However, one area that has declined over time is punctuality. When I first began coming here, appointments were started promptly and ran efficiently. Over the past year, I have noticed a recurring delay, often resulting in a significant wait time beyond the scheduled appointment. While occasional delays are understandable, especially when rooms are occupied, the wait times I've experienced seem to stem more from extended conversations rather than scheduling constraints. This has also been a common concern among other clients in the waiting area. If appointments were handled more promptly and consistently, my experience would easily be a five-star one. So far, I've seen Jan, Tracy, and one of the Katies (there are two there), and they are all fantastic. The personalized care they offer is top-notch. I've had laser treatments for hair removal and to prep for surgery, and the results are amazing. Jan's expertise with different lasers is impressive and completely painless. She does tattoo removal as well, and she skillfully removed a blowout on one of my tattoos while keeping the tattoo intact. I'm also getting a fresh surgical scar lasered off and some RF microneedling on it. The scar has gone from red to pink to white, and I can't wait for it to be gone soon. The results are unbelievably, but you have to wait 5 weeks between treatments. The spa offers a variety of treatments, I do try to experience something new every visit till I try all her beauty machines. I especially love the pod - it's a must-try! I also had a foot ionizing treatment that worked wonders for post-surgery edema on the top of my feet. I try and get them both with every treatment if they are available Jan even hosts karaoke parties once a month on the weekend, and I can't wait for the upcoming karaoke Botox party she's planning. Dr Reisin and his team were top notch and his facility was absolutely beautiful. He fixed a massive Diastasis Recti which is a separation of the abdominal muscles from top to bottom, an umbilical hernia, removed tons of scar tissue from prior stomach surgeries, and liposuctioned my flanks / sides. I just saw myself without the wrap day after and I am totally flat. No more extended belly!! I love it. As a 50 year old professional martial arts multi school owner, it was imperative that I regain core strength that had been lost due to muscle separation. I can now get back to wrestling with kids, holding my grand baby, and heavy martial arts training. Dr Reisin is patient, kind, and thorough. His team were Welcoming, kind, and supportive. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I regret not leaving after the consultation, which was basically just a price estimate with no clear explanation. Roda was unprofessional and unclear throughout the process. She didn't even tell me how many units of Dysport she was injecting into my forehead--just quoted me $300 and did only three pokes. I thought it was odd but went ahead with it. Today, I went back for my "two-week follow-up," hoping to address my concerns about the results. I told her I wasn't happy, but instead of offering a solution, she said, "I think it's good, you don't need any more." Her response was dismissive--especially when I explained that I wanted less movement and fewer lines. It felt like she didn't care what I wanted because, apparently, she's happy with the results, so that's all that matters, right? My face, my unhappiness, but as long as she's happy, everything's fine. Even worse, during my original appointment, Roda assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results after two weeks, I could come back for adjustments. Today, she completely ignored that promise. The office staff wasn't much help either. When I called to inquire about my appointment, they were clueless. Please, do your research before choosing where to go for any treatments.
