This treatment promises immediate and long term results.... Kristina seems to be well-knowledgable esthetician. However, I have seen her and her other esthetician Michelle Gray and HAVE NOT SEEN any results promised, immediate or other. I do not wish to waste any more money here. The only explanation I reason is the pictures shown by Kristina are retouched or she is not using Osmosis products correctly. P.S. Michelle Gray is not a good esthetician for many reasons....

I finally got to the point where I was ready to set a date for the surgery. I had a face lift and a chin implant and I could not be more pleased with the results. Dr. Pollock is such a professional and his staff is amazing! Once you set a date, they put everything in place for you. They made the payment process and instructions very easy for me. The day of the surgery, Dr. Pollock met me at the surgery center to go over the final game plan. It was a smooth process once I got there and all went very well. This is a major surgery, so recovering takes time and work. It takes a lot of time for the swelling to go down and the feeling to return to my face and cheeks.
