We initially stopped over here for a quick McDonalds bathrooms break and saw a lot of taco trucks along the road. We've never been here before but the food was excellent for a taco truck! Super fresh, super flavorful with the right amount of Mexican spices done right! Not shown was the devoured especial 3 taco Plato and tacos dorados de papas! Highly recommend to try this place out if you're ever stopping off this way!!! Service was extremely quick and friendly. Ambiance of the place with clean tables with cute flower settings to keep it looking fresh. They have a pumping sink to wash your hands or they offer hand sanitizer at the truck when you're ordering your food. They take all major credit cards and zelle or cash! My husband has the Super Burrito de Carne Asada and devoured it within 6 minutes he's Mexican so he would know what tastes good! The fresh salsa was perfectly seasoned and medium spicy! Yummy! Definitely need to keep this one on my tabs if we ever go back this way!

Don't be fooled into thinking this too! We waited 40 mins for tiny pupusas (and they got our order wrong). The food itself was fine, but not at all worth the wait, and *nothing* like the heavenly food that Tita's usually provides. Two thumbs way down, next time if Tita's is closed we are going to get back on the road to head up to that Mexican place in the plaza at the Paso Robles exit.

We arrived to find half a dozen people already standing outside the truck, with a guy outside taking phone orders. He was quite busy taking those orders, so don't be surprised if you call in and can't get through; just plan on calling far enough ahead to avoid the lunch rush. In fact, calling ahead seems to be the ideal game plan. Not that the wait for long, but standing outside certainly makes it feel longer than it is. After seeing their drool-worthy Instagram photo of the Pambazo, I was sold. What is a pambazo? Well, think a torta but way messier. It's filled with potatoes and chorizo, and finished off with some of the typical torta toppings. Then (here's the kicker!) it's drenched in a red pepper sauce. Grab a handful of napkins with this sandwich; you're going to need them. In all, I was pleased with the quality and efficiency of The Curbside Kitchen; and just in time since NV Cafe closed their doors recently. I'm excited to try some of their other menu items.

Supposed to have the works(per the lady working the register) asada, beans, onion cilantro, avocado, sour cream, cheese & lettuce (I omitted the rice) - $40 for 2 burritos sorry, ridiculously over priced. Got worse when I bit into the burrito and all it had was meat and beans - w/a touch of sour cream. Got to the middle of the burrito - still no avocado, onion, cilantro, cheese, lettuce in sight. This wasn't an error either because both burritos were ordered exactly the same way and both were made the same. The truck had one worker and one customer besides me, so there's no oversight. This has been a stop for me for over 10yrs for a quick bite while on the 5, as of today never again.

I'd drive back a hundred plus miles just to have these again. The papusas are worth a try if you haven't tried before. I believe that this is the only fast food restaurant within 20 miles radius. The local customer bases are three groups: 1.Oil field workers, 2. Orange orchid farm/vineyard workers, and 3. Federal prison workers. Such customers will focus on hearty, tasty, and quick meal at very reasonable prices; otherwise, they will pack lunch. As expected, this place has super great tacos. The key was tangy and fresh tomato based taco sauce. Very distinct from famous King Taco's fermented hot red sauce. To me, they are both equally and differently great. However, this place sells Asada taco for $1.00 only. Although, the real estate price is much cheaper in Maricopa, CA, I still feel that it is the super good deal.
