Their email response also stated that I could ship the product back, but I would be charged a 25% fee for restocking. I replied by email that they had mistakenly shipped the wrong model of the product I ordered and didn't feel I should be responsible for a restocking charge. I also pointed out that I was charged a shipping fee when their website clearly shows that there are no shipping charges for orders over $99.00. The product I ordered was $161.00. I was charged for $174.00 total which includes the shipping. I have yet to receive a reply from Riteway Medical which indicates to me that I can keep a product I have no need for or ship it back at my expense and accept their 25% restocking fee. I do not recommend Riteway Medical as clearly they don't care and aren't willing to correct their errors.

I tried to pay for a recent order via the company website, but it malfunctioned. Had to call to give my credit card number and waited 15 minutes on hold. Then I was charged THREE TIMES for the compound. Had to call customer service again, waited 10 minutes. They asked for a picture of the credit card bill, said they would send me an email address. Never sent it. Had to call back and wait. Another rep promised to make the correction...but didn't. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Just an awful mess. Simply don't know why my derm continues to use them. UPDATE: In fact, I was charged a FOURTH time on a second charge card.
