Most of the staff are native Spanish speakers, which adds to the real-deal experience. I love coming here with my mom for lunch or dinner. Our favorite server is Marín (pronounced mah-REEN). He always recognizes us right away and used to know our regular orders by heart--until we went back to eating KETO! It takes a little creativity, but it's definitely possible to eat healthy here. My go-to is the Chipotle Fajitas without tortillas, rice, or beans. They come out sizzling hot and loaded with flavor. I'll sometimes add a drizzle of their cheese sauce on top, and it's perfection. They recently updated the tabletops and the whole restaurant has a beautiful, authentic Mexican feel. The dining room is massive, making it ideal for large groups. I've seen them easily combine tables for parties of 15-20 people. They usually have upbeat Latin music playing, and on Friday and Saturday nights, there's live music.
