate but its hard to do that haha. Unlike other places, there is not bases where you can shoot to get points and no sentinels that will shoot you. But for around $20 for 3 games, this places isn't bad. I racked up a lot of points when a bunch of little kids came in and they were easy targets :) Lazer Master? yup, no problem. read more

We were booking our 17 year old's b-day party and came across this venue - i emailed them since we were traveling and they were prompt to reply with the options we had for 10 kids - either a party which was for 10 kids and included 2 rounds of laser tag, a round of laser maze, 2 large pizzas, 2 2 liters of soda and the party room for two hours, or we could come in and pay the normal fees for 2 rounds of tag and 1 round of maze, no room or pizza included. We opted for the party because might as well feed these teens in between rounds of fun plus it was a great deal for the party. We arrived right at 6 for the party, the room was ready - was clean, signs were on the walls wishing them a happy birthday, lots of chairs and a few tables so we could stash our items. The kids has a BLAST!! They got in their first round of tag and came out so sweaty and laughing, they had a great time, then they did the maze, which was really fun because with the cameras we could watch them and laugh as they broke the beams. They brought in the pizza and drinks for us then so they kids ate and chatted about their last round of tag - teams or individuals.... then we did cupcakes and sang and then it was off to the next round of tag. There were arcade games as well, we didn't play as we were there at close, but I think we will come back and play again and def play some of the arcade games - I do love a mean game of air hockey!!! We rented the party room and ordered the pizzas from here, and I am pleased to say everything was very clean and food was on time. Celebrated my kids 10th birthday. We had 12 kids in our group and they had a gala time. Everyone enjoyed and none had any complaint. Staff is awesome, thankfully there was no other party going on in parallel. Staff was very friendly and were happy to accommodate any requests which we made. We brought our boys here for our oldest's 8th birthday party. It was so much fun and the process was very seamless. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. He called me the day before the party to confirm the headcount and what kind of pizzas we want. One small complaint is that the pizza isnt the best. But to hungry 7/8 year old boys, cheese pizza is cheese pizza. They handled the set up, pouring soda, serving pizza, and the clean up. GREAT party venue for a group that has kids varying in age from 5 to teens!! I had a birthday party for my 11-year old who is done with bouncy houses and trampolines. I chose the 2 laser tags + 1 maze package on a Monday evening, which garnered a 10% discount. Some adults participated in the first laser tag round at just $5/person; a great price to say the least! I was allowed plenty of time prior to the party to set up the room. I structured the party to allow kids to have a break to refuel in between rounds. It was solo-play first round (about half an hour for rules/prep, laser tagging, and getting individual score cards), followed by pizza and drinks. Then came the team round, followed by cakes and drinks. The last half hour was spent in the laser maze. Verdict: the kids had a blast! Parents love that their kids had a blast. No one wanted to leave, but they were all sweaty and stinky, it was a school night, and the party time was way over. The birthday girl left with a free pass for 2 future laser tags and bonus prizes. I am satisfied with the cost and quality of the party. I highly recommend this venue for their flexibility and willingness to work with you to meet or exceed your expectations. Communication was superb and customer service was impeccable! Suggestions for improvement: Maintain wall color in party room or swap chairs for the type that does not cause damage, renovate restrooms, switch to neutral color table covers (black would tie in with the laser tag theme), improve prize selection since each game is so costly (we spent a combined total of more than $200 for the arcade games alone), replace or maintain broken games, and lastly, find a better pizza place and expand the menu to include other appetizers! I still have never played laser tag, so I have no personal feedback. However, my kids enjoyed it a lot! They had so much fun that they kept asking for more rounds at the laser tagging game. The place also has some cool arcade games. You can also win tickets from these games and redeem them for little prizes. The birthday party was well organized by the owner. The owners who run the laser tag place are so nice and accommodating. We went there one Saturday to check it out to see if my kids would even like to have a party there. They absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave! We came the following weekend with 10 kids. I didn't book a party, we just got there when it opened and the kids had an absolute blast. There are plenty of places to eat around there. We walked around the corner to eat at Togos afterwards. The kids ran around playing laser tag and did the laser maze. I had a very bad experience with laser tagging. first of all, they have bad vests that don't work. One of my friend's vests was not working, so she had to waste 5 minutes getting another vest, later finding out that the other vest was not working either. we asked for a refund, but the old man threatened us, saying that I had the right to refuse to serve someone. We said we would write a bad review, and then he started screaming at us, thinking of it as a threat, even though we were talking quietly. he slammed 4$ out of 25$, saying that you should pay for 2 rounds out of 3. the total experience was very bad, and I will never go there again. read more

Friendly and clean place for laser tag. Games are 15 mins long. It was a hot day but they had a big fan in extrañe area which helped and AC. Found this place when trying to fill the hole in my heart that the closing of "Laser Quest" left. And it's so fun here. It is accommodating for adults to play and the price is for like 22 for 3 games and you can get a month pass and they have an overnight event as well. The arena is great, easy to navigate in the dark, but very fun. My only complaint is that you cannot choose your nickname, it's assigned by number. I wish that we could, if anyone used to play at Laser Quest my username used to be Manson and my friends and I used to be top 10 overall players at 2 arenas in the Bay Area. read more
