Laser hair removal was a new experience for me and my jumping straight to a Brazilian made me feel all the more vulnerable. I started with Autumn who I loved who then later on left me in such comparable hands (Susan's) due to our schedules/locations not always allowing us to meet. If you've ever had a Brazilian, you know how uncomfortable it can be, being naked down there and fully exposed on top of it all initially made it seem worse. That almost instantly changed with both Autumn & Susan alike, they were equally relatable, attentive, funny, & kind. More than that, they are absolutely fantastic at what they do and I would recommend these two and Setty Plastics overall to anyone I know 100%. P.S.-Their cryo technology is top tier!!!!!!

So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. But her technique is was makes the hair stay away for even longer! So just trust that she knows what she's doing. She treats her clients like family and works really hard at this skill. So definitely go and check her out!
