We've now had two injection sessions under the eye, which is such a delicate area. He took so much time to check the angles that were right for my face and left me perfectly refined. In my two week follow up he noticed after swelling went down we needed to do a small touch up, and we did it and even that was wonderful. I'd consider myself hard to please, a lot of companies do not care about experience anymore, and I do not ever leave reviews. But they've been so wonderful, I'm beyond thankful for them. I finally got to the point where I was ready to set a date for the surgery. I had a face lift and a chin implant and I could not be more pleased with the results. Dr. Pollock is such a professional and his staff is amazing! Once you set a date, they put everything in place for you. They made the payment process and instructions very easy for me. The day of the surgery, Dr. Pollock met me at the surgery center to go over the final game plan. It was a smooth process once I got there and all went very well. This is a major surgery, so recovering takes time and work. It takes a lot of time for the swelling to go down and the feeling to return to my face and cheeks.
