    Queso fundido con chorizo
    Jesined C.

This place is a hole in the wall but for Mexican cuisine. They serve authentic Mexican food. I was very pleased with the options. They bring a curtesy order of chips and salsa. We started off with an order of queso fundido with chorizo, it was accompanied by a side of chips. They bring it out on a skillet, it is nice and hot when it comes out. Probably my favorite part of my meal. The horchata was delicious, it wasn't too sweet and you can taste the cinnamon. As an entree I ordered 1 chorizo taco and the fish taco trio. I was disappointed that the fish tacos had to be ordered in a trio. I couldn't order just 1 fish taco. I wanted to try others but I was too full to get any other tacos. The chorizo taco was my favorite. My friend had the carnitas and Al pastor, she loved each one. Overall, the food was great. The service was great! We got our food fairly quick since we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was very nice! Will totally be coming back and trying other options.

Hole in the Wall Mexican restaurant!!! Delicious and fresh food with friendly and fast service. We don't live too far from this place and decided to check it out, and I am so glad we did. Their menu is not too big but there quality of the food is made to order and extremely fresh. The guacamole you know they just made it right before it got to your table. The tacos for being $3.50-5.50 were a very good size. Highly recommend and will be coming here as a regular now! ^.^

Las Flores (no relation to me) checks all the boxes: Solid, authentic Mexican cuisine that's inexpensive and served with a smile. The guacamole is excellent and accompanied by homemade totopos. Standouts from our dinner included the flautas, tostadas, and carnitas and tripa tacos. The tacos are a bargain, ranging from $3.64 to $4.68. They are served in single steamed corn tortillas; I prefer my tortillas grilled/griddled with a little char, and I've had better chorizo and camaron tacos, but Las Flores does not skimp on shrimp or chorizo. Beverages are limited, but do include an excellent Michelada and several beer options. The restaurant is small and charming and has limited seating, but does brisk takeout, including a separate takeout window.

Amazing tacos! I'm so happy I found this spot in DoorDash bc the food tastes authentic! I'm not sure about the ambiance or service as I purchased for delivery. But I can tell you that the food traveled well. It was very good and honestly any wait to order again. Highly recommended

Happy to find this great, little Mexican restaurant while out for a ride on the motorcycle. We ordered the choriqueso as an appetizer which was absolutely delicious. We loved the chorizo...cooked to perfection. I think it could have used more cheese but we ate EVERY bite. The ceviche tostada was definitely a different ceviche from what I am accustomed but it was fresh and delicious. The Carnitas tacos and the carnitas burrito were also really tasty. Service was prompt and friendly, although for me the place could have been a bit cleaner. If you're in the mood for authentic Mexican, check this local gem out!

    Pure fat

I just paid $16 for broth and 2 huge pieces of bone with nothing but pure fat. Nothing I could even eat. $16???? Unacceptable to charge people almost $20 for BROTH. As a Mexican myself, this is not menudo.

    Tacos were amazing!

The service was just okay and the music too loud for my liking, making it perhaps not ideal for families with children. It was very busy and not necessarily spacious. However, the food is transcendent. Everything that we tried was outstanding, even the chicken nachos and quesadilla. They season and cook everything properly. The beef tacos were fresh and tasty and the quesabirria tacos were even better. Great flavor and balance. What takes this restaurant to an elite level is the mole. It is exquisite and a rare find.

When I looked 20 minutes after at my credit card statement read I had been charged $77 and change pending a potential tip on top of that, even with tip included it is still over approximately $7 what I signed off for. We called to determine the prices of each individual meal and "the manager" was stumbling to tell us the prices for everything. Even with the fake numbers that were given to us it still didn't add up correctly. I remember the prices for the 3 meals my family and I ordered and I remember what the check said. I let it be because maybe they need more than I do. As for the food, I'm born and raised on the border of Mexico and although I must say it does scream authenticity especially on appearance the meat is bland, and that "Mexican rice" is by far the worst tasting rice I've had. For a casual person that likes Mexican food you may like it, but if you know what you're tasting you will not. Also, they didn't have 4 different things on the menu available ultimately leading me to have to go with my 5th option. It is very expensive for what it is, and even more expensive when your waitress manipulates the system.

Mauricio was at the bar and we definitely missed being under his attention by not sitting there. Eliezer (the Venezuelan waiter from Mérida) took care of us in the dining room. Both are always very friendly and attentive. This time we decided to sit in the dining room because we were a group of three and had a lot to talk about. The place has 4 TVs and we were able to enjoy the France vs Spain match. We all ordered La Tropical Draft beer, a light, smooth, and very refreshing blonde. In total we had 16 beers . We shared nachos with grilled steak, which were very good (they pour the melted cheese right at the table). We also ordered tripa tacos well toasted (that's the technique) as we requested, and they came out excellent. Note: They have different promotions or offers depending on the day, not a regular happy hour variety, so it's good to be aware of that. The restaurant offers a good variety of 8 salsas: Sirloin, Chips, Guacamole, Verde, Vicente, Pastor, Chilanga, and Asada. Good atmosphere, pleasant service, and tasty food. We'll definitely keep coming back.

The music selection is fire though and I was jamming out the whole time while waiting for my food. I complimented them on the music selection and they mentioned the owner is dominican and puerto rican which explained the great music selection. I was helped out by Adrian and his service was helpful in finding what dishes to order. I took my food to go and it was piping hot, definitely made fresh to order which I enjoyed. The nachos were what I was most eager to try as they are all the rage on social media. They lived up to the hype and that nacho cheese is absolute gold. I love that it's served in a pizza box. It just makes it iconic. It travels well and everything was still hot when I got home. The Al Pastor taco was just okay, nothing to write home about but now the steak burrito was really really good. I love that they don't have rice in their burritos and instead replace it with potatoes, which is absolutely delicious. They give two different types of salsas with your order plus limes and the green salsa is unreal. Add it to everything for a flavor boost!
