They put their machines on a low setting and do not give the machine it's full potential to kill the hair follicle, therefore more sessions equal to more money (for them that is). They will tell you need more sessions and that everyone is different. It's all BS. I am going somewhere now and saw results within in 2 months (and for less money). They will also ask for money in advance for your entire sessions unless you are doing touch ups it is by session. The girls that work there are nice but the owners have no management or people skills what so ever. She will talk on the phone and argue with other people while you are waiting to talk to her. These people are not honest people. They are in it for the money and the money only. They also make you sign a contract saying that they basically aren't responsible if you do not receive results at all. How are you not responsible after I pay you $800? Pathetic. I hope you get what you give, what goes around comes around. Thieves. Oh and don't be deceived by all these good reviews that they have on here; it is only because they put you on the spot and ask you to write it (I'll be honest, they did it to me), in return for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. If you are going to go for laser hair removal, this is the place to do it. Sumar makes sure the appointments are organized but they are flexible. Laila is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable despite being in an awkward/vulnerable position that is required of removing hairs from private parts of your body with a laser. I needed to get 3 extra visits for better results and I will probably go for 3 more. I have about 95% removal or so. The results are great. I just figure since I have gone this far, I may as well shoot for 100% removal. As it stands, in the summer I would probably shave once a week or so just to keep things super smooth. In the winter, I wouldn't need to at all. Plus they just got a new laser which I liked even better than the one they had previously used which was also state of the art. I am doing laser hair removal at Laser Duet, I am very impressed! The results are great! I have 90% result after the 3rd treatment! Laila is doing an amazing and excellent job and she's very professional. She really cares about her clients' results and privacy. Samar is great too and professional. Before coming into laser duet I had few sessions of laser hair removal at different places and wasn't happy with results, until I came to this place. Laser duet was up to its promises. I had 6 treatments done and I've seen fabulous results. It is pricy, but you get what you pay for. The staff there are amazing and are willing to work with you on deals and packages. Samar, Leyla, and Duhaa were all very sweet, polite and kind. Duhaa usually does my treatments and she works from the bottom of her heart. She takes her time with clients and makes sure things are done based on clients needs. Staff are loving and treat clients as a family member. LOVE THIS PLACE! would not go anywhere else. So happy i found this place, I cannot believe my results! I've been dealing with stubborn lower belly fat for years despite working out consistently, being mostly plant based diet. My mother, friend, uncle, and I all received at least two services each. Samar and Layla were professional, polite, and efficient with their services. I received laser hair removal on two areas and Zerona services. I completed my 2nd hair removal session and 5th Zerona session today. The hair removal sessions are every 6 weeks and Zerona should be done 3 times a week. You must drink a lot of water. I recommend taking the fat burner pills they sell for $60 and excercising a few days. I like that I do not have to wait more than 5 mins when I arrive. They send reminder texts and emails too. Laser Duet also performs botox, body shaping, permanent eye makeup, and many more services. I hear that they will be providing massage therapy soon. read more

What an amazing gem this place is. I've gone to a few different salons for laser hair removal and was not impressed by the results or the competency of the staff. I bought a groupon for Laser Duet to try one more time, even though I live 45 minutes away from the office. I've been back for 7 treatments now and the results are amazing. Laila is so kind and makes you feel 100% comfortable. Plus, they have a different type of machine from some of the other places I've been where the treatments were uncomfortable to down right painful. I went to Laser Duet for quite a while for laser hair removal. Leila was very professional; she worked with me to ease some of the discomfort of the treatments. I have finished all of the 6 times, plus 3 touch ups. I am very satisfied. I have dark hair and they were very visible before; now I haven't had to worry about shaving for months; I only have left very few and very thin hairs that I barely see - and I notice them because I know they are there. This place is simply great. What I like about these people is not only their prices are very affordable, but for them, money is secondary. They care more about giving you results you are happy with than just taking your money. They are very professional, very polite and just great people to work with. I have had 5 treatments so far and I have lost about 85% of the hair in my wanted area. Ive tried other places that are more expensive, 5 treatments did about 25% or so hair removal. Laser duet is a wonderful place for laser hair removal. The first time I had laser hair removal I was so nervous and asked tons of questions. The staff answered all of them and made me feel very comfortable. Laila is GREAT at what she does. She is patient and does a thorough job. I was initially skeptical about laser hair removal, because I have thick, coarse hair (5 o'clock shadow right after I shave), but after my 4th treatment, I can honestly say it works! I found this place on Yelp, I took a chance and went in, probably the best decision I ever made. I had botox, which looks completely natural and I had 6 treatments to my love handles and stomach of zerona and vaser shape which reduced this problem area by enough inches that I was able to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans.
