The size wasn't an issue (because sometimes places try to make burgers so big you can't even fit a bite in your mouth). The extra cheddar provided a nice bite that complemented the sweetness of the barbecue sauce. Finally, the fries... if you're craving fries, get them here because they are fried to perfection. They were juuuuust crispy enough and there was a lot. I actually didn't know it came with fries! Great place. The only drawback is that is opens at 9pm, which is absurdly late to be eating dinner.

The chef Vanessa is a lovely peruvian Lady graduated in Cordon Bleu, during one of my visits on a weekday it was not so busy and she came to our table to explain a bit about the food and its multicultural history. Jean her husband will make you feel welcome and will give recommendations what to try. By now I have almost tried their entire menu and I have my own favourites: Tacu-tacu, Quinotta with truffle, fish soup, causa limeña, tiraditos of salmon and not to forget Ceviche!
